What should the right prayer be like?....

I will not deny My help to anyone who asks Me for it in faithful trust.... But what should your prayers be like?.... It is not enough just to speak the words of your mouth or to have fleeting thoughts which only deal with the wording of the prayer.... You must speak to Me like children who trustingly speak to the father. And you will truly not make a wrong request. For I want you to come to Me with every request, I want you to speak to Me so intimately that you feel My nearness; I want you to feel increasingly more united with Me, that you don't look for Me in the distance but constantly know yourselves to be close to Me which, however, only your will, i.e. you yourselves, can establish. It is the certainty of My constant presence which secures everything for you: Help, the feeling of security and thus also a carefree life on this earth, for where you are certain of My presence all worries and hardships leave you, for you trustingly carry everything to Me and I truly take them away from you because I love you and have always promised you My help.... Therefore, no suffering and no worry need oppress you on earth if you always let Me be present to you.... and you always let Me be present to you through your will of love which is meant for Me, through every work of love which is meant for your neighbour, through every thought of Me, through every word which your heart speaks to Me.... which is not just form or lip service. Therefore I admonish you again and again to pray 'in spirit and in truth'.... For I can only answer such a prayer, only through such prayers will you establish the bond with Me which will then also secure My help for you. And again and again you must therefore look for Me in your thoughts, you must not allow Me to be displaced from your thoughts for long, I must always be and remain the content of your life, and therefore the world must not gain predominance and dominate your thoughts. And the more intimately you join Me the more firmly I will hold you and the easier it will be for you to childlike direct your prayers to Me. Every childlike call to Me touches My ear, and My fatherly love will not deny the child anything.... unless it would harm his soul. But I will not disappoint a child's trust, and I direct everything to the good for the sake of the child's love which turns to Me so that I will help it....

Wie soll das rechte Gebet sein?....

Keinem Menschen werde Ich Meine Hilfe versagen, der Mich darum bittet in gläubigem Vertrauen.... Wie aber sollen eure Gebete beschaffen sein?.... Es genügen nicht nur Worte, die euer Mund spricht, oder flüchtige Gedanken, die auch nur sich mit dem Wortlaut des Gebetes befassen.... Ihr müsset zu Mir reden wie Kinder, die vertrauend zum Vater sprechen. Und ihr werdet wahrlich keine Fehlbitte tun. Denn Ich will es, daß ihr mit jedem Anliegen zu Mir kommt, Ich will, daß ihr so vertraut mit Mir redet, daß ihr Meine Nähe fühlet; Ich will, daß ihr immer mehr euch mit Mir verbunden fühlet, daß ihr Mich nicht in der Ferne suchet, sondern euch ständig in Meiner Nähe wisset, die aber nur euer Wille, d.h. ihr selbst, herstellen könnet. Es ist die Gewißheit Meiner ständigen Gegenwart, die ihr alles sichert: Hilfe, das Gefühl der Geborgenheit und also auch ein sorgloses Leben auf dieser Erde, denn wo ihr Meiner Gegenwart gewiß seid, verlassen euch alle Sorgen und Nöte, denn ihr traget alles vertrauensvoll zu Mir hin, und Ich nehme sie euch wahrlich ab, weil Ich euch liebe und euch stets Meine Hilfe verheißen habe.... Es braucht euch also auf Erden kein Leid und keine Sorge zu drücken, wenn ihr immer Mich euch gegenwärtig sein lasset.... und ihr lasset Mich stets euch gegenwärtig sein durch euren Liebewillen, der Mir gilt, durch jedes Werk der Liebe, das dem Nächsten gilt, durch jeden Gedanken an Mich, durch jedes Wort, das euer Herz spricht zu Mir.... das nicht nur Form ist oder Lippengebet. Darum ermahne Ich euch immer wieder, zu beten "im Geist und in der Wahrheit".... Denn nur ein solches Gebet kann Ich erhören, nur durch solche Gebete stellt ihr die Bindung her mit Mir, die euch dann auch Meine Hilfe sichert. Und immer wieder müsset ihr daher Mich suchen in Gedanken, ihr dürfet nicht lange Mich aus euren Gedanken verdrängen lassen, immer muß Ich der Inhalt eures Lebens sein und bleiben, und die Welt darf deshalb nicht Übergewicht gewinnen und eure Gedanken beherrschen. Und je inniger ihr euch Mir anschließet, desto fester halte Ich euch und desto leichter wird es euch sein, kindlich eure Gebete zu Mir zu richten. Jeder kindliche Ruf zu Mir berührt Mein Ohr, und Meine Vaterliebe wird dem Kind nichts versagen.... es sei denn, es würde seiner Seele zum Schaden gereichen. Das Vertrauen eines Kindes aber enttäusche Ich nicht, und Ich lenke alles zum Guten um der Liebe des Kindes willen, das sich Mir zuwendet, auf daß Ich ihm helfe....
