Creation is a revelation of God....

The miracles of divine creations leave you apathetic, you take everything for granted and are not aware that even the smallest work of creation testifies to God's love, wisdom and omnipotence, Whom you should therefore love with all fervour because He only let these creations of His come into being for you. Yet you pass by all these miraculous works, they mean nothing to you, they are dead objects for you which hardly touch your heart, indeed, they are often not even evidence of a God and creator to you but you think of them as having arisen from themselves, without the will and strength of a living God.... Your whole earthly life is a single miracle, for no-one on earth is able to create a human being with all functions and abilities of his own accord.... yet you do not pay attention to even this greatest miracle.... but you walk your pilgrimage on earth indifferently, unaware of the purpose for which you were created as you are.... And the whole of creation around you should cause thousands of questions to arise in you, the answers to which would only make you most blissfully happy.... But you have eyes to see and yet walk blindly. And thus God can only rarely address you humans through creation in order to induce you to turn to Him in your thoughts. Although He has placed His works of love before your eyes, they are not enough for you to contemplate them in your thoughts of Him, which would then enable Him to also speak to you in thought.... And therefore He seeks to reveal Himself to you in another way.... by intervening 'disturbingly' in your earthly life, by trying to shake you out of your indifference and calmness.... You are fatefully afflicted by adversities or failures which you, as a mere human being, are not able to cope with, which you are not able to change on your own authority. Again, God wants to show you that a higher power is at work, to Whom you should now take the path, to Whom you should mentally entrust yourselves.... because this very bond between you and Him is indispensable and God seeks to achieve it in some way. This bond would be very easy for every human being to establish precisely through creation, through the countless miraculous works which God has brought into being and which you can constantly behold and take pleasure in..... Creation is a revelation of God which can only be surpassed by the direct transmission of His word; but the latter already presupposes an accomplished bond with Him, whereas the works of creation can cause every human being to establish this bond and also to recognize God's infinite love, wisdom and omnipotence, which obviously prove themselves to the human being if only he immerses himself in thought with his eyes open into those countless miracles of divine love. And there is no more satisfying thought than that everything man sees has been created for him.... partly in order to please him as a human being and to let him find God, partly in order to make human existence possible for the spiritual, which is still behind in its development.... that is below the human being who walks the earth. The 'foreboding' and later the 'knowledge' of this can be gained by the human being who once seriously occupies himself with such thoughts which have creation and its creator as their content. A revelation will reveal itself to him which will make him happy and can determine his whole course of earthly life, he will be seized by an incomprehensible awe and love for his creator, and He Himself will speak to him by giving his thoughts the right direction, by causing him again and again to unite with Him, and thus the possibility is also given that God will reveal Himself directly to the human being through the inner word.... For anyone who observes the miracles of creation in the right spirit will also have a heart that glows with love for the creator, for his environment. And love will then be a firm bond, love itself will reveal itself in the heart of a person who has kindled the flame of love within himself....

Die Schöpfung ist eine Offenbarung Gottes....

