Power of intercession.... ascension through love.... free will also in the hereafter....

The same applies in the kingdom of the beyond as on earth.... the will to love activity must be present if an ascent from the abyss is to take place, for the being's will is not compelled over there either but it can determine itself, yet its state is also correspondingly. The souls in the beyond remain on the level in which they entered the spiritual kingdom until they have the desire within themselves to ascend and change their present state. And as on earth, love must awaken in them, they must want to help in view of the hardship they see around them. Only this will to help will give them so much strength that they can carry it out. The helping activity can already consist of kind encouragement, advice or warnings, only love for the suffering brothers and sisters must always determine them to do so; the desire to help will then become stronger and stronger and the supply of strength will increase accordingly. Then, however, their own condition will also become more bearable, the surroundings will appear brighter and clearer before their eyes, and the oppressive darkness will give way to a first dull, then ever more luminous light, and the souls will then strive steadfastly upwards. Their thinking becomes clearer and full of desire they also accept instructions which are offered to them by beings of light, however in veiled form. With increasing activity of love the knowledge of these souls also increases and now they themselves are able to hand out to the beings who still stand below them and suffer in the darkness just as those before. Once compassion for suffering souls has awakened in them, they are also saved from sinking into the abyss, but this compassion must first come alive in them because otherwise an ascent is impossible. For love then also directs the will right.... And in order for love to flare up in the unhappy souls, much intercession is necessary which lets them feel the strength of love themselves and awakens counter-love in them. Only love can save the poor souls, because only a prayer sent after them in love has the effect of kindling love in them, whereas prayers without love are completely useless and only put the souls in harness, because they increase their disgust against pseudo-piety and can easily even stifle their faith in God, if they have not yet completely lost it. Everything that happens without love is without effect, on earth as well as in the spiritual kingdom; love, however, loosens the hardest fetters. And therefore every soul's redemption in the beyond is assured if a person on earth takes pity on these souls with true love and, wanting to help, also transfers the will to help to them, for a soul cannot resist a loving intercession, it feels it as a benefit, and in this feeling it also wants to help and do good deeds. Then its ascent is assured, and it steps out of the darkness which enclosed it into the light....

Poder de intercesión.... Ascensión por el amor.... Libre albedrío también en el más allá....

En el más allá ocurre lo mismo que en la Tierra.... la voluntad de actuar en amor tiene que estar presente si se quiere ascender desde la profundidades, pues incluso la voluntad del ser no es forzada, sino que puede decidir por sí mismo, sin embargo, su condición también es correspondiente. Las almas del más allá permanecen en el mismo grado de madurez en el que entraron en el reino espiritual hasta que ellas mismas tienen el deseo de ascender y cambiar su estado actual.

Y como en la Tierra es necesario que despierte el amor en ellos, que quieran ayudar ante la necesidad que ven a su alrededor. Sólo esta voluntad de ayudar les da la fuerza suficiente para poder llevarlo a cabo. La actividad de ayuda puede consistir en estímulos amables, consejos o advertencias, pero siempre debe ser motivada por el amor a los hermanos que sufren; El deseo de ayudar se hará entonces más fuerte y la transmisión de fuerza aumentará en consecuencia.

Entonces, sin embargo, la propia condición se hará más soportable, el entorno parecerá más brillante y claro ante los ojos, y la oscuridad opresiva dará paso a una luz que al principio es tenue y luego se vuelve cada vez más brillante, y las almas entonces se esforzarán inquebrantablemente hacia arriba. Su pensamiento se vuelve más claro y también aceptan con entusiasmo las enseñanzas que se les ofrecen los seres de luz, aunque de forma velada. A medida que aumenta la actividad del amor, también aumenta el conocimiento de estas almas, y ahora ellas mismas son capaces de darlo a los seres que todavía están debajo de ellas y que sufren en la oscuridad al igual que aquellas antes de ellos.

Una vez que la compasión por las almas que sufren se despierta en ellas, se salvan de hundirse en las profundidades, pero esta compasión primero tiene que volverse viva en ellas, porque de lo contrario el ascenso es imposible. Porque entonces el amor también guía correctamente la voluntad.... Y para que el amor pueda encenderse en las almas desdichadas es necesario mucha intercesión, que les haga sentir en sí misma el poder del amor y despierte a su vez en ellas el amor. Sólo el amor puede salvar a las pobres almas, porque incluso una oración enviada a ellas con amor tiene el efecto de hacer que el amor se encienda en ellas, mientras que las oraciones sin amor son completamente inútiles y sólo enfurecen a las almas, porque aumentan su disgusto por la pseudo-piedad e incluso pueden fácilmente sofocar la fe en Dios, si aún no la han perdido por completo.

Todo lo que sucede sin amor no tiene efecto, tanto en la Tierra como en el ámbito espiritual; El amor, en cambio, afloja el grillete más duro. Y es por eso que la Salvación está asegurada para cada alma en el más allá, si un ser humano en la Tierra se apiada de estas almas con verdadero amor y, en la voluntad de ayudar, también les transfiere la voluntad de ayudar, porque un alma no puede resistirse a una intercesión amorosa, la percibe como una bendición, y en este sentimiento también quiere ayudar y hacer buenas obras. Entonces su ascenso está asegurado y ella sale de la oscuridad que la retenía hacia la luz....
