Bible - spirit work.... (after lecture of Jehovah's witnesses)

Only accept as truth what I send to you from above. What does not agree with it is not My but My adversary's spiritual product, for My word will always remain the same and its meaning will never contradict itself if it is understood correctly. Precisely the wrong interpretation of My word is the cause that I convey it purely and unadulterated to earth again with the explanation how I want My word to be understood. Human intellect often gets confused and can no longer find its way around My word, but human intellect, in turn, is convinced of itself and believes itself capable of correctly interpreting My word, thereby completely disregarding the fact that divine words can only be fathomed with divine spirit and that the true meaning cannot be found without divine spirit. And therefore My spirit must first be able to work in the human being before he grasps the meaning of My word and can translate it to his fellow human beings.

As I always spoke to people, so I still speak to them today and only ever the pure truth, which is why My word can never change either. There should also always be the same understanding of it, yet a person's thinking will always correspond to his will, for as this is directed so is the ability to recognize the truth; and since My word is the eternal truth it will always be recognized more or less correctly depending on the individual's will.... Thus misguided teachings arise or came into being as a result of people's free will, which affects the power of realization. And therefore people are not capable of spreading My word or of teaching activity as soon as the will has taken a wrong direction, as soon as it itself does not recognize that truth alone can only be gained when the will completely subordinates itself to Mine and thus truth is now its undisputed property. However, as long as it is not the will which decides but the intellect, the door is opened to error, for the intellect can be influenced by the one who campaigns against the truth. There is only one path to truth which must be taken without fail.... to call upon the originator of truth Himself in order to receive it, and what He then sends to the human being is the only truth.... The words from above speak to you humans in an easily understandable and credible way and are also accepted by those who are also of good will....

(3.7.1951) For they speak to the heart, and the heart also receives them, whereas the intellect has to make unusual efforts if the heart does not explain the meaning of the words to it. The spiritual meaning can only be explained to you humans by Me Myself, and again only through the spirit.... The same also applies to the knowledge you humans draw from the book of the fathers. This, too, must first be explained to you by My spirit before you can penetrate the right meaning of the words. But this truly requires no study, no intellectual gathering of spiritual knowledge, even if the latter is called My word. For it only becomes My word when My spirit has become effective in you and then the spirit of the word speaks to you, not just the letter. And My spirit works in the person who has completely shaped his heart into love.... He will also clearly recognize the spiritual meaning which is hidden in every letter. But My word, which is imparted to you humans directly from above out of immense grace, because an immense spiritual hardship requires extraordinary help.... this word is transmission and explanation at the same time.... It provides you humans with information on all questions whose answer is necessary for you if you want to save your souls from the danger of ruin on the last day. This word can always be taken as a guideline even by those who try to penetrate the book of the fathers intellectually and are still unclear about the meaning of My words. And where the results deviate in meaning from My word conveyed from above you may calmly reject what does not correspond to the latter. However, I do not therefore reject the book of the fathers which contains My word but which, out of wise discretion, conceals the meaning of the letters in order to first induce people to awaken the spiritual spark within themselves which will then instruct them safely and truthfully and easily understandable. But as long as the spirit is still unawakened the human being will not fully know the truth either, because I reserve this for Myself but will not deny it to anyone who loves Me and keeps My commandments.... who proves this to Me through unselfish neighbourly love and then sincerely appeals to Me for the truth, for the enlightenment of his spirit. Everything will be understandable to him and neither doubts nor untrue thoughts will arise in him, for now My spirit can work in him, the comforter I have promised you, Who will guide you into all truth and also remind you of everything I have said to you....

성경. 영의 역사. (여호와 증인의 강연 후에 받은 말씀)

내가 위로부터 너희에게 전해준 것을 단지 진리로 여겨라. 이것과 일치하지 않는 것은 나로부터 온 것이 아니라, 나의 대적자에 의한 영적인 산물이다. 왜냐면 내 말씀은 항상 똑같이 남고, 올바르게 이해하면, 내 말씀의 뜻은 절대 모순이 없기 때문이다. 내 말씀은 잘못 해석하는 일이 바로 내가 순수하고 오류가 없게, 내가 원하는 대로 너희가 내 말씀을 이해할 수 있도록 내 말씀을 다시 이 땅에 설명과 함께 보내주는 원인이다.

인간의 이성은 자주 혼돈하고, 내 말씀은 제대로 해석하지 못한다. 그러나 인간의 이성은 착각하는 가운데 내 말씀은 제대로 해석할 능력이 자신에게 있다고 믿는다. 이 가운데 하나님의 말씀은 단지 하나님의 영으로만 이해할 수 있고, 하나님의 영이 없이는 진정한 의미를 찾을 수 없다는 점에 주의를 기울이지 않는다. 그러므로 사람이 먼저 내 말씀의 의미를 이해하고, 내 말씀은 이웃에게 설명할 수 있기 위해 먼저 내 영이 그 사람 안에서 역사할 수 있어야만 한다.

