Unification of the soul and the body with the spirit....

What you are able to hear through the inner voice is significant for soul and body and should therefore be heeded by both, i.e. the soul, the human being's thinking, feeling and wanting, should be stimulated by it and the body should also be determined to comply with what the soul now thinks, feels and wants. Despite the soul's idea, the body can still resist; even though the human being is inwardly convinced that he has to act differently, he can still do what is beneficial for the body but harmful for the soul, then the recognition of what is right is certainly present but the will is too weak to turn it into action. The will belongs to the soul, but the will is decisive for the actions of the body. If the will is now strong enough then it determines the body to actions which are beneficial for the soul, then the soul pulls the body into the spiritual kingdom, so to speak, it is no longer materially minded, i.e., earthly desires no longer have the upper hand, although the human being still lives on earth and again and again has to fight the battle with it. Yet the spirit in the human being pulls the soul mightily, and once it has succeeded by virtue of its will in restraining the body from its striving for the world, once it has succeeded in weakening bodily desire and making it inclined towards the soul, then the body will always distance itself more and more from the earthly, i.e. it will certainly still dwell in the old environment but its desire will only have become weaker and finally only apply to what the soul imparts to it. The body, too, will find satisfaction in dwelling in the spiritual kingdom, and the unification of the soul and the body with the spirit can now take place much more easily than before, when the soul still had to struggle with the body, i.e. when its will was still too weak to resist the comforts of the world and the striving for earthly good was predominant. Yet this battle has to go ahead, otherwise the spirit in the human being will not be able to make itself heard, otherwise the human being will not be able to hear the subtle voice of the spirit either.... And therefore the urgent admonition constantly goes out to you humans: Disregard the worldly as much as possible, draw from the source of life, let the spirit within you speak, which is able to give you far more than the world can offer you in pleasures and enjoyments. Direct all your thoughts, feelings and intentions towards the spiritual kingdom as often as you are able to do so, also carry out earthly activities with your eyes directed upwards, let your thoughts often wander upwards, call upon God and commend yourselves to His love and grace.... And your striving will become increasingly more spiritual, earthly things will only touch you as far as it is absolutely necessary for the preservation of the body, and your soul will mature in knowledge, it will become full of light in you and a heavenly peace will enter your heart, for you have overcome the world....

Unificación del alma y del cuerpo con la mente....

Lo que sois capaces de escuchar por la voz interior es muy significante para el alma y el cuerpo, por lo que debe ser observado por ambos, es decir, el alma.... lo pensar, sentir y querer en el hombre.... debe ser estimulada de tal manera para que también determine el cuerpo a seguir lo que el alma ahora piensa, siente y quiere. El cuerpo puede resistir a pesar de la idea del alma; El hombre, aunque está convencido interiormente de tener que actuar de manera diferente, realizar lo que es beneficioso para el cuerpo, pero perjudicial para el alma, entonces el reconocimiento de lo correcto está disponible, pero la voluntad demasiado débil para convertirla en acción. La voluntad pertenece al alma, pero la voluntad es decisiva para la acción del cuerpo.

Si la voluntad ahora es lo suficientemente fuerte, entonces ella determina al cuerpo para acciones que son beneficiosas para el alma, entonces el alma atrae al cuerpo al reino mental, por así decirlo, ya no tiene una mentalidad material, que los deseos terrenales ya no son de tanta importancia, aunque el hombre vive todavía en la tierra y tiene que luchar contra esa una y otra vez.

Pero la mente en el hombre atrae poderosamente al alma, y si ha logrado una vez por su fuerza de voluntad de frenar al cuerpo de su búsqueda del mundo y si ha logrado una vez de debilitar el deseo corporal e inclinarlo hacia el alma, entonces el cuerpo se aleja más y más de lo terrenal, es decir, todavía habita en el ambiente antiguo, pero su deseo ahora se ha debilitado y finalmente solo será válido para lo que el alma le imparte.

El cuerpo también encontrará su satisfacción en la permanencia en el reino mental, y la unificación del alma y el cuerpo con la mente ahora puede resultar mucho más fácil que antes, cuando el alma todavía tenía que luchar con el cuerpo, es decir, cuando su voluntad todavía estaba demasiado débil para resistir los placeres del mundo, y el anhelo de bienes terrenales era predominante. Pero esta lucha debe ir por delante, de lo contrario la mente dentro del hombre no puede hacer que se escuche su voz, de lo contrario el hombre tampoco es capaz de escuchar la fina voz de la mente....

Y es por eso que vosotros los hombres recebéis continuamente la advertencia urgente: Dejad pasar lo mundano lo más desatendido posible, sacad de la fuente de la vida, dejad que la mente os hable, que puede brindaros mucha más de lo que el mundo puede ofreceros en alegrías y deseos.

Dirigid todo vuestro pensar, sentir y querer al reino mental, siempre que podéis, también practicad la actividad terrenal con los ojos hacia arriba, dejad que vuestros pensamientos surjan a menudo hacia arriba, invocando a Dios recomendándoos a su amor y gracia....

Y vuestra aspiración se volverá cada vez más mental y lo terrenal os tocará solo en la medida en que sea absolutamente necesario para la preservación de vuestro cuerpo, y vuestra alma madurará en reconocimiento, se iluminará dentro de vosotros y una paz celestial entrará en vuestro corazón, porque habéis superado al mundo....
