God's will governs all forces.... free will....

All forces must obey Me, for My will rules heaven and earth and also the kingdom of the underworld. Only there do I withdraw My will where, through the development of free will, the beings shall decide for Me or My adversary. And this also explains the great injustice on earth which people inflict on each other, it also explains the influence of spiritual forces on people's thinking, which likewise can be shaped for good or bad by the human being's free will, for the human being is meant to prove himself on earth, he is meant to pass the test, the passing of which makes him a free, powerful being. And yet My will is above all.... Temptations are also permitted and a blessing for the human being if he passes them. But I never approve of what evil will gives birth to, be it on earth or in the spiritual kingdom. And the forces of darkness plunge themselves into ever greater sin, into ever greater darkness, if they contribute to confusing people's thinking on earth, if they encourage them to act badly and thus make them co-sinners. The bad remains bad even if I let it come to fruition through My permission, even if it serves to transform human will again. And therefore everything bad has to be atoned for on earth or in the beyond. And the natural consequence of sin is suffering and adversity already on earth, because it is an expression of unkindness and because unkindness always overturns My eternal order and thus results in disorder, which is never a sign of happiness for people. Where there is suffering and earthly hardship, there is also a state of disorder which always has unkindness as its cause. The forces of the underworld are also increasingly active there, for they find good soil for their sowing, they spread hatred and envy again and contribute to ever greater disorder. This can never correspond to My will and yet I allow it so as not to make the human will unfree, yet the human being has to answer for himself if he has not used his will correctly.... And in order to make the wrongness of his will clear to him I also allow the effects of evil thinking in all severity, so that he will come to realization and change himself and his will. For this is the human being's aim on earth, I gave him life for this purpose but also his freedom of will, just as I also give the spiritual forces the freedom to influence people according to their own will. Yet My will is above all else, and it governs all beings in infinity in all wisdom and love....

하나님의 뜻이 모든 세력을 다스린다. 자유의지.

모든 세력은 나에게 순종해야만 한다. 왜냐면 나의 의지가 하늘과 땅을 다스리고, 지하의 세계도 다스리기 때문이다. 단지 자유의지로 나를 또는 나의 대적자를 선택할 수 있도록 단지 한 곳에서 나는 나의 의지를 뒤로 물러서게 한다. 이로써 이 땅에서 사람들이 서로에게 주는 큰 불의를 설명할 수 있고, 영의 세력이 사람의 생각에 영향을 미쳐, 사람의 자유의지가 선하게 또는 악하게 만들 수 있는 일도 설명할 수 있다. 왜냐면 이 땅에서 사람은 자신을 입증해야 하기 때문이다. 사람은 시험을 치러야 한다. 이 시험에 합격이 그를 자유롭고 강한 존재로 만든다. 그럴지라도 나의 의지는 모든 역사 위에 있다.

시험도 시험을 통과한 사람의 축복을 위해 허용이 된다. 그러나 나는 절대로 이 땅에서, 또는 영계에서 악한 의지로 행한 일을 좋다고 하지 않는다. 흑암의 세력이 이 땅의 사람의 생각을 혼돈케 하고 악한 행동을 유발시켜, 사람들을 자기와 같이 죄를 짓게 하면, 흑암의 세력은 사람들을 항상 더 큰 죄 안으로 항상 더 큰 흑암에 빠지게 한다. 이런 일이 나의 허용으로 일어났고, 사람의 의지의 변화에 도움을 주었을지라도, 악한 일은 악한 일이다. 그러므로 모든 악한 일은 이 땅에서나, 영계에서나 댓가를 지불해야 한다.

고난과 환란이 죄의 결과로 이 땅에 자연스럽게 나타난다. 왜냐면 고난과 환란은 사랑 없음의 결과이고, 사랑 없음은 나의 영원한 질서에 위배되고, 사람들에게 전혀 행복을 의미하지 않는 무질서를 가져오기 때문이다. 세상적인 위험과 고난이 있는 곳에 사랑 없음이 원인이 되어, 나타난 무질서가 있다. 이 곳에는 흑암의 세력들이 강하게 역사한다. 왜냐면 그들이 씨앗을 심기위한 좋은 밭을 찾기 때문이다. 그들은 미움과 시기심을 뿌려, 더 큰 무질서를 만들어 간다. 이런 일이 전혀 나의 뜻이 아닐지라도, 사람의 자유의지를 막지 않기 위해, 나는 이런 일을 허용한다. 그러나 사람이 자신의 자유의지를 잘못 사용했으면, 그는 그에 대한 책임을 져야만 한다.

그에게 그의 의지가 잘못된 것을 선명하게 알려주기 위해, 모든 강력한 악한 생각의 결과를 허용한다. 이로써 그가 깨달아, 자신의 의지를 변화시키도록 하기 위해서이다. 왜냐면 의지의 변화가 이 땅의 사람의 목표이기 때문이다. 이를 위해 내가 사람에게 생명을 주었고, 자유의지를 주었다. 마찬가지로 나는 영의 세력들에게 그들의 의지대로 자유롭게 역사하게 한다. 그러나 나의 의지가 모든 것 위에 있고, 나의 의지가 모든 지혜와 사랑으로 무한한 세계의 모든 존재를 다스린다.