내가 항상 사람들에게 말하는 것처럼, 오늘도 나는 사람들에게 순수한 진리를 말한다. 왜냐면 나의 말씀 자체는 절대로 변경될 수 없기 때문이다. 내 말씀은 항상 똑같이 이해되어야 한다. 그러나 사람의 생각은 항상 그의 의지에 상응하고, 의지가 어디를 향하는 지에 따라 진리를 깨달을 수 있는 능력이 있다. 내 말씀은 영원한 진리이기 때문에 그 사람의 의지의 상태에 따라 항상 많거나 또는 적게 올바르게 이해할 수 있다.

그러므로 깨닫는 능력에 영향을 미치는 사람의 자유의지의 결과로 오류가 생겼고, 생기고 있다. 때문에 그의 의지가 잘못된 방향으로 향했거나, 또는 그의 의지가 나에게 전적으로 순종할 때 단지 진리를 얻을 수 있고 논란의 여지가 없이 자신의 소유가 된다는 것을 스스로 깨닫지 못하는 사람은 내 말씀은 전파하거나, 가르치는 사역을 할 능력이 없다. 의지가 아니라 이성이 결정하게 하는 동안에는 오류에게 대문과 집안 문을 열어 주는 것과 같다. 왜냐면 이성은 진리를 대적하여 싸우는 자의 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문이다.

진리를 향한 단 한 가지에 길이 있고, 이 길을 절대적으로 가야만 한다. 이 길은 진리의 창시자에게 진리를 구하는 일이다. 이런 사람에게 유일한 진리가 주어진다. 말씀이 위로부터 이해하기 쉽게, 믿을 만하게 너희에게 말하고, 선한 의지를 가진 사람이 단지 말씀을 영접한다. (1951년 7월 3일) 왜냐면 말씀은 심장에 말하고, 심장이 말씀을 영접하는 반면에 심장이 이성에게 말씀의 의미를 설명하지 않으면, 이성은 특별한 노력을 기울여야만 하기 때문이다.

말씀의 영적인 의미는 단지 내가 너희에게 설명할 수 있다. 즉 단지 내 영을 통해 너희에게 설명할 수 있다. 마찬가지로 너희가 선조들의 책으로부터 얻으려는 지식도 이와 같다. 너희가 올바른 뜻을 이해하려면, 내 영이 먼저 너희에게 설명해야만 한다. 그러나 이를 위해 진실로 학교 공부가 필요하지 않고, 이성을 사용하여 결국 내 말씀이라고 불릴 수 있는 영적인 내용을 모을 필요가 없다. 왜냐면 내 말씀은, 내 영이 너희 안에 역사하면, 말씀의 영이 비로소 너희에게 말하기 시작하고, 문자가 말하는 것이 아니기 때문이다. 자신의 심장이 전적으로 나를 향한 사랑으로 변화된 모든 사람 안에 내 영이 역사하고, 그는 모든 문자적 말에 숨어있는 영적인 뜻을 선명하게 이해한다.

아주 큰 영적인 위험이 특별한 도움을 받는 일을 필요하게 만들기 때문에, 아주 큰 은혜로 위로부터 너희 사람들에게 직접 전하는 내 말씀은 알려주고, 동시에 설명해준다. 내 말씀은 너희 사람들이 마지막 종말의 때에 너희 혼을 멸망하게 하는 위험으로부터 구원하려면, 너희에게 필요한 모든 질문에 대한 해답을 준다. 이성을 이용하여 조상들의 책을 이해하려고 하는 사람들과 내 말씀의 의미를 선명하게 깨닫지 못한 사람들은 항상 내 말씀을 판단의 기준으로 삼을 수 있다. 너희는 나에게 속한 존재들이 위로부터 너희에게 보내준 말씀과 의미상 맞지 않는 것들을 미련을 두지 말고 버리라.

그럴지라도 이 때문에, 지혜로운 생각에서 문자의 의미를 숨겨둔 내 말씀이 담겨있는 조상들의 책을 버리지 말라. 이렇게 한 첫 번째 이유는 사람이 자신 안의 영의 불씨를 깨우도록 하기 위한 일이다. 그러면 영의 불씨가 확실하고, 진리에 합당하고, 쉽게 이해할 수 있게 가르쳐 줄 것이다. 그러나 사람은 영이 깨어나지 못한 동안에는 전적인 진리 안에 설 수 없다. 왜냐면 나 자신이 그가 진리 안에 서게 하는 일을 보류시키기 때문이다. 그러나 나는 나를 사랑하고 내 계명을 지키고 자신의 유익을 구하지 않는 이웃사랑을 통해 계명을 지키는 일을 증명하고, 내면으로부터 나에게 진리를 구하고, 자신의 영을 밝혀 주기를 구하는 사람에게는 보류하지 않는다. 그에게 모든 것을 이해하는 일이 쉬울 것이고, 그 안에 의심이나 진리에 합당하지 못한 생각이 떠올지 않게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 내가 너희에게 약속한 위로자인 내 영이 이제 그 안에서 역사할 수 있기 때문이다. 이 영은 너희를 모든 진리 안으로 인도할 것이고, 내가 너희에게 한 모든 말을 기억나게 해줄 것이다.
