Vineyard work.... subordinating the will....

The vineyard work is so versatile that all who are willing to do so can enter My service, for I assign the activity to everyone according to his ability, and everyone will be able to carry it out, although great eagerness to work is required. Yet there are only a few who are willing to work for Me, and their degree of maturity is so different that not everyone can do the same work and that I therefore train servants for Myself in order to be able to distribute the work such that it is successful for Me and My kingdom. The vineyard work has become extremely urgent, for the time of harvest is approaching and therefore I still need many servants who want to serve Me with love. But where will I find such? Serving Me is not particularly appealing to the people of this world, for apparently there is no advantage to be gained from it; moreover, this work also requires tremendous self-conquest.... The human being must serve, i.e. put his own will aside and let the lord's will alone prevail.... I make this demand of everyone who wants to work as My servant in My vineyard. He must completely submit himself to Me and only do what I demand of him. Yet people are self-willed and cannot subordinate themselves, and therefore they are also not suitable for a service which requires complete devotion of will. For only one works, and He is I, because I alone know what is good and right.... Therefore My servants must submit themselves to Me and only ever carry out My will. I don't want them to work arbitrarily without having obtained My instruction, I want them to listen to what I tell them and then eagerly work according to My will. Thus I want to instruct them first, only then shall they appear in My name and carry out vineyard work, i.e. work the field, the human hearts, to receive the good seed, My divine word, so that the harvest will be rich and I can praise My servants if they have brought Me a great harvest. Whoever wants to work for Me shall accept the instructions from Me, thus open his heart and ear so that I can speak to him. But anyone who tackles the work without being instructed by Me will not have much success, for he does not work for Me but for himself.... He only works for the sake of the reward he is given, and this will be meagre and only paid for the time on earth.... So he probably also volunteered for vineyard work but did not wait to see whether I would employ him as suitable for it. He worked because every job pays its wages, yet not out of love and loyalty to the lord, Whom he serves. And I do not value this work as work for Me and My kingdom. I certainly pay the wages, i.e. I maintain My servant as long as he works for Me, but beyond that he no longer deserves anything, for his wages are gone because he only thought of himself, but I need servants who want to serve Me out of love for Me and their neighbour, who carefully look after My vineyard and don't allow anything to get lost in it, who therefore are and will remain faithful servants to Me for all eternity. Anyone who wants to work for Me must completely submit to Me and only be the executor of My will, I must be able to take possession of him and work through him without finding resistance. Then he will be My hand which becomes active, then he will work in My stead, then he will be My right representative and work in the vineyard according to My will. And then he will also have much success, he will increase My kingdom, he will win many souls for Me and his activity will be blessed....

Trabajo en el viñedo.... Subordinación de la voluntad....

El trabajo de la viña es tan polifacético que todos los que estén dispuestos a hacerlo pueden entrar en Mi servicio, pues Yo asigno la actividad a cada uno según su capacidad, y todos podrán llevarla a cabo, aunque se requiere un gran afán de trabajo. Sin embargo, sólo hay unos pocos que están dispuestos a trabajar para Mí, y su grado de madurez es tan diferente que no todos pueden hacer el mismo trabajo y, por tanto, Me entreno servidores con el fin de poder distribuir el trabajo de tal manera que sea exitoso para Mí y Mi reino. El trabajo de la viña se ha vuelto extremadamente urgente, pues el tiempo de la cosecha se acerca y por lo tanto todavía necesito muchos siervos que quieran servirme con amor. Pero, ¿dónde voy a encontrarlos? Servirme no es particularmente atractivo para la gente de este mundo, porque aparentemente no hay ninguna ventaja que obtener de ello; además, este trabajo también requiere una tremenda autoconquista.... El ser humano debe servir, es decir, dejar de lado su propia voluntad y dejar que prevalezca sólo la del Señor.... Hago esta exigencia a todo aquel que quiera trabajar como mi siervo en mi viña. Debe someterse completamente a Mí y hacer sólo lo que Yo le exijo. Sin embargo, las personas son voluntariosas y no pueden subordinarse, por lo que tampoco son aptas para un servicio que requiere una completa entrega de la voluntad. Porque sólo uno obra, y soy Yo, porque sólo Yo sé lo que es bueno y correcto.... por lo tanto, Mis siervos deben someterse a Mí y siempre sólo cumplir mi voluntad. No quiero que trabajen arbitrariamente sin haber obtenido Mi instrucción, quiero que escuchen lo que les digo y luego trabajen con entusiasmo según Mi voluntad. Así, quiero instruirlos primero, sólo entonces se deben presentar en Mi nombre y realizar el trabajo de la viña, es decir, trabajar el campo, los corazones humanos, para recibir la buena semilla, Mi divina Palabra, para que la cosecha sea rica y pueda alabar a Mis siervos si me han traído una gran cosecha. Quien quiera trabajar para Mí debe aceptar las instrucciones de Mí, y así abrir su corazón y su oído para que Yo le pueda hablar. Pero cualquiera que aborde el trabajo sin ser encargado por mí no tendrá mucho éxito, porque no trabaja para Mí sino para sí mismo.... Sólo trabaja por la recompensa que se le da, y ésta será escasa y sólo se pagará para el tiempo terrenal.... Así que ciertamente también se ofreció para trabajar en la viña, pero no esperó a ver si yo lo empleaba como apto para ello. Trabajaba porque todo trabajo paga su salario, pero no por amor y lealtad al Señor, a quien sirve. Y no valoro este trabajo como trabajo para Mí y para Mi reino. Ciertamente pago el salario, es decir, mantengo a Mi siervo mientras trabaje para Mí, pero más allá de eso ya no merece nada, pues su salario se ha acabado porque sólo pensó en sí mismo, pero necesito siervos que quieran servirme por amor a Mí y al prójimo, que cuiden con esmero Mi viña y no permitan que nada se pierda en ella, que por lo tanto Me sean y sigan siendo siervos fieles por toda la eternidad. Quien quiera trabajar para Mí debe someterse completamente a Mí y ser sólo el ejecutor de Mi voluntad, debo poder tomar posesión de él y trabajar a través de él sin encontrar resistencia. Entonces él será Mi mano que se vuelve activa, entonces él trabajará en Mi lugar, entonces él será Mi verdadero representante y trabajará en la viña según Mi voluntad. Y entonces también tendrá mucho éxito, aumentará Mi reino, ganará muchas almas para Mí y su actividad será bendita....
