Spiritual and material creations....

Innumerable worlds exist in God's creation, the purpose of which is the upward development of the spiritual, which is to find its way back to God. And innumerable worlds are therefore carriers of this spiritual, which is partly materially bound and partly inhabits these worlds in spiritual bonds according to its state of maturity. It is not only earthly material creations which have the task of carrying spiritual substances, but since there are different degrees of development the spiritual substance does not always need matter but can also continue its ascent development in spiritual creations as soon as it has passed through earthly matter. But even then the spiritual still has to fulfil tasks which require some kind of creations which present themselves to the spiritual eye and are incomparable in their versatility, kind and purpose. The spiritual can test itself on all these works of creation, it can let its will to love become action according to its abundance of strength and light. The spiritual creations are only visible to the spiritual eye when the being has reached a certain degree of maturity. Before that it is in worlds.... if it has left the earth immature.... in which it cannot recognize any creations because it is completely dark around the being. Thus the miracles of creation also increase with the state of maturity, so that the being can repeatedly observe new creations throughout eternities and recognize God's infinite love in them. The spiritual creations are much richer and completely inconceivable to the human eye. They constantly give evidence of God's creative will, of His love, which constantly seeks to make His creatures happy, and of His unsurpassable wisdom. They are also indestructible but changeable in themselves, because the spiritual does not rest but is constantly active and spiritual creations are again the expression of strength of perfect beings of light who constantly create and create in order to give the still undeveloped or lowly mature spiritual possibilities to progress in development. Completely immature spiritual beings need material creations; but from a certain degree of maturity these are no longer necessary but are replaced by spiritual creations which, however, likewise give the being the opportunity to attain brightest light. The further away the being is from God, the harder is the cover by which it is surrounded, and the more material is also the creation to which it is assigned as inhabitant. If the being has left earth in the same God-distant state, then it still feels surrounded by the same material creation, although the spiritual kingdom has now become its abode.

(23.7.1945) These creations stand before its spiritual eye because the desire for them is still so great that the soul creates material things for itself in thought and now believes to move in them. Hence they are not spiritual creations which came into being through the will of God and the beings of light, but they are foam formations which the soul imagines for itself through its will, which it therefore does not actually see with its spiritual eye but only lets arise before its senses in the memory of earth. It will also never be able to enjoy these creations because they always disappear as soon as they want to be used by the being, so that the soul very soon recognizes the transience of its creations, which is their purpose. The spiritual creations, on the other hand, are imperishable, only in constant change, i.e., they arise ever more perfect before the being's spiritual eye the further it rises in perfection. Again and again it is allowed to behold new structures which bear witness to God's love, wisdom and omnipotence in unimagined glory and yet also stimulate loving activity again, because all these spiritual worlds harbour beings which develop higher through the transfer of strength and therefore strive towards the beholding being of light, attracted by the abundance of light which radiates from those beings. Material worlds are mostly without light and require increased care by the beings of light, yet the care for the inhabitants of material worlds is an act of mercy by the beings of light in which happiness also lies at the same time, because love constantly impels them to be mercifully active. Spiritual worlds themselves radiate light because their inhabitants are recipients of light in various degrees of maturity. And that is why the spiritual worlds are in contact with the material worlds; they emit their light to the places of darkness according to the inhabitants' willingness to receive, which can see the spiritual worlds as luminous celestial bodies which circle the lightless celestial body in certain orbits. But the radiation of light only happens spiritually and is therefore only felt by the inhabitants of the material world who long for light and shape themselves as receptacles through their way of life. Only in the spiritual kingdom is the radiation of light visible to the being which is able to see spiritually through its maturity of soul. And thus countless creations have emerged from God's will to shape, which His infinite love let come into being in order to lead the imperfect spiritual into perfection and to make the perfect spiritual happy. And His power and glory is expressed in all His works of creation. However, it only becomes recognizable in all its greatness to the being which, in the spheres of light, enjoys the bliss of dwelling close to God and being constantly permeated by His strength of love.... For this is bliss, to feel God's strength and power, to be seized by His love and to be allowed to be active in the same will with God for all eternity....

영적 및 물질적 창조물.

하나님의 창조물에는 무수한 세계가 존재하고, 그의 목적은 하나님께로 돌아가는 길을 찾아야 할 영적인 존재의 성장이 목적이다. 그러므로 셀 수 없이 많은 세계들이 이런 영적인 존재들이 살게 한다. 영적인 존재들은 성숙한 상태에 따라 부분적으로 물질에 묵여있고, 부분적으로 영에 묶여 이 세계들에 살고 있다. 이 세계들은 단지 물질적인 창조물이고, 그들의 과제는 영적인 존재가 살게 하는 일만 하는 것이 아니고, 영적인 존재가 서로 다른 성장 단계에 있기 때문에 항상 물질이 필요하지는 않고, 영적인 존재가 세상의 물질의 과정을 거친 것처럼 영적인 창조물 안에서 그들의 성장을 지속할 수 있다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 영적인 존재는 그의 영적인 눈에 제공되는, 다양성과 종류와 사명들이 비교할 수 없는 창조물을 필요로 하는 과제를 성취시켜야만 한다. 이런 모든 창조물을 통해 영적인 존재는 자신을 시험해볼 수 있다. 그는 자신의 힘과 빛이 충만한 정도에 따라 자신의 사랑하려는 의지를 행동으로 옮길 수 있다.

