The disciples of the end time....

"And the last shall be first...." For they have a tremendous task: to proclaim the divine redeemer Jesus Christ in the midst of a faithless world.... And this is a mighty task because there is no evidence whatsoever for His life on earth, because it is a much disputed question whether the man Jesus ever lived, and because the divinity of the man Jesus or even God's incarnation in Him are completely incomprehensible concepts for people in the last days and belief in them seems impossible to them. And yet, the disciples of the end time are to stand up for Him and His act of salvation with conviction, they are to proclaim Him with conviction.... And they must first gain this conviction themselves. In turn, it cannot be gained through teachings but it requires a way of life in unselfish neighbourly love which first gives the human being the light so that he can see everything clearly and understand the correlations and then also stand up for Jesus Christ and His act of salvation with conviction. But in a world of self-love it will be very difficult to change oneself and to push back self-love for the sake of the neighbour who needs help. But anyone who does so will truly receive a reward one day in eternity, for only he will be able to accomplish the task of proclaiming the gospel again among faithless humanity as a true fighter for Christ and a true apostle. It will not be easy for him, even though he himself is deeply convinced of the truth of what he proclaims, for the unkindness of his fellow human beings will raise objections against him.... people will use their intellect and tear apart every doctrine of faith, and the many false teachings in the world will support them, and therefore the truth will also be rejected at the same time as the false teachings, and it requires a sharp sword.... it must be fought with the sword of the mouth with all zeal.... And this task could not be accomplished if God Himself were not constantly with them and He Himself spoke through the mouth of those apostles with convincing power. But where there is no love, God's word is also in vain. In the end God Himself will again fight against His adversary who benefits from people's lack of love and who therefore do not believe in the one Who could also save them before the end. And therefore every servant of the lord is blessed who declares himself willing to fight the battle against unbelief and unkindness as a fighter for Christ.... For his faith in Jesus Christ is highly valued, because it is far more difficult for these disciples of the last days to believe than it was for the first disciples, who always had the divine saviour and redeemer close to them and were introduced to the truth by Himself. They, too, doubted at times, it was not always easy for them to believe, but they experienced His working, they heard His words, and they were able to follow His way of life and also His death on the cross.... And they experienced the outpouring of the spirit.... But the disciples of the last days have to experience all knowledge of this in themselves, they first have to awaken the spirit within themselves so that it will introduce them and inform them of Jesus Christ and His act of salvation. For this is the only way to gain the inner conviction that the spirit from God will instruct them.... And such instruction, in turn, is only possible if the person lives in love.... But the last disciples will be just as eagerly at work, just as eagerly will they carry the gospel out into the world and point to the divine redeemer, Who alone is salvation from sin and death.... And even if they face opposition, even if they are tried to be silenced.... God Himself will be with them and put the words into their mouths, God Himself will speak through His disciples who serve Him, for humanity is coming to an end....

Die Jünger der Endzeit....

