Love is the Christ-life in man.... "My yoke is gentle...."

To make God's will your own at all times is your task, the work you should do on yourselves. It can be laborious work but it can also be easy, depending on the nature of your will, i.e., how far you are still distant from God and therefore also of a will which is opposed to His. For a long distance from God also requires an enormous path to return, then your work may well be arduous but it can be overcome, then 'the kingdom of heaven needs force' for you to seize it.... But if you have already come closer to Him, if you are no longer so stubborn in your resistance, if you have directed your will and desire towards Him, then your soul's work will also be easy for you, then the "burden is light and the yoke is not heavy...." Enter into the will of God.... submit yourselves completely to Him and submit to His commandments.... Then you will make God's will your own, and then you will certainly reach your aim, the union with God on this earth. But you enter this earth, the earthly world, with a will which is still opposed to God, in which you should thus change yourselves and your will. And therefore you still belong to the one who placed this God-opposing will in you, which was the cause of your former apostasy from God.... You yourselves as human beings are no match for his power and cunning, you would never ever succeed in your weakness, in your lack of strength, the consequence of your distance from God, to wrest yourselves from his power, you would never ever succeed in turning your will towards God by your own strength.... And that is why Jesus Christ came to your help.... Thus with Jesus Christ you can now detach yourselves from the enemy of your souls and completely subordinate your will to God's will, but without Jesus Christ it is impossible for you. Your earthly task is therefore now very simple.... To make use of His help in the work of the soul, in the transformation of your will.... And you secure His help for yourselves as soon as you believe in Him and keep His commandments.... For it is God's commandments which the man Jesus taught you, it is the fulfilment of the divine will if you live out Christ's teaching.... But you alone would be too weak to fulfil these commandments if you did not avail yourselves of His help, of His grace acquired on the cross, which enables you to do everything that is God's will.... You should live in love.... for love is strength, and you voluntarily gave this up when you became unloving, when you therefore fell into the abyss. It is easy for a person to live a life of love if his will is turned towards God, but only if Christ came alive in him, if His love for people was recognized and also awakened love in his own heart.... for love infallibly transforms the will and directs it towards God.... Love, therefore, is the life of Christ in the human being, and love is also the change of will and nature in the human being.... No one can become blessed without Jesus Christ, because no one can become blessed without love.... Jesus Christ is embodied love and therefore God Himself. And thus your task on earth is to return to God, to revive the love in you which you once voluntarily gave away.... but which then also inevitably draws your will to God.... And since you yourselves are too weak as human beings on this earth, call upon the eternal love Itself for help, Which in Jesus Christ will also surely come to your aid.... Acknowledge Jesus Christ as God's son and redeemer of the world, then you will also start your return, then He Himself will take hold of you with His love and draw you, for He earned the right for Himself as a human being through His death on the cross, through His blood He ransomed you from the one who holds you captive, and now you can become blessed if you only want to, for He strengthens this will so that it will no longer turn away from God but strive towards Him as long as He dwells on earth....

사랑은 사람 안의 그리스도의 삶이다. 내 멍에는 가볍다.

항상 하나님의 뜻을 너희 자신의 뜻으로 만드는 일이 너희의 과제이고, 너희 자신에게 완성해야 하는 일이다. 이 일은 힘든 일이 될 수 있다. 그러나 너희의 의지가 어떤 지에 따라 이 일을 쉽게 할 수 있다. 즉 너희 자신이 아직 하나님으로부터 얼마나 멀리 떨어져 있는 지와 하나님과 반대되는 의지로부터 얼마나 멀리 떨어져 있는 지에 따라 쉽게 할 수 있다. 그러나 하나님과 간격이 더 멀어지는 일은 귀환을 위한 강력한 방법이 필요하게 만든다. 그러면 너희의 노력이 실제 힘들 수 있지만 행할 수 있고, 너희가 하늘나라를 얻기 위해 하늘나라를 침노하는 일이 필요하다. 그러나 너희는 이미 하늘나라에 더 가까이 다가왔고, 너희의 저항은 더 이상 강팎하지 않고, 너희에게 하나님을 향한 의지와 소원이 있다면, 너희의 혼에 대한 작업이 너희에게 쉽게 될 것이다. 그러면 짐이 가볍게 되고, 멍에는 무겁지 않게 된다.

