God's will governs all forces.... free will....

All forces must obey Me, for My will rules heaven and earth and also the kingdom of the underworld. Only there do I withdraw My will where, through the development of free will, the beings shall decide for Me or My adversary. And this also explains the great injustice on earth which people inflict on each other, it also explains the influence of spiritual forces on people's thinking, which likewise can be shaped for good or bad by the human being's free will, for the human being is meant to prove himself on earth, he is meant to pass the test, the passing of which makes him a free, powerful being. And yet My will is above all.... Temptations are also permitted and a blessing for the human being if he passes them. But I never approve of what evil will gives birth to, be it on earth or in the spiritual kingdom. And the forces of darkness plunge themselves into ever greater sin, into ever greater darkness, if they contribute to confusing people's thinking on earth, if they encourage them to act badly and thus make them co-sinners. The bad remains bad even if I let it come to fruition through My permission, even if it serves to transform human will again. And therefore everything bad has to be atoned for on earth or in the beyond. And the natural consequence of sin is suffering and adversity already on earth, because it is an expression of unkindness and because unkindness always overturns My eternal order and thus results in disorder, which is never a sign of happiness for people. Where there is suffering and earthly hardship, there is also a state of disorder which always has unkindness as its cause. The forces of the underworld are also increasingly active there, for they find good soil for their sowing, they spread hatred and envy again and contribute to ever greater disorder. This can never correspond to My will and yet I allow it so as not to make the human will unfree, yet the human being has to answer for himself if he has not used his will correctly.... And in order to make the wrongness of his will clear to him I also allow the effects of evil thinking in all severity, so that he will come to realization and change himself and his will. For this is the human being's aim on earth, I gave him life for this purpose but also his freedom of will, just as I also give the spiritual forces the freedom to influence people according to their own will. Yet My will is above all else, and it governs all beings in infinity in all wisdom and love....

La Volontà di Dio governa tutte le Forze – La libera volontà

Tutte le Forze devono obbedire a Me, perché la Mia Volontà governa Cielo e Terra ed anche il regno del mondo inferiore. Io ritiro la Mia Volontà soltanto dove mediante il dispiego della libera volontà gli esseri si devono decidere per Me o per il Mio avversario. E così si spiega anche la grande ingiustizia sulla Terra, che gli uomini si causano reciprocamente, così si spiega anche l’influenza di forze spirituali sul pensare degli uomini, che generalmente la libera volontà dell’uomo può formare in modo buono o cattivo, perché l’uomo si deve affermare sulla Terra, deve sostenere la prova, il cui superamento fa di lui un essere libero, pieno di Forza. E ciononostante la Mia Volontà è sopra tutto. Anche le tentazioni sono concesse, per la benedizione dell’uomo, se le supera. Ma Io non considero mai bene ciò che partorisce la cattiva volontà, sia sulla Terra o nel Regno spirituale. E le forze dell’oscurità si precipitano in sempre maggiori peccati, in sempre maggiore oscurità, se contribuiscono a confondere il pensare degli uomini sulla Terra, a stimolarli a cattive azioni e quindi di renderli pure peccatori. Il male rimane male, anche se Io tramite la Mia Concessione, lo lascio giungere all’esecuzione, anche se serve nuovamente alla trasformazione della volontà umana. E perciò tutto il male deve essere espiato sulla Terra o nell’aldilà. E la conseguenza naturale del peccato già sulla Terra è sofferenza e miseria, perché è una manifestazione del disamore, e perché il disamore rovescia sempre il Mio Ordine dall’Eternità e quindi è seguito dal disordine, che non significa mai felicità per gli uomini. Dove c’è sofferenza e miseria terrena, quivi c’è anche uno stato di disordine, che ha sempre per causa il disamore. Quivi sono attivi in modo rafforzato anche le forze del mondo inferiore, perché trovano un buon terreno per la loro semenza, spargono di nuovo l’odio e l’invidia e contribuiscono sempre a maggiore disordine. Questo non può mai corrispondere alla Mia Volontà, e ciononostante Io lo concedo, per non rendere legata la volontà umana, ma l’uomo deve una volta rispondere, se non ha usato bene la sua volontà. E per rendergli chiaro l’errore della sua volontà, concedo anche l’effetto del cattivo pensare in tutta la gravità, affinché giunga alla conoscenza e cambi sé e la sua volontà. Perché questa è la meta dell’uomo sulla Terra, per questo gli ho dato la vita, ma anche la sua libertà della volontà, come lascio anche la libertà alle forze spirituali di influire sugli uomini secondo la loro propria volontà. Ma la Mia Volontà è sopra tutto e la Sapienza e l’Amore regna su tutti gli esseri dell’Infinito.
