Freedom of will.... Jesus Christ....

I do not command the will in you, I allow it its freedom.... Nevertheless, I arrange everything such that your will is always given the opportunity to direct it correctly; thus it can enter into My will, for this possibility is the purpose of all events in earthly life. I will not send anything to the human being which would hinder his right direction of will, his right attitude towards My eternal order, yet his decision is completely up to him. You must know this in order to be aware of your responsibility, for nothing is intended to push you into a wrong decision but everything is intended to enable you to pass your test of will. And again, you humans can only be directed to Jesus Christ, Who will certainly help you to make the right decision of will as soon as you call upon Him for His support. The only danger of spiritual failure, of a decline on your path of development, is the weakened will, and you can strengthen this at any time in faith in Jesus Christ and His act of salvation. And thus the human being who consciously places himself under Christ's cross, who therefore makes use of the blessings acquired through the death on the cross, will also always make the right decision, he will not think, want and act differently than in accordance with My will, because he now, as it were, walks the path of Christ, whose aim was Me, his father from eternity. Your counter will is broken with the devotion to Jesus Christ, Who now comes alive in you and prevents you from wrong wanting and thinking, Who pulls you upwards by virtue of His infinite love. And yet, your will remains free, for of your own free will you have to profess Him, of your own free will you have to make use of His help and His blessings; you will not be urged but neither will you be prevented from taking the path which He has taken and which certainly leads to Me. But once this free will has turned to Him you need no longer fear a relapse, for He Who redeemed you through His blood will never ever give you up once you have made the decision for Him.... Anyone who is weak-willed still lives without Him and therefore will hardly reach his aim.... For My adversary still works on a weak will, and often with success. Nevertheless, he cannot be forced upwards or downwards.... Therefore you bear the responsibility yourselves until you have handed it over to the divine redeemer Jesus Christ, until you hand yourselves over to Him, Who then truly sets you free from the adversary's power, Who strengthens your will so that it now decides right....

자유 의지. 예수 그리스도.

나는 너희 안의 의지에 명령하지 않고, 너희의 자유에 맡긴다. 그럴지라도 나는 너희의 의지를 올바르게 사용할 수 있는 기회를 만들어 주기 위해 항상 모든 일을 섭리한다. 그러므로 너희의 의지는 내 의지에 따를 수 있다. 이러한 기회가 이 땅의 삶에 일어나는 모든 일의 목적이다. 나는 자신의 의지에 올바른 방향을 정하는 일에 방해가 될 수 있는 일을 절대로 그에게 보내지 않고, 그가 내 영원한 질서에 올바른 자세를 갖는 일을 방해하는 일을 절대로 그에게 보내지 않는다. 그러나 이를 결정하는 일은 전적으로 그에게 달려있고, 너희가 책임감을 갖기 위해 너희는 이를 알고 있어야만 한다. 왜냐면 어떤 일도 너희가 잘못된 결정을 하도록 자극하는 일이 아니고, 모든 일이 너희가 의지의 시험에 합격할 수 있게 하기 위한 일이기 때문이다. 너희 사람들은 단지 예수 그리스도를 다시 알아야 한다. 너희가 그를 부르며 그의 도움을 청하면, 그가 확실하게 올바른 결정할 수 있도록 너희를 도울 것이다.

영적으로 실패하는 유일한 위험과 너희의 성장과정이 퇴보하게 하는 단 한가지의 위험은 연약한 의지이다. 너희는 연약한 의지를 언제든지 예수 그리스도와 그의 구속사역을 믿음으로 강하게 할 수 있다. 자신을 의식적으로 십자가 아래 세우는 사람과 십자가의 죽음으로 얻은 은혜를 활용하려는 사람은 항상 올바르게 결정할 것이다. 그들은 내 의지와 다르게 생각하거나, 뜻하거나, 행동하지 않을 것이다. 왜냐면 그는 그리스도의 길과 같은 길을 가고, 길의 목적이 영원한 아버지인 나 자신인 길을 가기 때문이다.

예수 그리스도에 대한 헌신으로 너희의 대적하려는 의지가 꺾이고, 예수 그리스도가 너희 안에서 생명력이 있게 되고, 너희가 잘못된 생각하고 잘못된 의지를 갖는 일을 막고, 그의 끝없는 사랑의 힘으로 너희를 위로 이끈다. 그럴지라도 너희 의지는 자유하다. 왜냐면 너희가 자유로운 가운데 나를 고백해야만 하고, 자유로운 가운데 내 도움과 은혜를 구해야만 하기 때문이다. 너희는 예수님이 갔던 길인 확실하게 나에게 도달하는 길을 가도록 강요당하지 않지만, 방해받지도 않는다. 한번 자유의지로 예수 그리스도에게 향한 사람은 더 이상 다시 퇴보를 염려하지 않아도 된다. 왜냐면 너희가 한번 예수 그리스도를 택하는 결정을 했기 때문에, 자신의 피로 너희를 구속한 예수 그리스도가 너희를 절대로 버려두지 않기 때문이다.

연약한 의지를 가진 사람은 자신의 피로 너희를 구속한 그가 없이 살고 그러므로 그가 목표에 도달하는 일은 어렵다. 왜냐면 내 대적자가 의지를 약하게 만들려고 하고, 자주 이 일에 성공하기 때문이다. 그럴지라도 대적자가 아래로 가도록 또는 위로 가도록 그에게 강요할 수 없다. 그러므로 진실로 너희를 대적자의 권세로부터 자유롭게 해주는 하나님의 구세주 예수 그리스도에게 책임을 넘기지 않는 동안에는, 너희 자신이 스스로 책임을 져야 하고, 너희가 너희의 의지를 강하게 해주고 이로써 너희의 의지가 이제 올바르게 결정하게 하는 예수 그리스도에게 너희 자신을 드릴 때 까지는, 너희 자신이 스스로 책임을 져야 한다.