"Und es werden die Letzten die Ersten sein...." Denn ihnen obliegt eine gar gewaltige Aufgabe: inmitten einer glaubenslosen Welt zu künden von dem göttlichen Erlöser Jesus Christus.... Und es ist dies deshalb eine gewaltige Aufgabe, weil es keinerlei Beweise gibt für Seinen Erdenwandel, weil es eine viel umstrittene Frage ist, ob der Mensch Jesus je gelebt hat, und weil die Gottheit des Menschen Jesus oder auch die Menschwerdung Gottes in Ihm für die Menschen in der Endzeit völlig unverständliche Begriffe sind und ein Glaube daran ihnen unmöglich erscheint. Und doch sollen die Jünger der Endzeit überzeugt für Ihn und Sein Erlösungswerk eintreten, sie sollen überzeugt Ihn verkünden.... Und diese Überzeugung müssen sie zuvor selbst gewinnen. Durch Lehren wiederum kann sie nicht gewonnen werden, sondern es gehört dazu ein Lebenswandel in uneigennütziger Nächstenliebe, der erst dem Menschen das Licht gibt, so daß er alles klar überschauen und die Zusammenhänge begreifen kann und dann auch überzeugt eintreten wird für Jesus Christus und Sein Erlösungswerk. Es wird aber in einer Welt der Eigenliebe sehr schwer sein, sich selbst zu wandeln und die Ichliebe zurückzudrängen um des Nächsten willen, der Hilfe bedarf.... Wer es aber tut, der wird wahrlich einen Lohn empfangen dereinst in der Ewigkeit, denn er nur ist befähigt, jene Aufgabe zu bewältigen, daß er als ein rechter Streiter Christi und ein wahrer Apostel wieder das Evangelium verkündet unter der glaubenslosen Menschheit. Er wird es nicht leicht haben, wenngleich er selbst zutiefst überzeugt ist von der Wahrheit dessen, was er kündet, denn die Lieblosigkeit der Mitmenschen wird ihm Einwände entgegensetzen.... es werden die Menschen ihren Verstand anwenden und jegliche Glaubenslehre zerpflücken, und die vielen Irrlehren in der Welt werden ihnen den Rücken stärken, und darum wird mit den Irrlehren gleichzeitig auch die Wahrheit verworfen werden, und es bedarf eines scharfen Schwertes.... es muß mit dem Schwert des Mundes gekämpft werden mit allem Eifer.... Und diese Aufgabe wäre nicht zu erfüllen, wenn nicht ständig Gott Selbst mit ihnen wäre und Er Selbst durch den Mund jener Apostel reden würde mit überzeugender Macht. Wo aber keine Liebe ist, dort ist auch Gottes Wort vergeblich. Am Ende streitet wieder Gott Selbst gegen Seinen Widersacher, dem die Lieblosigkeit der Menschen zum Vorteil gereicht, die darum nicht zum Glauben gelangen an den Einen, Der auch sie erretten könnte noch vor dem Ende. Und darum ist ein jeder Diener des Herrn gesegnet, der sich selbst bereit erklärt, als Streiter Christi den Kampf zu führen gegen Unglaube und Lieblosigkeit.... Denn dessen Glaube an Jesus Christus wird überaus hoch gewertet, weil es für diese Jünger der Endzeit weit schwerer ist, zu glauben, als es für die ersten Jünger gewesen ist, die den göttlichen Heiland und Erlöser stets in ihrer Nähe hatten und von Ihm Selbst eingeführt wurden in die Wahrheit. Auch sie zweifelten zuweilen, auch ihnen war es nicht immer leicht, zu glauben, aber sie erlebten Sein Wirken, sie hörten Seine Worte, und sie konnten Seinen Lebenswandel verfolgen und auch Seinen Tod am Kreuz.... Und sie erfuhren die Ausgießung des Geistes.... Doch alles Wissen darüber müssen die Jünger der Endzeit an sich selbst erfahren, sie müssen erst den Geist in sich zum Erwachen bringen, auf daß er sie einführt und ihnen Kunde gibt von Jesus Christus und Seinem Erlösungswerk. Denn nur dadurch ist die innere Überzeugung zu gewinnen, daß der Geist aus Gott sie belehret.... Und eine solche Belehrung ist wiederum nur möglich, wenn der Mensch in der Liebe lebt.... Aber ebenso eifrig werden die letzten Jünger am Werk sein, ebenso eifrig werden sie das Evangelium hinaustragen in die Welt und auf den göttlichen Erlöser hinweisen, Der allein die Rettung ist aus Sünde und Tod.... Und ob auch ihnen Widerstände erwachsen, ob man sie auch mundtot zu machen sucht.... Gott Selbst wird mit ihnen sein und ihnen die Worte in den Mund legen, Gott Selbst wird sprechen durch Seine Jünger, die Ihm dienen, denn die Menschheit geht dem Ende entgegen....
