Intellectual knowledge.... Study.... Revelations....

People value their intellect too highly or they would not resist the working of the spirit and its results. They deem themselves superior to all spiritually gained knowledge and refuse to acknowledge the latter because, in a manner of speaking, it excludes intellectual reasoning and they would have to admit that it is proof that the intellect does not offer any guarantee for correct knowledge.... because they would have to admit that inaccessible fields can also be investigated without intellectual activity. They overestimate themselves without considering the fact that it does not require an awakened intellect in order to become blissfully happy, that acquiring the kingdom of God is not solely the right of an intelligent person but that this kingdom is also open to the simplest human being, because God only judges the love of the heart and not the intellect. And this love is the key to wisdom.... Love provides the brightest realisation about even the most hidden things, love grants an insight into hitherto closed spheres, love alone guarantees truthful knowledge, it alone explores the depths of wisdom. The intellect by itself cannot penetrate the truth without love; consequently, the human being must first recognise his own inadequacy and humbly make a distinction between worldly and spiritual knowledge.... And thus even theology belongs to worldly knowledge, which only the human being's intellect deals with, for as long as the human being lacks love.... Only through love can it become spiritual knowledge and only then will the human being be able to think according to the truth, which was previously impossible for him.... However, for as long as study is demanded and for as long as the study is so highly valued that the truth is only proven where diligent study preceded it.... the intellect is valued too highly and for this long the door leading to truth will remain closed to him. For what the intellect deems itself capable of investigating is achieved by love with certainty within a short time without intellectual thought.... since then the person's thinking will be enlightened by the spirit and that means that he brightly and clearly realises everything and is fully convinced of the truth within himself. Therefore it is written 'God will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent', and therefore people fail to recognise the truth, as long as the spirit of God cannot work in them through love, despite studying. For they lack humility.... but this necessitates the influx of the divine spirit.... Humility, however, does not stand out. But the rational person is self-important, he values his intellect too highly even though, without love, it can only bring forth dead knowledge without spirit and life, it can only master worldly knowledge but, without love, even this will not be free from error. This should be remembered by all those who doubt and resist spiritual knowledge which was gained in a different way than by intellectual means.... And above all, those who believe that they represent the 'Word of God' on earth should bear in mind.... that they are merely servants of the world as long as they manage their ministry in a purely intellectual way, that only love makes them suitable for being true representatives of God, because only then will they be permeated by His spirit and be able to distinguish between truth and error and because they will only be able to endorse the pure truth when they have been 'guided into all truth by His spirit'.... Intellect without love is worthless, but the work of a person on earth whose thinking is enlightened through love, who experienced the illumination through the spirit, will be richly blessed.... For God will reveal Himself to him and he will be able to proclaim God's love, wisdom and omnipotence.... he will penetrate profound knowledge and will be successfully active on earth for God and His kingdom....

Saber intelectual – Estudio – Revelaciones

Los hombres avaloran su inteligencia demasiado alta, de lo contrario no opondrían rechazo al obrar del Espíritu y sus resultados. Ellos se sienten superiores a los que cada saber han obtenido por vía espiritual y no reconocen a este saber, porque en cierto modo esta excluido el pensar intelectual y ellos tendrian que reconocer la prueba de que el intelecto no ofrece garantía para un justo saber, porque tendrían que reconocer que ámbitos inaccesibles pueden ser averiguados también sin la actividad de la inteligencia. Ellos se dan demasiada importancia a sí mismos, sin reflexionar sobre eso, de que no se requiere ninguna despierta inteligencia, para poder ser bienaventurado, que adquirir el Reino de Dios no es únicamente el derecho de hombres listos, sino que ese Reino también está abierto a los hombres más simples, porque Dios no avalora el intelecto, sino únicamente el amor del corazón. Y ese amor es la clave a la sabiduría.

El amor da el más claro conocimiento también en las cosas más ocultas, el amor hace que uno se forme una idea de ámbitos reservados hasta ahora, el amor únicamente garantiza verdadero saber, él unicamente escudriña las profundidades de la sabiduría. Donde el amor falta, la inteligencia sola no puede internarse en la Verdad, por lo cual el hombre por lo pronto tiene que reconocer su insuficiencia y efectuar con humildad una separación entre el saber mundial y el saber espiritual. Y así también pertenece la teología al saber del mundo tanto tiempo como sólo con la inteligencia humana se las arregle, como el hombre mismo esté aún sin amor. Primero por el amor puede ella llegar a ser un saber espiritual, y entonces el hombre puede primero pensar conforme a la Verdad, lo que anteriormente le es imposible. Pero mientras se pida un estudio y mientras el estudio sea tan altamente avalorado, que sólo allí dejan pasar la Verdad como demostrada, donde un estudio celoso ha sido precedido, tanto tiempo será el intelecto humano por lo tanto demasiado alto avalorado, y tanto tiempo les está cerrada la puerta que conduce a la Verdad. Pues lo que el intelecto cree de poder investigar, eso consigue el amor con seguridad en poco tiempo exluyendo el intelecto con su modo de pensar. Porque la mente de los hombres está ahora iluminada por el Espíritu, y eso significa, que él reconoce ahora todo lúcida y claramente y tiene en sí la convicción de la más plena Verdad.

Y por eso está escrito: “Dios desecha el entendimiento de los entendidos y la sabiduría de los sabios la destruirá ”, y por eso los hombres no reconocen la Verdad a pesar del estudio, mientras el Espíritu de Dios no pueda obrar en ellos a través del amor. Pues a aquellos les falta la humildad, la que supone como condición el fluir del Espíritu de Dios. Pero la humildad no se luce. Pero el hombre intelectual es engreído, él avalora demasiado altamente su entendimiento, el que sin amor sólo puede ser un saber muerto, sin espíritu y sin vida, quien sólo puede dominar un saber del mundo, pero este también sin amor no estará libre de error.

Eso que lo tomen a pecho todos aquellos que oponen dudas y rechazo al Bien espíritual que ha sido obtenido de otra manera que a través de vías intelecutales. Y sobre todo que lo tengan bien en cuenta a quellos, que en la tierra creen representar la “Palabra de Dios”, de que ellos son solamente servidores del mundo, mientras desempeñen sólo intelectualmente su oficio, el que primero el amor los hace aptos a ello, a que sean un auténtico representante de Dios, porque ellos entonces están realizados por el Espíritu de Dios, y son capaces de discernir la Verdad del error y porque ellos pueden representar, primeramente entoncens, la Verdad pura, si “han estado dirigidos por Su Espíritu en toda Verdad.”

El entendimiento sin amor no tiene valor, pero el hombre en la tierra podrá actuar sumamente beneficamente cuyo pensar ha sido iluminado por el amor, quien a causa del Espíritu ha experimentado el alumbramiento. Pues a él se le manifestará Dios Mismo, y él podrá anunciar el Amor, Sabiduría y Omnipotencia de Dios, él penetrará en el saber más profundo y actuará con éxito en la tierra para Dios y Su Reinio.
