Influence by spiritual forces.... possession....

It is left up to you humans alone what benefit you derive from your earthly life.... The path you have to take is marked out for you, i.e., everything fatefully approaches you in such a way that every day, every experience and every thought can serve your soul towards perfection.... Yet the evaluation of all this is entirely up to you, i.e. you can allow your thoughts, intentions and actions to be determined by the fact that you move entirely within divine order, but you can also consciously close your mind to every deeper impression, you can only look at your course of life in a purely worldly way, which you prove by believing that you can master your destiny yourselves or steer life in a different direction. It is your own will that is decisive.... And both good and bad forces try to influence this will; forces which want to help you to live a blissful life after the death of the body and those which want to prevent your transformation, your perfection. Now these can only ever influence your will, and they do it in every conceivable way. These forces either belong to God or are His opponents.... they have access to you according to your will, but they cannot force your will.... This must be emphasized that you humans are not under their control, that they cannot force their way into your house against your will but that you must open the door for them yourselves, through which they now find entrance to you. Thus your soul can still be strongly subject to the law of instinct.... which means that its substances have not yet sufficiently purified themselves in the preliminary development, in the state of compulsion, that they still carry much of the instinctual from this state within them.... And the consequence of this is that spiritual forces of the same disposition, thus beings with the same instinctuality, do not find the defence of the will when they seek to influence it.... Then those 'emissaries' of God's adversary influence the human being and often with success.... In the same way, however, the beings of light, the forces which are active on God's behalf, also want to win over people's will, and they can likewise only achieve this through mental transmission.... And the human being himself decides which thoughts he gives space to within himself.... As soon as he gives in to the urge of the beings of light despite his instincts, he expels all evil spirits which want to harm him. Thus the human being must free his soul substances from the drives still clinging to them, from everything that still contradicts the divine order, from all characteristics which still prove a wrongly directed love, for the soul was granted earthly life as a human being for this purpose, so that it can become.... as a once fallen original spirit.... completely purge itself of everything impure which still separates this original spirit from God.... And this work must proceed in complete free will. If a soul is excessively oppressed by God's adversary and his followers that it is too weak to resist them because it does not call upon the one Who can give it the necessary strength.... then the evil forces can certainly take possession of the person and throw the soul far back again, yet this does not always mean the complete fall into the abyss, because the soul's other nature still enables an ascent in the kingdom of the beyond, which is why souls which are very weakened are often suddenly called away and, due to their complete apathy, no longer offer the evil forces a point of attack in the kingdom of the beyond and therefore can slowly find themselves again and the influence of good forces can then be successful. Every human being is exposed to the oppression of spiritual beings which try to influence him mentally. But against his will such beings are not allowed to settle in a body, yet the soul substances similar to him feel addressed and start to revolt.... And the human being's will can command them to be silent, yet only ever when Jesus Christ gives him the necessary strengthening.... when the human being fully hands himself over to the divine redeemer so that He will deliver him from all spiritual adversity....

영적의 세력들이 주는 영향. 점령.

너희가 이 땅의 삶에서 어떤 유익을 얻을지는 유일하게 너희 사람들에게 맡겨져 있다. 너희가 가야만 하는 길은 너희를 위해 계획되어 있다. 다시 말해 운명적으로 너희에게 매일마다 모든 경험과 모든 생각이 너희 혼을 온전하게 만들 수 있게 모든 일이 일어난다. 그러나 이런 모든 일을 활용하는 일은 완전히 너희의 자유이다. 다시 말해 너희는 이런 자유를 통해 너희의 생각과 의지와 행동을 전적으로 하나님의 질서대로 살도록 정할 수 있다. 그러나 너희는 또한 의식적으로 어떤 깊은 인상에 자신을 닫을 수 있고 단지 세상적으로 너희의 삶의 과정을 바라볼 수 있다. 이런 일은 너희 자신이 너희의 운명을 다스리거나 또는 삶을 다른 길로 인도할 수 있다고 믿고 있다는 것을 증명한다.

