Destroying and annihilating matter against God's order....

As the spiritual in matter relates to itself, so is this matter also to evaluate.... If it perceives matter as a fetter then it seeks to escape from it, it seeks to break it, and thus matter causes the spiritual will to change, that the spiritual decides to serve in order to be released from its fetter. The spiritual therefore perceives matter as a court.... But the human being, in his wrong thinking and will, strives towards matter, which he should overcome during the short time of his earthly change. The human being can detach himself from it in free will, only the physical cover still surrounds the spiritual in him, and this cover is no longer so oppressive so that he can bear it and therefore feels it less as a fetter where his will is active in the right direction. Only the wrongly directed will makes the fetter noticeable, because then it is shown to him through God's love and wisdom that his striving is a wrong one, because through physical strain he should recognize in himself the worthlessness of matter in order to regard it as unimportant and only pay attention to the spiritual in himself. Nevertheless, the human being remains in constant contact with matter during his earthly life because he should help it, i.e. the spiritual substance in matter, to detach itself from it.... because he should create an opportunity for matter to fulfil its useful purpose.... that is, to use it in the right way. The love of the heart should not apply to matter, yet the love for the unredeemed in matter should motivate the human being to utilize matter and to create forms from it again which are meaningful and expedient for the preservation and existence of other creations, for people and animals.... Therefore, the destruction of matter is contrary to God's order as long as the purpose of such destruction is not to transform it into creations which are a blessing for the neighbour. Matter may only be desired and utilized in this sense; however, the human being should never seek to enrich himself with matter, its acquisition should never keep him from spiritual striving, i.e., he should never put the desire for earthly possessions before the striving for spiritual good, for then he would fail to recognize the actual essence of matter, which harbours immature spiritual substances which are still at the beginning of their development. The slow ascent development of the spiritual, which is at the greatest distance from God, can only take place in bound will because it would continue to misuse free will and never ever find its way back to God. The spiritual being's wrong will has to be steered into a direction which, however, it need not take if it wants to resist.... A pressure must be exerted on the spiritual which the spiritual feels unbearably and from which it wants to escape. The spiritual substance, which was originally able to work freely, is prevented from working by a hard counter-will, and God Himself opposes it with hard counter-will through matter, through an extremely hard external form which the spiritual substance is unable to break through because it is completely without strength in its God-remote state. For the powerful spiritual, matter is no resistance, but can be dissolved in a moment. The spiritual must therefore feel its powerlessness in matter, otherwise it would never ever strive towards the source of strength from eternity. And as long as it is completely opposed to God it remains in the powerless, therefore dead state until it itself weakens in its resistance, until it is ready for a serving activity to improve its agonizing state by a little. The harder matter is, the more God-opposing spiritual it holds within itself, and the more harmful the striving for matter has an effect on the human being. Only when the resistance to God has diminished considerably will the external form also be softer and more pliable, and the spiritual substance can escape its deformation in an ever shorter time in order to finally undergo the last test of will on earth in the human being, where the spiritual substance is indeed still enclosed in a material shell, which, however, no longer exerts any coercion on his will but which he now has to use correctly if he wants to be rid of his material cover and enter the spiritual kingdom again as a completely free being, if he wants to reach his original state again, to be creatively and formingly active, as is his destiny....

Aniquilar y destruir la materia en contra del orden de Dios....

Como se relaciona lo espiritual en la materia con ella misma, así también se debe evaluar esta materia.... Si siente la materia como un grillete, entonces trata de escapar de ella, trata de romperla, y así la materia provoca, que la voluntad de lo espiritual se cambia, que lo espiritual decide servir para deshacerse de su grillete. Así que lo espiritual percibe la materia como un juicio.... Pero el hombre en su forma de pensar y querer equivocadamente se esfuerza por la materia, la que debe superar durante el corto tiempo de su camino por la tierra.

El hombre puede desprenderse de ella por voluntad propia, solo la cubierta corporal envuelve todavía lo espiritual en él, y esta cubierta ya no es tan opresiva, de modo que puede aguantarla y por lo tanto la siente menos como un grillete, donde su voluntad actúa en la dirección correcta. Solo la voluntad mal dirigida hace que el grillete sea notorio, porque entonces se le muestra a través del amor y la sabiduría de Dios que su esfuerzo es incorrecto, porque debe reconocer la inutilidad de la materia en sí mismo a través del estrés físico para considerarla sin importancia y para que sólo preste atención a lo espiritual en sí mismo.

Sin embargo, el hombre permanece en contacto constante con la materia durante su vida terrenal, porque debe ayudar a lo espiritual en la materia a desprenderse de ella.... Porque debe crear una posibilidad para que la materia sirva a su propósito.... por tanto, aprovecharla de la manera correcta.

El amor del corazón no debe dirigirse a la materia, pero el amor por lo espiritual no redimido en la materia debe impulsar a las personas a utilizar la materia y a crear nuevamente formas de ella que sean significativos y convenientes para la preservación y la existencia de otras creaciones, para los hombres y los animales....

Por eso la aniquilación y la destrucción de la materia es contraria al orden de Dios, mientras que el propósito de tal destrucción no sea una transformación en creaciones que sean una bendición para el prójimo. Sólo en este sentido se pretender y utilizar la materia; pero el hombre nunca debe buscar enriquecerse en la materia, su adquisición nunca debe impedirle del esfuerzo espiritual, es decir, nunca debe anteponer el deseo de las posesiones terrenales al esfuerzo por el bien espiritual, porque entonces ignora la esencia real de la materia, que alberga en sí misma lo espiritual inmaduro, que todavía se encuentra al inicio de su desarrollo.

El lento desarrollo ascendente de lo espiritual que está más alejado de Dios solo puede tener lugar en la voluntad atada, porque abusa del libre albedrio una y otra vez y nunca encontraría el camino de regreso a Dios. La voluntad incorrecta tiene que ser dirigida en una dirección, que sin embargo no necesita tomar si quiere resistir.... Tiene que haber una presión sobre lo espiritual, que lo espiritual siente como insoportable y de lo que quiere escapar. Lo espiritual, que originalmente podía obrar libremente, se ve impedido de obrar a través de una fuerte voluntad en contra, y Dios Mismo le pone la dura voluntad en contra a través de la materia, a través de una forma externa extremadamente dura que lo espiritual no es capaz de romper, porque a través de su estado distante de Dios está completamente sin fuerza alguna.

Para lo espiritual poderoso, la materia no es una resistencia, sino que se puede disolver al instante. De modo que lo espiritual en la materia debe sentir su impotencia, de lo contrario nunca se esforzaría hacia la fuente de poder desde la eternidad. Y mientras se oponga completamente a Dios, permanece en este estado impotente, por lo tanto, estado muerto, hasta que ello mismo se debilita en su resistencia, hasta que está preparado para una actividad de servicio que mejore su estado agonizante un poco. Cuanto más dura es la materia, más cosas espirituales opuestas a Dios alberga en sí misma, y más dañino es el efecto de anhelo de materia para el hombre.

Solo cuando la resistencia a Dios ha disminuido considerablemente, la forma exterior es más blanda y más flexible, y lo espiritual puede escapar de su envoltura en un periodo de tiempo cada vez más corto para finalmente pasar por la última prueba de voluntad en el hombre en la tierra, aunque lo espiritual todavía está encerrado en un caparazón material, pero lo cual, sin embargo ya no ejerce ninguna coacción sobre su voluntad, pero la cual ahora debe usar correctamente si quiere deshacerse de su caparazón y entrar en el reino espiritual como ser completamente libre, si quiere recuperar su estado original, ser activo en la creación y el diseño, como es su destino....