하나님의 뜻을 따르라. 그에게 온전히 순종하고 그의 계명을 따르라. 그러면 너희는 하나님의 뜻을 너희 자신의 뜻으로 만들고, 이 땅에서 하나님과 연합하는 목표에 확실하게 도달하게 된다. 그러나 너희는 의지가 아직 하나님께 대항하는 상태로 이 땅의 세상으로 임하고, 이 땅에서 너희 의지를 바꿔야 한다. 그러므로 너희는 아직 너희 안에 하나님을 대적하려는 의지를 넣어주었고, 너희가 한때 하나님을 떠나 타락하게 만든 자에게 속해 있다.

인간으로서 너희 자신이 그의 권세화 교활함에 대항할 수 없고, 너희는 하나님과의 멀어진 거리의 결과인 너희의 연약함과 무기력으로 인해 너희를 그로부터 자유롭게 만드는 일에 절대로 성공하지 못할 것이고, 너희는 절대로 너희 자신의 힘으로 너희의 의지를 하나님께 돌이킬 수 없게 될 것이다. 그러므로 예수 그리스도가 너희를 돕기 위해 임했고, 너희는 이제 예수 그리스도와 함께 혼의 원수로부터 자신을 해방시킬 수 있고, 너희의 뜻을 하나님의 뜻에 완전히 종속시킬 수 있다. 그러나 예수 그리스도 없이는 너희에게 이 일이 불가능하다.

그러므로 너희의 이 땅의 과제는 이제 아주 간단하다. 혼에 대한 작업을 하고 너희의 의지를 바꾸는 일에 그의 도움을 활용하라. 그러면 너희가 그를 믿고 그의 계명을 지키면, 너희는 확실하게 그의 도움을 보장받는다. 왜냐면 인간 예수가 너희에게 가르치는 내용은 하나님의 계명이고, 너희가 그리스도의 가르침대로 살면, 하나님의 뜻을 성취시키기 때문이다. 그러나 너희가 그리스도의 도움과 십자가에서 얻은, 하나님의 뜻인 모든 일을 너희가 할 수 있게 만드는 그리스도의 은혜를 활용하지 않으면, 너희 자신이 이 계명을 성취시키기에는 너무 연약할 것이다.

너희는 사랑 안에서 살아야 한다. 왜냐면 사랑은 힘이고, 너희가 사랑이 없게 되었고 이로써 깊이 타락했을 때 너희가 자유의지로 사랑을 버렸기 때문이다. 하나님을 향한 의지를 가지고, 그리스도가 그 안에서 생명력이 있게 되고, 그가 사람들을 향한 그리스도의 사랑을 깨닫고 또한 자신의 심장 안에 사랑이 깨어나게 한 사람은 사랑을 행하는 삶을 사는 일이 쉽다. 왜냐면 사랑이 의지를 피할 수 없게 변화시키고 의지를 하나님께 인도하기 때문이다. 그러므로 사랑은 사람 안의 그리스도의 삶이고, 사랑은 또한 사람 안에 있는 의지와 성품의 변화이다.

어느 누구도 예수 그리스도 없이는 구원받을 수 없다. 왜냐면 사랑 없이는 아무도 구원받을 수 없기 때문이다. 예수 그리스도는 육신을 입은 사랑이고 따라서 하나님 자신이다. 너희의 이 땅의 과제는 하나님께 귀환하는 일이고, 너희가 한때 자발적으로 포기했던 사랑을 너희 안에서 다시 살아나게 하는 일이다. 그러면 불가피하게 너희의 의지가 하나님께 향하게 된다. 너희 자신이 이 땅의 인간으로서 너무 연약하기 때문에, 예수 그리스도 안에서 너희를 도우려고 서두르는 영원한 사랑 자신에게 도움을 청하라.

예수 그리스도를 하나님의 아들이자 세상의 구세주로 인정하라. 그러면 너희가 너희의 귀환에 들어서고, 예수 그리스도 자신이 자신의 사랑으로 너희를 붙잡고 너희를 이끈다. 왜냐면 예수 그리스도 자신이 인간으로서 십자가의 죽음을 통해 권리를 얻었기 때문이다. 예수 그리스도는 자신의 피로 너희를 포로로 잡고 있는 자로부터 너희를 구매했고, 너희가 이제 원하면, 너희는 축복을 받을 수 있다. 왜냐면 예수 그리스도가 의지를 강하게 하여, 그가 더 이상 하나님을 외면하지 않고, 그가 이 땅에 머무는 동안에 예수 그리스도를 추구하기 때문이다.
