Own responsibility.... statement on truth....

Every person bears responsibility for his soul himself, and therefore it is not enough that he merely joins a community as a follower which relieves him of his own thinking, which prescribes his actions and omissions and which he now blindly follows without his own judgement as to whether the demands are justified, whether he himself can gain something for his soul if he does what is demanded of him. He bears a great responsibility towards his soul, for he prepares its fate for eternity through his conduct on earth.... Nor will he ever be able to pass this responsibility on to people who have taught or guided him wrongly, because he himself was given intellect and free will and should make use of them. However, he himself is not serious about the immortality of his soul, he does not believe in it correctly, he is lukewarm towards everything that relates to his spiritual development. And he has to answer for it..... Every person's thoughts will be pointed out, no person will be able to claim that he has never thought about the life after death.... Everyone will process such thoughts within himself at times but often reject them unwillingly and resist any further mental influence from the spiritual kingdom. And he must also answer for this, because he himself rejects every means which could help him gain the right realization. Every person has to answer for himself, and he has the right and the duty to take a stand himself on all teachings which are presented to him as spiritual truth. For he must just as well be able to accept them as error as accept them as truth, because it is demonstrable that there are many schools of thought and each one differs in its teachings from the other. If he now wants to represent one of them as truth, he first has to convince himself that this teaching is truth, and this requires a conscientious examination, which, however, he cannot undertake without God's call for His assistance. He must be interested in the pure truth and know that only truth will lead him to the aim, that only through truth can he help his soul to a blissful fate in eternity. And therefore he has the duty to search for the truth, thus also to examine everything as to whether it corresponds to the truth. No person gains an advantage for his soul as a follower, he must gain everything for himself and therefore let his own will become active, he must always desire support from above, he must establish the bond with God himself and always seek to fulfil His will.... This serious will will soon also earn him right thinking, he will become aware of his state and his task on earth and now seriously strive to live such that he will one day be able to answer to God, his creator and father of eternity....

La propria responsabilità - La presa di posizione verso la Verità

Ogni uomo stesso porta la responsabilità per la sua anima, e perciò non è sufficiente che si unisca ad una comunità come quello che corre solo accanto, che lo solleva della propria riflessione, che gli prescrive il suo fare e non fare e che ora esegue ciecamente, senza proprio giudizio, se queste pretese siano autorizzate, se lui stesso possa conquistare qualcosa per la sua anima, se fa ciò che viene preteso da lui. Egli porta una grande responsabilità per la sua anima, perché le prepara la sorte per l’Eternità attraverso il cammino della sua vita. Non potrà nemmeno mai scaricare questa responsabilità sugli uomini che lo hanno istruito o guidato erroneamente, perché a lui stesso è stato dato l’intelletto e la libera volontà e questi devono essere usati da lui. Ma lui stesso non la prende sul seriore con l’immortalità della sua anima, non ne ha la giusta fede, è tiepido verso tutto ciò che ha riferimento al suo sviluppo spirituale. E per questo deve rispondere. Questo viene indicato mentalmente ad ogni uomo, nessuno potrà sostenere di non essersi mai occupato mentalmente con la Vita dopo la morte. Ognuno elaborerà di tanto in tanto tali pensieri in sé, ma li respingerà di malavoglia e rifiuterà ogni ulteriore influenza mentale dal Regno spirituale. Ed anche per questo deve rispondere, perché lui stesso rifiuta ogni mezzo che potrebbe aiutarlo alla giusta conoscenza. Ogni uomo deve rispondere per sé stesso, ed ha il diritto ed il dovere, di prendere lui stesso posizione verso tutti gli insegnamenti, che gli vengono sottoposti come Verità spirituale. Perché la deve poter accettare proprio così come errore, per quanto l’accetta come Verità, perché esistono dimostrabilmente molti orientamenti spirituali ed ognuno devia nei suoi insegnamenti dall’altro. Se ora vuole rappresentare uno di questi come Verità, allora lui stesso deve dapprima procurarsi la convinzione, che questo insegnamento sia la $$Verità$$, e per questo ci vuole un esame coscienzioso, che però non lo può eseguire senza l’invocazione a Dio per la sua Assistenza. Egli deve essere interessato alla pura Verità, e deve sapere, che soltanto la Verità conduce alla meta, che soltanto attraverso la Verità può aiutare la sua anima ad una sorte beata nell’Eternità. E perciò ha l’obbligo di cercare la Verità, quindi di esaminare anche tutto, se corrisponde alla Verità. Come colui che corre accanto, l’uomo non si conquista nessun vantaggio per la sua anima, lui stesso deve conquistarsi tutto e perciò rendere attiva la propria volontà, deve sempre desiderare il Sostegno dall’Alto, lui stesso deve stabilire il legame con Dio e sempre cercare di adempiere la Sua Volontà. Questa seria volontà presto gli procurerà anche il giusto pensare, si renderà conto del suo stato e del suo compito sulla Terra ed ora tendere seriamente a vivere in modo, che una volta possa risponderne davanti a Dio, suo Creatore e Padre dall’Eternità.
