Evolution of the earth before humans....

The beginning and the end of a redemption period are so far apart that an eternity can be spoken of by people who keep both points in time in mind. It is an infinitely long period of time because the development of God's individual works of creation requires a certain amount of time, since everything is based on God's laws and even the slow development is again a provision of divine love and wisdom in order to also guarantee this upward development to the spiritual which is sheltered in it. Since the beginning of creation these laws have been the basis of all visible works of creation, for the spiritual which had fallen away from God stood in such stubborn resistance to God that it had to start its course through the works of creation completely deprived of its will and thus completely without will, i.e. bound will. And this could only happen in such a way that they were forced to adapt themselves to divine laws which, however, completely contradicted the will of the once free spiritual being. The free spiritual is constantly active, therefore the unfree spiritual had to remain in inactivity, it had to be banished into an external form which denied it all activity.... It flowed as a free spiritual into infinity and removed itself from God in free will.... But through the removal the spiritual substance grew cold, it congealed and no longer released anything in itself.... God withdrew His love-glow from the spiritual, which had fallen away from Him, and all life, all warmth flowed out of it, and only a cold lifeless mass remained.... the primordial beginning of creation.... Endless times passed before this lifeless mass showed a glimpse of life.... endless times passed before spiritual entities decided to give up their stubborn resistance against God, before they yearned for light and made themselves receptive to light by giving up their resistance. But the slightest change of will loosened their outer forms, their fetters, and a quiet movement began in the lifeless mass, a barely noticeable activity.... the solid mass changed, in places it gave in to the urging of the spiritual within, burst apart and gave the spiritual the opportunity to be slightly active. In again infinitely long periods of time forms and shapes of the most wonderful kind came into being.... the spiritual was active according to divine natural law, its activity was determined by divine will and brought about creations of the most manifold kind. The resistance against God constantly diminished, and therefore the activity became ever more extensive and the resulting creations ever more diverse, at the same time also ever more able to dissolve because their substances were no longer so hardened, for the diminishing resistance meant the supply of light and strength from God, thus life and activity and thereby loosened fetters, i.e. softer external forms which did not require such a long period of time to dissolve. But an unspeakably long time passed before the spiritual had reduced the endless distance from God to such an extent that it was admitted to the last test of will as a human being.... Thus an infinitely long time passed from the beginning of material creation until the first human being, equipped with intellect and free will, was allowed to take this test of will.... And only now did the time epoch begin which people reckon with, only now did the battle of light with darkness begin.... The spiritual, which had travelled the endless long path through creation, had to prove to itself whether it wanted to finally give up its resistance against God or turn away from God again in free will and again fall prey to God's adversary.

인류가 나타나기 전의 지구의 생성과정.

한 구원의 시대의 시작점과 끝점의 시간간격이 너무 길어, 사람에게는 영원한 시간이라고 말할 수 있다. 왜냐면 하나님의 피조물이 하나님의 법칙에 따라 서서히 성장하기 위해, 끝없이 긴 것 같은 오랜 시간이 필요하기 때문이다. 왜냐면 모든 것이 하나님의 법칙을 기초로 하고 있고, 또한 서서히 성장하는 일은, 피조물 안에 담겨 있는 영적인 존재들이 성장하도록 하기 위해, 하나님의 사랑과 지혜가 정한 일이기 때문이다. 창조이래로 모든 볼 수 있는 피조물은 이 법칙에 근거를 두고 있다. 왜냐면 하나님을 떠나 타락한 영적인 존재들이 강하게 하나님께 대적하기 때문에, 그의 의지를 전적으로 빼앗아, 즉 전적으로 의지가 없이, 정해진 의지만 가지고, 정해진 창조물들의 과정을 거치는 일을 시작해야만 했기 때문이다.

이 과정은 한때 전적인 자유의지를 가졌던 영들의 의지와는 다르게 단지 하나님 법칙을 따르도록 강요받음으로 이뤄진다. 자유로운 영적인 존재는 쉬지 않고 활동한다. 마찬가지로 자유롭지 못한 영적인 존재는 활동하지 못해야만 한다. 이를 위해 그의 모든 활동을 금지시키는 외적 형체 안에 묶여 있어야만 한다.

영적인 존재는 무한한 세계 속으로 자유한 영으로 창조되었고, 자유의지로 하나님을 떠났다. 하나님을 떠남으로, 영적인 입자들이 차갑게 되어, 굳어지고, 그의 내면에 자유가 전혀 없어졌다. 하나님은 그의 사랑의 열기를 자신을 떠난 존재로부터 거두어 들였다. 모든 생명과 온기는 하나님으로부터 나온다. 그래서 그들은 차가운, 생명이 없는 덩어리로 남게 되었다. 초기 창조가 시작되어, 생명이 없는 덩어리가 생명의 낌새를 나타내는데, 하나님에 대한 지독한 반발심을 포기하고, 빛을 받을 만하게 자신을 만들고, 빛을 열망하는 결단을 하는데 끝없어 보이는 긴 시간이 걸렸다. 아주 작은 의지의 변화도 그의 외부 형체와 묶임을 풀어주어, 생명이 없는 덩어리에 작은 요동이 일어나고, 감지할 수 없을 정도의 활동이 시작되었다. 굳은 덩어리가 때때로 자기 안의 영적인 존재의 자극을 받아들여, 부서지게 되어, 영적인 존재들이 아주 적은 활동을 할 수 있게 된다.

다시 끝없이 긴 시간 동안 가장 아름다운 형체와 형상들이 창조 되었고, 영적인 존재들은 하나님의 자연의 법칙에 따라 활동하고, 이런 활동은 하나님의 의지에 의해 정해져, 수많은 종류로 나타나고, 하나님에 대한 저항이 계속적으로 줄어든다. 그러므로 활동은 항상 광범위하게 되고, 새로운 피조물은 더욱 다양해지며, 동시에 자신을 분해할 능력이 증가된다.

왜냐면 입자들은 더 이상 강팍하지 않기 때문이다. 그러나 반발심이 줄었다는 것은 빛과 능력이 하나님으로부터 주어진다는 것을 의미한다. 그러므로 생명과 활동과, 이로 인한 묶임이 느슨하게 되어, 즉 분해되는데 많은 시간을 요하지 않는, 즉 부드러운 외부 형체를 갖는 것을 의미한다. 그러나 영적인 존재들이 끝없이 하나님으로부터 멀어진 거리를 이만큼 줄여서, 마지막 의지의 시험을 위해 인간으로 태어나도록 허용받기 위해, 말할 수 없이 긴 시간이 흘렀다.

물질세계의 창조에서부터 자유의지와 이성을 가진 첫 사람이 태어나, 의지의 시험을 치르게 될 때까지, 끝없이 긴 시간이 흘렀다. 이제 사람들에게 닥칠 빛과 어두움이 싸움을 시작하는 시대에 이르렀다. 창조물을 거치는, 끝없이 긴 과정을 마친 영적인 존재가 그의 하나님께 대한 반발심을 최종적으로 포기하고, 자유의지로 다시 하나님께 돌이킬 것인지, 하나님의 대적자에게 다시 빠져들어 갈지 증명해야만 한다.
