Freedom of will excludes evidence of faith....

No-one can be forced to believe; consequently it is impossible for divine revelations to be given in such a way that they cannot be doubted. But they can be recognised as divine revelations by someone with a serious will to understand, who therefore has an entirely open-minded attitude and seriously examines them. However, were people to be given irrefutable proof that they are addressed by God Himself, their thoughts and intentions would be determined by this proof.... thus it would exclude a free decision of will which, however, is the purpose and goal of life on earth. It truly would be easy for God to speak to people such that they no longer were able to doubt His existence, but in that case the purpose of earthly life would be missed, for the being's deification is an act of free will, hence free will must remain inviolable, and this excludes all absolute proof. However, it is nevertheless possible for every person to procure his own inner conviction, for as soon as his will has chosen God by consciously wanting to approach Him, God Himself will give him the evidence of His love, wisdom and omnipotence.... He will manifest Himself to him in a way that he can no longer doubt and is happy about this gained realisation. But the grace of God's manifestation is granted to every person.... Yet not every person evaluates it and attains realisation. Creation itself is already a manifestation of God, and it alone could serve the human being as living proof already, it could convince him of the eternal Creative Spirit Which manifests Itself through this creation. But even creation may not be faith-compelling evidence.... This is why the human being can also try to substantiate the emergence of creation in a different way.... which he surely will do by virtue of his free will if he isolates himself from God due to his opposing will and anti-divine nature. This person cannot believe because he does not want to. And to give such a person irrefutable proof would merely compel his will and the faith gained thereby would be totally worthless.

Different opinions will always exist in the world, that is, amongst the people of this earth, because not all people have the same will and not all of them evaluate the blessing flowing to them in the same way. But every individual sooner or later has the opportunity to spend some serious thought on a Power with Which he is connected through a life-preserving influx of strength.... He has the opportunity to draw a comparison between himself and the things He created.... and between himself and the One Who created him. He can come to the conclusion that 'a God' Who has created everything cannot be denied and that his own existence substantiates this God. Then he will be able to build upon this inner conviction and also consider God's revelations possible and subsequently live his life according to these revelations, which will always result in his increasingly brighter realisation and therefore in indisputable faith even without proof. Human will may not be infringed upon if his progress on earth is to be successful, so that he will deify himself and be able to depart from this earth as a free being full of strength and light. However, the will should be stimulated in order to be deployed in the right direction.... And this happens through blessings.... through fateful events, through particular experiences, through bringing people with different directions of thought together.... and from time to time also through conveying divine revelations. And if the human being does not openly resist these blessings they can have positive effects, and there is a possibility for a change of will in the human being, that he will not reject everything which previously seemed incredible to him, that he will think about it and.... if he is of good will.... that his thoughts can be guided correctly without coercion. The human being need only realise that he is weak and small and unable to fathom everything with his intellect alone. The feeling of his own weakness and lack of knowledge can impel him towards the Power he can no longer deny to be above him. But anyone who deems himself knowledgeable, who overestimates his intellect, will never attain truth and wisdom, for he does not open himself to the Power Which would like to permeate him because he isolates himself from It. The human being must subject himself to this Power of his own free will, only then will he realise the relationship he has with this Power and he will know what he is, what he had been and what he shall become again....

의지의 자유가 믿음의 증거를 제시하지 못하게 한다.

믿음을 갖게 어떤 사람에게도 강요할 수 없다. 그러므로 하나님의 계시를 의심할 수 없게 주는 일은 불가능하다. 그러나 설명 받기 원하는 그러므로 자신이 항상 선입관을 전적으로 갖지 않고 진지하게 시험해보는 사람은 이 계시를 하나님의 계시로 깨닫는다.

사람들에게 하나님 자신이 말했다는 부인할 수 없는 증거를 주면, 이제 너희의 생각과 원함은 이 증거를 통해 정함을 받을 것이다. 이로써 자유로운 의지의 결정을 할 수 없다. 그러나 자유롭게 의지를 결정하는 일은 이 땅의 삶의 목적이요, 목표이다. 하나님이 자신의 존재를 더 이상 의심할 수 없게 사람들에게 말하는 일은 하나님에게 쉬운 일이다. 그러나 그러면 이 땅의 삶의 목적을 이루지 못한다. 왜냐면 창조 된 존재가 하나님처럼 되는 일은 자유의지의 역사이기 때문이다.

그러므로 의지는 간섭을 받지 않아야 한다. 그러므로 모든 100%의 증거를 제시할 수 없다. 그러나 그럴지라도 모든 사람이 스스로 내적인 확신을 갖는 일은 가능하다. 왜냐면 자신의 의지가 먼저 의식적으로 하나님께 가까이 다가가기 원하면서 하나님을 위해 결정하면, 하나님 자신이 자신의 사랑과 지혜와 전능함을 그에게 증거하기 때문이다.

