Presenting the divine word in love.... success assured....

It is truly not insignificant in which way My word is given to you, for the degree of love in which My word is offered is often decisive as to whether you accept or reject it. Everything that is handed out should be given with love, otherwise it does not speak to the heart but has to be accepted by the heart. A person filled with love gives in such a way that he awakens counter-love, and this is of utmost importance when My word is presented, because then full understanding is guaranteed as well as love is involved which brings about the awakening of the spirit. Without love My word remains dead and without understanding, it is spoken but has no strength because then it is just empty sound without life. If the human being wants to make his fellow human being happy, then love for his neighbour is already predominant, and what he then hands out penetrates the heart, is accepted there and, depending on his own will to love, felt as a valuable gift, as a gift of love. Where the giver's love is recognizable, the will to reject will be weaker, for then the word will already emanate a strength to the recipient which he cannot and will not close himself off to. Therefore, the representatives of My teaching must be willing and active in love in order to be suitable for receiving My word from above and to make My word with its strength accessible to their fellow human beings, because the mere transmission of the external word remains without impression, thus it can very easily be something formal, a professional preaching of My teaching without life and thus also without spiritual success. Then My word is without strength because it is only heard with the ears but does not penetrate the heart. For only the soul feels the power, and that in the state of loving feeling and its response. Impulses which the human being as such hardly notices can cause the soul greatest happiness and not be felt by the body, and if the soul now hears My word in such a loving feeling it stands in the midst of the emanation of strength whose source I am.... If it is not willing to love itself and My word is offered to it in love, then the strength will also penetrate it and it will let itself be permeated by it without resistance.... The degree of love of the receiver and the giver greatly influences the effect of My word, and therefore attention must be paid to the fact that the spreading of My teaching must never take place through coercion or violent measures, but My true representatives must be patient, gentle, loving and yet eager if they want to be successful and be faithful servants to Me on earth. It is not enough that My word is only read out or brought to people's ears with fixed phrases. It has to come alive if the preacher wants to help his fellow human beings with compassionate love, if he wants to guide them into truth and thereby into the right knowledge of Myself, and if his love opens the door of the listeners' hearts. Then My word will be received by people, it will be perceived as divine, as truth and accepted, because its strength benefits the soul which recognizes the divine origin and feels drawn to Me through My word....

하나님의 말씀을 사랑으로 제공하는 일. 성공이 보장된다.

어떠한 방식으로 나의 말씀이 너희에게 전해지는 지는 진실로 의미가 없는 것이 아니다. 왜냐면 나의 말씀을 제공하는 사람의 내면의 사랑의 정도가 자주 너희가 나의 말씀을 영접하거나 또는 거절하는데 결정적이기 때문이다. 전해주는 모든 것은 사랑으로 전해야 한다. 그러지 않으면 심장으로 용접돼야만 하는 것을 심장에게 말하지 않기 때문이다. 사랑이 충만한 사람은 응답하는 사랑이 깨어날 수 있게 제공한다. 이렇게 나의 말씀을 제공하는 일이 가장 큰 의미가 있다. 왜냐면 영을 깨어나게 해주는 사랑이 함께하면, 전적으로 이해하는 일이 보장되기 때문이다. (1948년 12월 4일) 사랑이 없으면, 나의 말씀은 죽은 것이고, 이해할 수 없게 남고, 나의 말씀을 입으로 말하지만, 능력이 없게 된다. 왜냐면 나의 말씀은 단지 생명이 없는 빈 말이 되기 때문이다.

사람이 이웃사람들을 행복하게 해주기 원하면, 이미 이웃을 향한 사랑이 그를 지배하는 것이다. 그러면 그가 전하는 것은 심장에 도달하여, 심장에서 영접을 받고, 그 자신의 사랑을 하려는 의지에 따라 가치가 충만한 선물로, 사랑의 선물로 느끼게 해준다. 주는 사람의 사랑을 깨달을 수 있는 곳에서는 거부하려는 의지가 약할 것이다. 그러면 말씀이 이미 자신을 닫기 원하지 않고, 닫을 수 없는 받는 사람에게 능력으로 흘러간다. 그러므로 너희가 위로부터 오는 나의 말씀을 받기에 합당하기 위해, 이웃 사람들에게 능력을 가진 나의 말씀을 접할 수 있게 해주기 위해, 나의 가르침을 대변하는 사람은 사랑을 행하려고 해야만 하고, 사랑을 행해야만 한다. 왜냐면 단지 말씀의 외적인 면을 전하는 일은 감동을 주지 못하고 남기 때문이다. 그러므로 이는 아주 쉽게 형식적이 될 수 있고, 나의 가르침을 설교하는 일이 생명이 없는, 이로써 영적 성공을 할 수 없는 직업적인 것이 될 수 있기 때문이다.

그러면 나의 말씀은 힘이 없게 된다. 왜냐면 나의 말씀이 단지 귀에 들리지만, 그러나 심장에 도달하지 못하기 때문이다. 왜냐면 혼이 단지 사랑을 느끼고, 이 사랑에 응답하려는 상태에서 힘을 느끼기 때문이다. 사람이 자극을 자극으로 주의를 전혀 기울이지 않게 하는 자극이 혼에게 가장 큰 행복을 줄 수 있고, 육체는 느끼지 못하게 될 수 있다. 혼이 이제 이런 사랑하는 느낌으로 나의 말씀을 영접하면, 혼은 그의 근원이 나인 힘의 흐름 속에 거하고, 혼이 스스로 사랑을 행하려는 의지가 없지만, 그러나 나의 말씀이 사랑으로 혼에게 제공되면, 힘이 혼 안으로 들어가고, 그러면 혼은 저항하지 않고 힘으로 자신을 충만하게 한다.

받는 사람과 주는 사람의 사랑의 정도가 나의 말씀의 역사에 크게 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 그들이 성공하기 원하고, 이 땅에서 나의 올바른 일꾼이 되기 원하면, 나의 가르침이 전파되는 일이 절대로 강요를 통해 또는 강제적인 조치를 통해 이뤄져서는 안 되고 인내하며, 부드럽고, 사랑이 충만하게 전파해야 하고, 열심히 일하는 나의 올바른 대리자가 되는 일에 주의를 기울여야만 한다. 나의 말씀을 단지 읽어주거나 또는 정해진 말하는 방식으로 사람들에게 들려주는 것으로 충분하지 않다. 설교하는 사람이 이웃사람들을 긍휼히 여기는 사랑으로 돕기 원함으로, 그가 사람들을 진리로 인도하여, 그가 나 자신에 대한 올바른 깨달음을 얻게 인도하기 원함으로, 그의 사랑을 통해 듣는 사람이 자신의 심장의 문을 여는 일을 통해, 나의 말씀이 생명력 있게 되야만 한다. 그러면 사람들이 나의 말씀을 영접할 것이다. 나의 말씀은 신적인 것으로, 진리로 느껴지고, 영접받을 것이다. 왜냐면 말씀의 능력이 혼을 행복하게 하기 때문이다. 혼은 신적인 근원을 깨닫고, 나의 말씀을 통해 나에게 이끌림을 느낀다.
