Vineyard work.... subordinating the will....

The vineyard work is so versatile that all who are willing to do so can enter My service, for I assign the activity to everyone according to his ability, and everyone will be able to carry it out, although great eagerness to work is required. Yet there are only a few who are willing to work for Me, and their degree of maturity is so different that not everyone can do the same work and that I therefore train servants for Myself in order to be able to distribute the work such that it is successful for Me and My kingdom. The vineyard work has become extremely urgent, for the time of harvest is approaching and therefore I still need many servants who want to serve Me with love. But where will I find such? Serving Me is not particularly appealing to the people of this world, for apparently there is no advantage to be gained from it; moreover, this work also requires tremendous self-conquest.... The human being must serve, i.e. put his own will aside and let the lord's will alone prevail.... I make this demand of everyone who wants to work as My servant in My vineyard. He must completely submit himself to Me and only do what I demand of him. Yet people are self-willed and cannot subordinate themselves, and therefore they are also not suitable for a service which requires complete devotion of will. For only one works, and He is I, because I alone know what is good and right.... Therefore My servants must submit themselves to Me and only ever carry out My will. I don't want them to work arbitrarily without having obtained My instruction, I want them to listen to what I tell them and then eagerly work according to My will. Thus I want to instruct them first, only then shall they appear in My name and carry out vineyard work, i.e. work the field, the human hearts, to receive the good seed, My divine word, so that the harvest will be rich and I can praise My servants if they have brought Me a great harvest. Whoever wants to work for Me shall accept the instructions from Me, thus open his heart and ear so that I can speak to him. But anyone who tackles the work without being instructed by Me will not have much success, for he does not work for Me but for himself.... He only works for the sake of the reward he is given, and this will be meagre and only paid for the time on earth.... So he probably also volunteered for vineyard work but did not wait to see whether I would employ him as suitable for it. He worked because every job pays its wages, yet not out of love and loyalty to the lord, Whom he serves. And I do not value this work as work for Me and My kingdom. I certainly pay the wages, i.e. I maintain My servant as long as he works for Me, but beyond that he no longer deserves anything, for his wages are gone because he only thought of himself, but I need servants who want to serve Me out of love for Me and their neighbour, who carefully look after My vineyard and don't allow anything to get lost in it, who therefore are and will remain faithful servants to Me for all eternity. Anyone who wants to work for Me must completely submit to Me and only be the executor of My will, I must be able to take possession of him and work through him without finding resistance. Then he will be My hand which becomes active, then he will work in My stead, then he will be My right representative and work in the vineyard according to My will. And then he will also have much success, he will increase My kingdom, he will win many souls for Me and his activity will be blessed....

Le travail dans la Vigne – la soumission de la volonté

Le travail dans la Vigne est si varié que tous ceux qui sont de bonne volonté peuvent entrer à Mon Service, parce que J'assigne à chacun son activité en fonction de sa faculté, et chacun pourra l’effectuer bien qu’il soit demandé une grande ferveur pour le travail. Mais il y en a seulement peu qui sont prêts à agir pour Moi, et leur degré de maturité est si différent que tous ne peuvent pas effectuer le même travail et que donc Moi-même Je Me choisis des valets pour pouvoir maintenant distribuer le travail de sorte qu’il soit un succès pour Moi et pour Mon Royaume. Le travail pour la Vigne est devenu extrêmement urgent, parce que le temps de la vendange s'approche, et pour cela J’ai besoin de beaucoup de valets qui veulent Me servir dans l'amour. Mais où les trouverai-Je ? Servir n'est pas particulièrement fascinant pour les hommes de ce monde, parce qu'on n'en tire apparemment aucun avantage ; en outre ce travail demande aussi un énorme dépassement de soi-même. L'homme doit servir, c'est-à-dire faire reculer sa volonté et laisser valoir seulement la volonté du Seigneur. Je pose cette condition à chacun qui veut être actif comme Mon serviteur dans Ma Vigne. Il doit se soumettre totalement à Moi et faire seulement ce que Je lui demande. Mais les hommes sont obstinés et ils ne veulent pas se soumettre, et donc ils ne sont pas aptes pour un service qui demande un total renoncement de la volonté. Parce que seulement Un seul agit, et cet Un c’est Moi, parce que Moi seul reconnais ce qui est bon et juste. Donc Mes valets doivent se subordonner à Moi et exécuter toujours seulement Ma Volonté. Je ne veux pas qu'ils créent au hasard, sans avoir demandé Mes instructions, Je veux qu'ils écoutent ce que Je leur dis, et qu’ensuite ils soient actifs avec ferveur selon Ma Volonté. Donc Je veux d'abord les instruire, seulement alors ils peuvent paraître en Mon Nom et effectuer le travail dans la Vigne, c'est-à-dire cultiver le champ, le cœur des hommes, pour l'accueil de la bonne semence, de Ma Parole divine, pour que la vendange soit abondante et que Je puisse récompenser Mes valets, lorsqu’ils M’auront rapporté une grande récolte. Celui qui veut travailler pour Moi, doit recevoir de Moi les instructions, donc ouvrir son cœur et son oreille pour que Je puisse lui parler. Mais celui qui entreprend le travail sans y être chargé par Moi n’aura pas beaucoup de succès, parce qu'il ne travaille pas pour Moi, mais pour lui-même. Il travaille seulement pour la récompense, et celle-ci sera insuffisante et il sera payé seulement pour le temps terrestre. Il s'est certes annoncé pour travailler dans la Vigne, mais il n'a pas cherché à savoir si Je le considérais comme apte pour cela. Il a travaillé, parce que chaque travail réclame une récompense, mais pas par amour et fidélité pour le Seigneur qu'il sert. Mais Je n'évalue pas ce travail pour Moi et Mon Royaume. Je paye certes un salaire, c'est-à-dire que Je maintiens Mon valet tant qu’il travaille pour Moi, mais au-delà il n'a plus aucun mérite, et il a eu son salaire, parce qu'il travaillait seulement pour lui, mais J’ai besoin de valets qui veulent Me servir par amour pour Moi et pour le prochain, qui prennent soin de Ma Vigne et ne tolèrent pas que dans celle-ci il soit perdu quelque chose, et de ce fait ils sont pour Moi de fidèles domestiques et ils le resteront dans toute l'Éternité. Celui qui veut travailler pour Moi, doit s'adapter totalement à Moi et être seulement l'exécuteur de Ma Volonté, Je dois pouvoir prendre possession de lui et agir par lui sans trouver de résistance. Alors c’est Ma Main qui est active, alors il travaille à Ma Place, il est mon vrai représentant et effectue le travail dans Ma Vigne selon Ma Volonté. Et alors il aura beaucoup de succès, il agrandira Mon Règne, il conquerra beaucoup d'âmes pour Moi, et son action sera bénie.
