Consequences of observing as well as not observing divine order....

Fulfil the law from eternity, and you will live forever.... The former means living according to God's will, which is the basis of His law of order, and thereby finding union with God, Who guarantees eternal life. And thus the Lawgiver must first be recognised and acknowledged, the human being must subordinate himself to His law, he must want what God wants, thus freely submit his will to divine will and thus express his complete belonging to God and push towards Him in free will. Then the resistance is broken, which made the spiritual embodied as a human being remain in separation from God for an infinitely long time.... But separation from Him is death, union with Him life.... And anyone who has once found union with Him as a human being will in eternity no longer be separated from the eternal love, Which draws everything to Itself that does not fundamentally resist It. But it is of particular merit for a person if he endeavours to do more on earth than is his actual task.... not only to work on his own upward development, thus to live in accordance with God's will, but also to make the salvation of his fellow human beings his concern and to take on a task which is extremely beneficial because it is work for the kingdom of God. The task consists of presenting the divine will to fellow human beings and showing them the path that leads to the aim, to union with God. Thus, man must be instructed of the consequences of observing as well as of not observing the divine order, so that he may now strive for eternal life and not succumb to death. This is a mission which thoroughly corresponds to the divine will, but which is not commanded to man, but is purely an act of free will. Therefore, it is an increased degree of love for God and his neighbour which determines the human being to offer himself to God for this mission, and his will is doubly valued by God and rewarded accordingly on earth already through the extraordinary grant of grace, which in turn impels and also enables the human being to carry out the teaching ministry associated with this work. The gift of grace, however, is the divine word which places the human being in elevated knowledge and trains him for this teaching activity. Consequently, the day must undoubtedly come for a person who receives the word of God directly from Him when his mission starts, and a person who receives the divine word directly is certainly also called by God when the time has come for his activity on earth, for his work for the kingdom of God. (13.7.1947) For only when people are given knowledge of God's will, of the law of eternal order, can they be called to account. But until this knowledge is made accessible to them, they cannot be charged with wrongdoing if they violate the divine commandment. Therefore you must be diligently active as labourers for the Lord's vineyard and seek to convey the gospel to your fellow human beings.... to make divine will known to them in order to thereby lend them assistance if they are in great spiritual hardship and neither know the meaning and purpose of earthly life nor the urgency of a life in accordance with God's will. Only then can they fulfil the law, only then can they enter into union with God and receive extraordinary grace. And blessed are those who still receive the word of God before the general disintegration, for it will be easy for them to get to know the law of God and they will bring great blessings to those who are still dead in spirit. For these can be awakened to life and secure eternal life for themselves in the spiritual kingdom....

하나님의 질서를 준수한 결과와 무시한 결과.

너희가 영원한 법을 성취시키면, 너희는 영원히 살 것이다. 영원한 법을 성취시키는 일은 하나님의 질서에 근거를 둔 하나님의 뜻에 따라 살고, 이로써 영원한 생명을 보장하는 하나님과 연합을 이루는 일이다. 그러므로 사람은 먼저 입법자를 먼저 깨닫고 인정해야만 하고, 하나님이 원하는 일을 원해야만 한다. 즉 자유롭게 자신의 뜻을 하나님의 뜻에 종속시키고, 이로써 자신이 완전하게 하나님께 속했음을 나타내야만 하고, 자유의지로 하나님께 나가야만 한다. 그러면 인간으로 육신을 입은 영적인 존재가 하나님과 오랫동안 분리되어 있게 했던 저항을 버리게 된다. 그러나 하나님과 분리는 죽음이고, 하나님과 연합은 생명이다. 인간으로서 한번 하나님과 연합을 이룬 사람은 영원한 사랑과 절대로 분리되지 않을 것이다. 영원한 사랑은 자신에게 근본적으로 저항하지 않는 모든 존재를 자신에게 이끈다.

그러나 이 땅에서 실제 자신의 과제보다 더 많은 일을 하기 원하고, 자신의 성장을 위해 일할 뿐만 아니라, 즉 하나님의 뜻에 따라 살고, 아주 축복된 일인 이웃 사람의 구원을 돌보는 일을 수행한다면, 그런 사람에게는 특별한 상급이 있다. 왜냐면 이런 일은 하나님의 나라를 위한 일이기 때문이다. 이런 과제는 하나님의 뜻을 이웃 사람에게 전하는 일이고, 목표로 향하는, 하나님과 연합하게 하는 길을 알려주는 일이다. 그러므로 사람은 이제 하나님의 질서를 준수하고 무시한 결과에 대해 가르침을 받아야만 한다. 이로써 사람이 영원한 생명을 추구하고, 죽음에 빠지지 않게 되야 한다.

이런 일은 전적으로 하나님의 뜻에 합당한 사명이다. 그러나 인간에게 명령하지 않고, 순전히 자유의지로 행해야 하는 사명이다. 그러므로 하나님을 향한, 이웃을 향한 더 높은 수준의 사랑이 사람들이 이 사명을 위해 하나님께 자신을 바칠 결정을 하게 한다. 이런 사람의 의지는 하나님에 의해 두 배의 가치를 인정을 받고, 그에 의지에 따라 이 땅에서 이미 특별한 은혜를 통해 보상을 받는다. 이런 은혜가 사람이 다시 이 일과 관련된 가르치는 직분을 수행하도록 이끌고, 수행할 능력이 있게 한다.

은혜를 주는 일은 하나님의 말씀을 주는 일이고, 하나님의 말씀은 사람이 높은 지식에 얻게 하고, 가르치는 일을 위해 그를 양육한다. 따라서 하나님으로부터 직접 말씀을 받는 사람에게 의심할 수 없게 선교가 시작되는 날이 와야만 하고, 하나님의 말씀을 직접 받는 사람은 이 땅에서 하나님의 나라의 역사를 위해 자신의 일을 할 때가 되면, 확실하게 하나님의 부름을 받는다.

(1947년 7월 13일) 왜냐면 사람에게 먼저 하나님의 뜻과 영원한 질서의 법에 대한 지식이 주어질 때, 단지 사람에게 책임을 물을 수 있기 때문이다. 그들에게 이런 지식이 제공되기 전에, 그들이 하나님의 계명을 어기는 일을 불의로 여길 수 없다. 그러므로 주님의 포도원을 위한 일꾼인 너희는 부지런히 일하고, 이웃 사람들에게 복음을 전하고, 이로써 이웃 사람들이 영적인 큰 위험에 처해 있고, 그들이 이 땅의 삶의 의미와 목적을 모르고, 하나님의 뜻대로 긴급하게 변화되야 하는 일을 모른다면, 그들에게 도움을 주기 위해 시도해야만 한다.

그러면 그들은 비로소 법을 성취시킬 수 있고, 하나님과 연합하여 특별한 은혜를 받을 수 있다. 일반적인 해체가 이뤄지기 전에 스스로 하나님의 말씀을 영접하는 사람은 복이 있다. 왜냐면 그들은 하나님의 법을 쉽게 깨달을 수 있고, 영이 아직 죽은 사람들에게 큰 축복을 줄 것이기 때문이다. 왜냐면 그들이 생명으로 깨어나 영의 나라의 영원한 생명을 확보할 수 있기 때문이다.