Die Wunder der göttlichen Schöpfungen lassen euch teilnahmslos, ihr betrachtet alles als selbstverständlich und seid euch nicht dessen bewußt, daß auch das kleinste Schöpfungswerk von der Liebe, Weisheit und Allmacht Gottes zeugt, Den ihr darum mit aller Inbrunst lieben müßtet, weil Er nur für euch diese Seine Schöpfungen erstehen ließ. Doch an allen diesen Wunderwerken geht ihr vorüber, sie sagen euch nichts, sie sind für euch tote Gegenstände, die kaum noch euer Herz berühren, ja sie sind euch oft nicht einmal Beweis eines Gottes und Schöpfers, sondern ihr wähnet sie als aus sich selbst entstanden, ohne den Willen und die Kraft eines lebendigen Gottes.... Euer ganzes Erdenleben ist ein einziges Wunder, denn niemand auf Erden ist imstande, einen Menschen mit allen Funktionen und Fähigkeiten aus eigener Kraft erstehen zu lassen.... doch auch dieses größten Wunders achtet ihr nicht.... sondern ihr geht gleichmütig euren Pilgerweg auf Erden, uneingedenk dessen, zu welchem Zweck ihr so geschaffen wurdet, wie ihr seid.... Und die ganze Schöpfung um euch müßte Tausende von Fragen in euch erstehen lassen, deren Beantwortung euch nur allerseligst beglücken würde.... Aber ihr seid sehenden Auges und gehet doch blind einher. Und also kann Gott euch Menschen selten nur ansprechen durch die Schöpfung, um euch zu veranlassen, daß ihr euch Ihm zuwendet in euren Gedanken. Wenngleich Er euch Seine Liebewerke vor Augen gestellt hat, genügen diese nicht, daß ihr sie betrachtet in Gedanken an Ihn, die es Ihm dann ermöglichen würden, nun auch gedanklich zu euch zu reden.... Und darum sucht Er, in anderer Weise Sich euch zu offenbaren.... indem Er also "störend" in euer Erdenleben eingreift, indem Er euch aus eurer Gleichgültigkeit und Ruhe aufzurütteln sucht.... Ihr werdet schicksalsmäßig von Widerwärtigkeiten oder Fehlschlägen heimgesucht, denen ihr selbst als nur Mensch nicht gewachsen seid, die ihr eigenmächtig nicht abzuändern vermögt. Wieder will Gott euch dadurch zeigen, daß eine höhere Macht am Werk ist, zu Der ihr nun den Weg nehmen sollet, Der ihr euch gedanklich anvertrauen sollet.... weil ebendiese Bindung von euch zu Ihm unerläßlich ist und Gott sie auf irgendeine Weise zu erreichen sucht. Für jeden Menschen wäre diese Bindung sehr leicht herzustellen eben über die Schöpfung, über die unzähligen Wunderwerke, die Gott erstehen ließ und die ihr unausgesetzt erschauen und euch daran erfreuen könnet.... Die Schöpfung ist eine Offenbarung Gottes, die nur noch von der direkten Zuleitung Seines Wortes übertroffen werden kann; aber letzteres setzt schon eine vollzogene Bindung mit Ihm voraus, während die Schöpfungswerke jeden Menschen veranlassen können, diese Bindung herzustellen und auch die unendliche Liebe, Weisheit und Allmacht Gottes zu erkennen, die sich dem Menschen gegenüber offensichtlich beweisen, wenn er nur sehenden Auges sich in Gedanken vertieft in jene unzähligen Wunderwerke göttlicher Liebe. Und es gibt keinen beseligenderen Gedanken als den, daß alles, was der Mensch sieht, für ihn erstanden ist.... teils, um als Mensch ihn zu erfreuen und zu Gott finden zu lassen, teils, um erst das Menschen-Dasein einmal zu ermöglichen für das Geistige, das noch in seiner Entwicklung zurück ist.... also unter dem Menschen steht, der über die Erde geht. Das "Ahnen" und später das "Wissen" darum kann der Mensch gewinnen, der sich einmal ernstlich mit solchen Gedanken befaßt, die die Schöpfung und ihren Schöpfer zum Inhalt haben. Es wird sich ihm eine Offenbarung enthüllen, die ihn beseligt und seinen ganzen Erdenlebenslauf bestimmen kann, es wird eine unbegreifliche Ehrfurcht und Liebe ihn erfassen zu seinem Schöpfer, und Dieser wird Selbst zu ihm sprechen, indem Er seinen Gedanken die rechte Richtung gibt, indem Er ihn immer wieder veranlaßt, sich Ihm zu verbinden, und so auch die Möglichkeit gegeben ist, daß Gott Sich direkt dem Menschen offenbart durch das innere Wort.... Denn wer rechten Sinnes die Schöpfungswunder betrachtet, dessen Herz wird auch in Liebe erglühen zum Schöpfer, zu seiner Umwelt. Und die Liebe nun wird eine feste Bindung sein, es wird die Liebe Selbst Sich offenbaren im Herzen eines Menschen, der selbst die Flamme der Liebe in sich entzündet hat....
