Love power of the soul.... perfection....

The strength for the soul's development is love.... Where love is present in the heart the soul will also turn to spiritual things, it will lead an inner life and not only pay attention to the world, although the human being lives in the midst of the world and has to meet its requirements because the task he is given demands it. Nevertheless, the human being can shape his inner life spiritually, it does not need to be affected by the world's gears. His inner life can be led completely separately and therefore also a soul can mature whose body cannot separate itself from the world, indeed, its merit will be far greater, for the temptations are also greater which want to hold such a soul back from spiritual striving. Yet love is its strength.... A person who is willing to love unfolds within himself what unites him with God, and then God's love draws him upwards, for love is the bond which is unbreakable and intimately ties the soul to God. A soul that is able to love will not get lost, for through love it detaches itself from God's adversary, whose emblem is unkindness and who loses all power over a loving soul. Love is the good, the soft in the human being, which drives him to always act, think and speak well and to help his fellow human being in every adversity. Love will therefore ennoble the human being, it will turn all bad instincts into the opposite, it will shape the human being into the divine image as which he was created in the beginning, because love let him come into being and only good can emerge from love. Such a being created by God's love could only be changed by unkindness, and this was the work of God's adversary who, however, did not have a determining effect on the being but only tempted it.... And the being succumbed to the temptation of its own free will.... The love in it grew cold and thereby it fell into the abyss.... it became imperfect and had to accept all the consequences of imperfection. And thus it also became powerless, because love is the only strength which enables the being to create and work. The being is in a struggling state as long as it is without love.... As soon as love fills its being again, it is also filled with strength and succeeds in everything it wants.... And thus it will also reach the former height again, the state of light and strength and in proximity to God, if only it develops love within itself, because then it will not lack strength, because then it will unite with God again, Who is love and the eternal source of strength Himself, from Whom a perfect being is now constantly fed. Only love makes the being happy, for only love leads to God....

Amore, la Forza dell’anima - La perfezione

La Forza per lo sviluppo dell’anima è l’amore. Dove esiste l’amore nel cuore, l’anima si rivolgerà anche a cose spirituali, condurrà una vita interiore e non dà soltanto attenzione al mondo, benché l’uomo viva in mezzo al mondo e deve adempiere le sue pretese, perché il compito che gli è posto, lo esige così. Malgrado ciò, l’uomo può formare la sua vita interiore spiritualmente, non dev’essere preso dal traffico del mondo. La sua vita interiore può essere condotta del tutto separata e perciò maturerà anche la sua anima, il cui corpo non può isolarsi dal mondo, anzi il suo merito sarà molto maggiore, perché anche le tentazioni sono maggiori che vogliono trattenere una tale anima dal suo tendere spirituale. Ma l’amore è la sua Forza. Un uomo volenteroso di amare porta allo sviluppo in sé stesso ciò che si unisce con Dio ed allora l’Amore di Dio lo attira verso l’Alto, perché l’amore è il legame che è indistruttibile e lega l’anima intimamente a Dio. Un’anima che può amare, non andrà perduta, dato che tramite l’amore si stacca dall’avversario di Dio, il cui simbolo è l’assenza d’amore che perde ogni potere su un anima che ama. L’amore è il Bene, lo scambio nell’uomo che lo spinge di agire, pensare e parlare sempre bene e di aiutare il prossimo in ogni miseria. L’amore perciò nobiliterà l’uomo, invertirà tutti i cattivi istinti nel contrario, formerà l’uomo all’immagine divina, quando era stato creato primordialmente, perché lo ha fatto sorgere l’Amore e dall’Amore può sorgere solo del Bene. Solo l’assenza d’amore poteva cambiare un tale essere creato dall’Amore di Dio, e questo era l’opera dell’avversario di Dio, che però non agiva in modo determinante sull’essere, ma solo tentandolo. E l’essere soccombeva alla tentazione nella libera volontà. L’amore in lui è raffreddato e perciò è caduto nell’abisso, è diventato imperfetto e doveva prendere su di sé tutte le conseguenze dell’imperfezione. E quindi è diventato anche debole, perché l’amore è l’unica Forza che rende l’essere capace di creare ed operare. L’essere si trova in uno stadio di lotta finché è senza amore. Appena l’amore colma di nuovo l’essere, è anche colmo di Forza e gli riesce tutto ciò che vuole. E così raggiungerà anche di nuovo l’Altura di una volta, lo stato di Luce e Forza e la Vicinanza di Dio, se soltanto porta allo sviluppo l’amore in sé, perché allora non gli manca la Forza, perché allora si unisce di nuovo con Dio, il Quale E’ l’Amore e l’eterna Fonte di Forza Stesso, dal Quale un essere perfetto viene ora costantemente nutrito. Solo l’amore rende l’essere beato, perché solo l’amore conduce a Dio.
