Last phase before the end....

Humanity has now entered a phase of development that is extremely significant because it precedes the final end according to God's purpose of eternity. Complete spiritual blindness characterizes the last time before the end. People are completely unaware of their purpose of earthly life and their task, they have no spiritual connection whatsoever, they are distant from God due to their lack of love and their completely wrong thinking, their concern is for the world, for the attainment of earthly goods, and spiritual life is completely disregarded. Hence it is not a time of upward development but a standstill has occurred which changes into the regression of the spiritual, which in this last time dwells on earth embodied as a human being. Earth has, so to speak, become obsolete as a station of development for the spiritual substance, and this is a state which cannot last long because, according to God's eternal love and wisdom, only constant further development should take place and He therefore creates new possibilities again which guarantee this further development. It is a time of greatest spiritual blindness which can also hardly be remedied because the human being's will resists itself if light is brought to it. For in the darkness in which they dwell will-o'-the-wisps flash up towards which people strive.... It is the world with its splendour which they long for and which fully imprisons their thinking. By the spiritual standstill, by the decline of all spiritual development, people will recognize how close the end is, provided they are connected to God and observe world events with a spiritual eye. They will know that the coming of the lord is not far off. But they will have to endure a hard time of struggle beforehand, for it is necessary to achieve a separation of spirits. The wheat must separate from the chaff, those who have not yet completely decided must become clear where their will is heading. The last battle must be fought, and it will be an extremely hard one.... But those who carry God in their hearts will emerge victorious, for God is always close to them, He Himself guides them through this battle.... There are only a few people but these stand in the light; they are knowledgeable and also draw the strength from knowledge for the final resistance against the enemy of their souls. And so the light fights against the darkness.... When this battle will take place openly, then the coming of the lord is to be expected daily, for the adversity will be great for those who are faithful to God, and in the greatest adversity He will appear as saviour and fetch them home into His kingdom.... And the earth in its present configuration has fulfilled its destiny.... By God's will it will be destroyed in its outer form and completely transformed in order to be able to function again as a station of education of the spiritual according to God's wise plan. The people of the present time are already in this last phase of development, and thus the end is not far off. Yet God's infinite love and patience still forgives, He still gives people every conceivable opportunity to step out of darkness into the light of His love.... Yet the end will inevitably come, for people do not respect His love and care, for they are further away from God than ever. Yet anyone who joins Him can expect the end without worry, he will not perish, for God protects his soul and also takes care of his physical body, as it serves his soul best....

종말 전의 단계.

인류는 이제 중요한 성장 단계에 들어섰다. 왜냐면 영원 전부터 하나님이 정한, 마지막 끝을 향해 가고 있기 때문이다. 종말 전의 때에 나타나는 특징은 사람들이 전적으로 영적인 눈이 멀게 되는 일이다. 사람들은 이 땅의 삶의 목적과 과제에 대해 전혀 알지 못하고, 어떤 영적인 연결을 위한 노력도 하지 않고, 그들의 사랑 없음과 잘못된 생각으로 하나님과 멀리 떨어져 있고, 그들의 염려는 세상과 세상의 물질을 모으려는 데 있고, 영적인 생활에는 전혀 신경을 쓰지 않는다. 이로써 성장을 위한 시기가 아니라, 정지상태에 이르게 되어, 성장의 마지막 단계로 사람으로 태어나 이 땅 위에 사는 영적인 존재들의 퇴보를 가져온다.

이로써 이 땅은 영적인 존재들의 성장을 위한 장소로써 어느 정도의 기능을 하지 못하고, 이런 상태로 계속될 수 없는 상태이다. 왜냐면 하나님의 영원한 사랑과 지혜를 따라, 지속적인 성장이 이뤄져야 하기 때문이다. 그러므로 하나님은 성장을 가능하게 하기 위한 새로운 가능성을 다시 열어준다. 이 시대가 해결하기 힘든, 가장 큰 영적인 흑암의 시대이다. 왜냐면 사람의 의지가 스스로 자기에게 빛이 전해지는 것을 막기 때문이다. 그러나 이런 사람들이 머물고 있는 흑암에 거짓 빛이 빛나고, 사람들은 그곳으로 몰려든다. 이 거짓 빛은 빛나는 세상이다. 그들이 세상의 광채를 사모하여, 세상의 광채가 그들의 모든 생각을 전적으로 사로잡는다.

사람이 하나님과 연결되어 있고, 영적인 눈으로 세상의 일어나는 일을 바라보면, 영적인 정체 상태를 알 수 있고, 모든 영적인 성장의 퇴보를 알 수 있고, 얼마나 종말이 가까이에 있는지를 알 수 있다. 그들은 주님이 오실 날이 멀지 않았다는 것을 알게 될 것이다. 그러나 그들은 주님 오시기 전에 어려운 싸움을 이겨야만 한다. 왜냐면 영들을 구분해야 하기 때문이다. 알곡과 쭉정이를 구분해야만 하듯, 아직 확실한 결정을 하지 못한 사람이 선명하게 어느 방향을 향해 자기 의지를 추구할지 결정해야만 한다.

아주 힘들게 될 마지막 싸움을 싸워야만 한다. 그러나 하나님을 심장 안에 모신 사람은 승리자가 될 것이다. 왜냐면 하나님은 그 가까이에 항상 함께 하고, 하나님 자신이 이 싸움에서 그를 인도하기 때문이다. 이런 사람들은 아주 적은 수이지만, 그들은 빛 안에 서고, 지식을 가진 사람들이고, 그들이 아는 지식으로부터 그들의 혼의 원수에 대항해 싸울 힘을 얻는다. 다시 말해서 빛이 어두움에 대항하여 싸운다. 이 싸움이 공개적으로 시작되면, 날마다 예수님의 재림을 기대할 수 있다. 왜냐면 하나님께 충실한 자에게는 어려움이 커지기 때문이다. 가장 큰 어려움 가운데 예수님은 구원자로 나타나, 그들을 자신의 나라로 데려갈 것이다.

현재의 형태를 가진 이 땅은 이제 자기에게 정해진 일을 수행했고, 하나님의 지혜로운 계획대로, 이 땅이 영적인 존재들을 양육하는 기능을 시작하도록, 하나님의 뜻에 의해 이 땅의 겉 형제가 파괴되고, 전적으로 변화가 된다. 현 시대의 사람들은 이미 이런 마지막 성장단계에 도달했다. 그러므로 종말이 더 이상 멀리에 있지 않다. 그러나 하나님은 끝없는 사랑과 인내로 항상 용서하고, 사람들이 흑암에서 자신의 사랑의 빛으로 나올 수 있도록, 생각할 수 있는 모든 가능성을 사람들에게 제공한다. 그럴지라도 종말은 필연적으로 다가온다. 왜냐면 사람들이 그 어느 때보다도 하나님으로부터 멀어져 있기 때문이고, 하나님의 사랑과 돌봄에 주의를 기울이지 않기 때문이다. 그러나 누구든지 하나님께 속한 사람은 염려할 필요가 없이 종말을 맞이할 수 있고, 그는 멸망을 받지 않을 것이다. 왜냐면 하나님이 그의 혼을 지키고, 혼에게 최선의 도움이 되게 섬기는 것처럼, 육체를 위해서도 돌보기 때문이다.