하나님은 그가 이제 더 이상 의심할 수 없고 얻은 깨달음으로 인해 기뻐할 수 있게 하는 방식으로 자기 자신을 그에게 계시한다. 그러나 하나님이 계시해주는 은혜는 모든 사람에게 제공 된다. 그러나 모든 사람이 이 은혜를 활용하여 깨달음에 도달하지 않는다. 창조 자체가 이미 하나님의 계시이다.

창조물 만으로도 이미 사람들에게 생명력이 있는 증거가 될 수 있다. 창조물은 그에게 이런 창조물을 통해 자신을 나타내 보이는 영원한 창조주의 영을 증거할 수 있다. 그러나 창조물도 믿게 강요하는 증거가 될 수 없다.

그러므로 사람은 다른 방식으로 창조물이 생성 된 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 만약에 그가 스스로 반항하는 의지와 하나님과 반대되는 성품을 통해 자신을 하나님으로부터 격리시키면, 그는 자신의 의지의 능력으로 이런 일을 할 수 있다.

그러므로 그는 그가 믿기를 원하지 않기 때문에 믿지 않을 수 있다. 이런 사람에게 반박할 수 없는 증거를 주는 일은 단지 그의 의지에 강요하는 일이 되었을 것이고 이렇게 생긴 믿음은 전적으로 쓸모가 없게 되었을 것이다.

그러므로 세상에는 다시 말해 이 땅의 사람들 사이에 항상 서로 다른 의견이 있을 것이다. 왜냐면 사람들이 모두 다 같은 의지를 가지고 있는 것이 아니고 모든 사람이 그에게 흘러가는 은혜를 똑같이 활용지 않기 때문이다.

그러나 생명을 유지하는 능력을 사람에게 주는 일을 통해 사람과 연결 된 분의 권세를 스스로 진지하게 생각할 가능성이 모든 각각의 사람에게 있다. 그에게 그분이 창조한 것들과 자신을 비교해 볼 수 있는 가능성이 있고 자신과 자신을 생성시키는 분을 비교해 볼 수 있는 가능성이 있다.

그는 모든 것을 창조한 자신이 존재하는 자체가 증거하는 하나님을 부인할 수 없다는 결론에 도달할 수 있다. 그러면 그는 계속해 이런 내적인 확신을 세워 나가고 이제 하나님의 계시를 가능하게 여기고 그의 삶을 이런 계시에 합당하게 살 수 있다.

이 계시는 그에게 항상 더 밝은 깨달음을 줄 것이다. 그러므로 증거가 없이 의심하지 않는 믿음을 갖게 해줄 것이다. 그의 이 땅의 삶이 자신을 하나님처럼 만들고 자유와 능력과 빛이 충만한 존재로서 이 땅을 떠나는 일에 성공하려면, 사람의 의지에 간섭해서는 안 된다.

그러나 의지가 올바른 방향을 향해 발전되게 자극을 받아야 한다. 이 일은 은혜를 통해 운명적인 사건들을 통해 특별한 체험을 통해 서로 다른 생각을 가진 사람들이 만나 서로 간에 하나님의 계시를 전하는 일을 통해 일어난다.

사람이 이 은혜에 공개적으로 저항하지 않으면, 이 은혜는 긍정적으로 역사할 수 있고 의지가 변화될 수 있는 가능성이 있고 사람이 이 전에는 자신에게 믿을 수 없게 보였던 모든 것을 거부하지 않을 가능성이 있고 스스로 이에 관해 생각해볼 수 있고 그가 선한 의지를 가진 사람이면 강요함이 없이 올바르게 인도받을 수 있는 가능성이 있다.

사람은 단지 그가 연약하고 작다는 것을 자신의 이성만으로는 모든 것을 헤아려 볼 수 없음을 인정해야만 한다. 자신이 연약하고 깨달음이 없다는 느낌이 그가 이제 자신 위에 있는 권세를 더 이상 부인할 수 없는 이 권세에게 향하게 만들 수 있다.

그러나 자신을 지혜롭게 여기는 사람은 자신의 이성을 너무 높게 평가하는 사람은 절대로 진리와 지혜에 도달할 수 없을 것이다. 왜냐면 그가 자신을 이 권세로부터 격리시켜 그를 채우기 원하는 능력이 들어오는 통로를 막기 때문이다.

사람은 자유의지로 이 권세에 복종해야만 한다. 그러면 그는 비로소 그가 이 권세와 어떠한 관계에 있는지 깨달을 것이다. 그는 자신이 누구인지 자신이 누구였는지 자신이 다시 무엇이 되야 하는지 알 것이다.
