Wake up, you sleepers....

Wake up, you sleepers, and get to work, for the day is short that is still given to you until the end. Every idle and negligent work will be avenged, and only he who is diligent and carries out his work in all seriousness will receive the blessing that means eternal life, while everything that fails is doomed to death. Wake up, you sleepers, and look around you and you will notice the changes which already indicate the approaching end. You must not regard anything as coincidence but know that nothing comes over you without a reason and that you therefore have to pay attention to it. Don't give yourselves over to idleness because it will only bring you ruin instead of rescue from the adversity which cannot be denied, and only those who are constantly active can control it. But your activity should consist of enriching yourselves with knowledge and then passing it on to your fellow human beings, of presenting yourselves with the questions which only I can answer for you, and of asking Me to instruct you. And then I will mentally give you the right answer and spur you on to carry out what I advise you to do through the voice of the heart.... i.e., everyone of good will will gain knowledge of what he should and should not do in order to secure peace for the soul. He will be awake and stay awake and not fall into the tempter's hands in his sleep, for the tempter does not sleep and constantly sets out to catch souls in his nets, which the human being does not see and recognize, who walks along drowsy and will surely fall because he does not protect himself against it. There is a safe way, indeed narrow and thorny, where an ascent without danger is certain, but the still drowsy man does not find it, he goes towards an abyss and is in greatest danger if he does not first awaken and look around for a safe way. And the day is short, soon night will fall, and whoever has not yet found the safe way will be lost, he will fall into the abyss without salvation. Anyone who does not make use of the time until the end belongs to those sluggish sleepers who do not take their work seriously and will therefore be rejected in the end; who cannot reach the aim because they did not let themselves be admonished and warned by My servants, whom I send into everyone's path so that they will guide those who take the wrong path, so that they are never helplessly abandoned to ruin but can always save themselves to Me....

Risvegliatevi, voi che dormite

Svegliatevi, voi dormienti, e mettetevi al lavoro, perché è breve il giorno, che vi è ancora concesso fino alla fine. Ogni lavoro pigro e trascurato si vendicherà, e soltanto chi è diligente ed esegue il suo lavoro con la giusta serietà, la sua anima riceverà la benedizione, che significa una Vita eterna, mentre tutto ciò che fallisce, è consacrato alla morte. Svegliatevi, voi dormienti, e guardatevi intorno, e noterete i cambiamenti, che indicano già la vicina fine. Non dovete guardare nulla come caso, ma dovete sapere che nulla viene sopra di voi senza motivo e che perciò vi dovete badare. Non datevi all’ozio, perché vi procura soltanto la rovina invece della salvezza dalla miseria, che non si può negare, e soltanto chi è costantemente attivo può guidarla. Ma la vostra attività deve consistere nell’arricchirvi nel sapere e darlo poi ai prossimi, che voi stessi vi ponete le domande, che soltanto Io posso rispondervi, e che Mi domandate di istruirvi. Ed allora Io vi darò mentalmente la giusta risposta vi stimolerò ad eseguire ciò che io vi consiglio tramite la Voce del cuore, cioè ognuno che è di buona volontà, otterrà conoscenza su ciò che deve fare e non fare, per assicurare la pace all’anima. Sarà e rimarrà sveglio e non cadrà nel sonno nelle mani al tentatore, perché questo non dorme ed è sempre intento a catturare delle anime nelle sue reti, che l’uomo non vede e non riconosce, che cammina ubriaco dal sonno e cadrà certamente, perché non si protegge contro di lui. Certo, esiste una via sicura, è stretta e spinosa, dov’è assicurata una salita senza pericolo, ma ancora ebbro di sonno, non la trova, lui va verso l’abisso ed è nel massimo pericolo, se non si sveglia ancora prima e si guarda intorno in cerca di una via sicura. Ed il giorno è breve, presto irromperà la notte, e chi allora non ha ancora trovato la via sicura, andrà perduto, precipiterà senza salvezza nell’abisso. Chi non sfrutta il tempo fino alla fine, appartiene ai quei dormienti, che non prendono sul serio il loro lavoro e perciò alla fine verranno rigettati; che non possono arrivare alla meta, perché non si sono lasciati ammonire ed avvertire dai Miei servitori, che Io mando sulla via di ognuno, affinché guidino coloro che cammina su una via sbagliata, affinché non siano mai esposti alla rovina senza aiuto, ma che possono sempre salvarsi in Me.