너희 자신의 의지가 결정적이다. 선한 세력들과 또한 악한 세력들 모두가 의지에 영향을 미치려는 시도를 한다. 이런 세력들은 너희가 몸의 죽음 후에 축복된 삶을 살도록 돕기 원하는 세력들과 너희의 변화와 너희가 온전하게 되는 일을 막기 원하는 세력들이다. 이런 세력들은 이제 항상 단지 너희의 의지에 영향을 미칠 수 있고 상상할 수 있는 모든 방법으로 영향을 미친다. 이런 세력들은 하나님께 속하거나 하나님의 대적자에게 속한 세력들이다. 그들은 너희의 의지에 따라 너희에게 접근할 수 있다. 그러나 그들이 너희의 의지를 강요할 수 없다는 것을 강조해야만 한다. 그들이 너희의 의지에 반하여 너희의 집 안으로 강제로 들어갈 수 없고 너희 자신이 그들을 위해 그들이 이제 너희의 집에 들어갈 수 있도록 문을 열어줘야만 한다는 것을 강조해야만 한다.

그러므로 너희 혼이 아직 본능의 법칙에 강하게 종속될 수 있다. 이런 일은 너희의 입자들이 이전 성장 단계인 의무의 단계에서 아직 충분하게 정화가 되지 않았고 너희의 입자들이 그런 상태에 있을 때 가졌던 많은 본능적 요소들을 자신 안에 아직 가지고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 그런 일의 결과는 같은 성향을 가진 영적인 세력들과 즉 같은 본능을 가진 존재들이 의지에 영향을 미치려고 시도하면, 의지의 방어를 만나지 않는 일이다. 그러면 하나님의 대적자에 의해 보냄 받은 존재는 사람들에게 역사하고 자주 성공을 한다.

그러나 빛의 존재들인 하나님의 사명을 받아 활동하는 세력들도 마찬가지로 인간의 의지를 얻기 원하고 그들도 마찬가지로 단지 생각을 전하는 일을 통해 이 일을 달성할 수 있다. 사람은 자신이 어떤 생각을 할 것인지를 정한다. 그가 자신의 본능에도 불구하고 빛의 존재들의 충동에 굴복하면, 그는 그를 괴롭히기를 원하는 모든 악한 영들을 쫓아 낸다. 그러므로 인간은 자신의 혼의 입자들 안에 아직 달라 붙어 있는 충동들과 하나님의 질서에 어긋나는 모든 것들과 아직 잘못 된 방향으로 향한 사랑을 증명하는 모든 속성들로부터 자신의 혼의 입자들을 해방시켜야만 한다. 왜냐면 이런 목적을 위해 혼에게 인간으로 사는 이 땅의 삶이 주어졌기 때문이다. 이로써 한때 타락한 원래의 영인 혼이 아직 원래의 영을 하나님과 분리시키는 모든 불순한 것에서 자신을 완전히 깨끗하게 만들게 한다. 이런 역사는 전적인 자유의지로 이뤄져야만 한다.

혼이 하나님의 대적자와 그의 추종자들에 의해 과도하게 공격을 받고 있고 혼이 자신에게 필요한 힘을 줄 수 있는 분을 부르지 않기 때문에 이에 대항하기 너무 연약하다면, 악의 세력들이 그 사람을 점령하고 혼을 다시 멀리 퇴보하게 만들 수 있다. 그러나 이런 일이 항상 깊은 곳으로 완전히 떨어지는 일을 의미하지는 않는다. 왜냐면 혼의 다른 부분의 성품이 저세상의 나라에서 아직 성장을 가능하게 하기 때문이다. 그러므로 아주 연약하게 된 혼은 자주 갑자기 부름을 받고 저세상의 나라에서 혼의 완전한 무관심으로 인해 더 이상 악한 세력에게 공격할 요소를 제공하지 않는다. 그러므로 혼이 서서히 다시 자신을 발견하고 선한 세력들의 역사가 성공할 수 있게 된다.

모든 사람은 자신에게 생각을 통해 영향을 미치기 위해 시도하는 영적인 존재의 압력에 노출되어 있다. 그러나 이런 영적인 존재들이 그의 의지에 반하여 그의 육체에 굳게 자리를 잡을 수 없다. 그러나 영적인 존재의 성품과 유사한 입자들이 해결책을 찾았다고 느끼고 반란을 일으키기 시작하고 인간의 의지는 입자들에게 침묵하라고 명할 수 있다. 그러나 이런 일은 항상 단지 예수 그리스도가 그에게 필요한 힘을 줄 때에 가능하고 인간이 자신을 전적으로 모두 하나님의 구세주에게 모든 영적 문제에서 자신을 해방시켜주도록 맡길 때 가능하다.