영적 창조물은 존재가 어느 정도 성숙할 때 영적인 눈으로 볼 수 있다. 그 전에는 세계에 있다. 이 땅을 미숙하게 남겨두면. 그일은 존재 주위가 완전히 어둡기 때문에 어떤 창조물도 깨달을 수 없다. 따라서 창조의 기적은 성숙 상태와 함께 증가하여 존재가 새로운 창조물을 반복해서보고 그 안에 있는 하나님의 무한한 사랑을 깨달을 수 있다.

영적인 창조물은 훨씬 더 다양하고 인간의 눈으로는 전혀 상상할 수 없고, 항상 조성하려는 하나님의 뜻과 끊임없이 자신의 피조물을 행복하게 해주려는 하나님의 사랑과 하나님의 능가할 수 없는 지혜를 나타낸다. 영적인 창조물은 또한 파괴할 수 없지만 그 자체가 변할 수 있다. 왜냐면 영적인 존재가 쉬지 않고 계속 활동하기 때문이다. 영적인 창조물은 다시 온전한 빛 존재의 힘의 발산이다. 이 힘은 아직 성장하지 못한 또는 낮은 성장정도에 있는 영적인 존재에게 성장을 계속할 수 있게 하기 위해 지속적으로 창조하고 조성한다.

전적으로 성숙하지 못한 영적인 존재는 물질적인 창조물이 필요하다. 그러나 어느 정도 성숙하면 물질적인 창조물이 더 이상 필요하지 않고, 물질적인 창조물은 영적인 창조물로 대체가 된다. 그러나 영적인 존재에게 마찬가지로 가장 밝은 빛에 도달할 수 있는 가능성을 부여한다. 존재가 하나님으로부터 멀어 질수록, 존재를 둘러싼 겉형체가 더 단단하고, 거주지로 할당된 창조물은 더 물질적이다. 존재가 같이 하나님으로부터 멀리 떨어진 상태로 이 땅을 떠나면, 영의 나라가 이제 그의 거처가 되었지만, 그는 아직 같은 물질적 창조물로 둘러싸여 있다고 느낀다.

(23. 7. 1945) 그의 영적인 눈 앞에 물질적인 창조물이 나타난다. 왜냐면 물질적인 창조물을 향한 욕망이 아직 너무 커, 혼이 스스로 생각을 통해 물질적인 것을 창조하고 자신이 이제 그 안에서 사는 것으로 믿기 때문이다. 그러므로 하나님의 뜻과 빛의 존재에 의해 생성된 영적인 창조물은 없고, 그러나 혼이 자신의 의지를 통해 자신을 속이는 거품을 형성한 것이다. 실제 혼의 영의 눈으로는 이를 볼 수 없고, 단지 이 땅을 향한 기억이 그들의 감각에 앞서 떠오르게 한 것이다. 혼은 또한 이런 형상을 절대로 기뻐할 수 없게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 이런 형상이 존재가 이런 형상을 활용하기 원하면, 항상 사라지기 때문이다. 이로써 혼이 곧 자신의 창조물의 헛된 것임을 깨닫게 되고, 이런 창조물의 목적도 헛된 것임을 깨닫게 된다.

반면에 영적인 창조물은 사라지지 않고, 단지 지속적으로 변화하는 가운데 존재한다. 즉 영적인 창조물이 온전한 가운데 계속하여 성장할수록, 창조물이 존재의 영적인 눈 앞에 점점 더 온전하게 보인다. 존재가 볼 수 있는 영적인 창조물은 꿈에도 꿔보지 못한 하나님의 사랑과 지혜화 전능함을 증거하고, 또한 사랑을 행하도록 자극해준다. 왜냐면 이런 모든 영적인 세계에 거하는 존재는 힘의 받음으로 자신을 높이 성장시켜, 이로써 볼 수 있게 된 빛의 존재를 추구하고, 빛의 존재가 발산하는 빛의 충만함에 이끌리기 때문이다.

물질 세계는 대부분 빛이 없고, 빛의 존재의 더 많은 보살핌이 필요하다. 그러나 물질 세계의 주민들을 돌보는 일은 빛의 존재의 긍휼의 역사이고, 이 역사가 빛의 존재를 행복하게 한다. 왜냐면 사랑이 빛의 존재가 쉬지 않고 긍휼을 베푸는 일을 하도록 자극해주기 때문이다. 영의 세계 자체가 빛을 발산한다. 왜냐면 영의 세계의 거주자가 서로 다른 성장정도를 가진 빛의 수령자이기 때문이다. 그러므로 영의 세계가 물질 세계와 연결이 되어 있고, 어두운 영역의 거주자의 받으려는 의지에 따라 자신의 빛을 비춰준다. 어두운 영역에서 빛의 세계는 빛나는 별로 볼 수 있고, 빛나는 별은 특정한 궤도로 빛이 없는 별을 돌고 있다. 빛을 비춰주는 일은 단지 영적으로 일어난다. 그러므로 빛을 갈망하고 그들의 삶을 통해 자신을 받을 수 있는 그릇의 형성한 물질 세계의 거주자들이 단지 이 빛을 느낄 수 있다.

혼의 성숙을 통해 영적으로 볼 수 있는 존재가 영의 나라에서 비로소 빛의 발산을 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 하나님의 무한한 사랑이 온전하지 못한 영을 온전하게 인도하고 온전한 영을 행복하게 하려는 하나님의 뜻에 의해 수많은 창조물들이 생성되었다. 하나님의 능력과 영광이 그의 모든 창조 작품에서 나타난다. 그러나 빛의 영역에서 행복을 누리고 하나님 가까이에 거하고, 항상 그의 사랑의 힘으로 충만한 존재가 비로소 하나님의 권세와 영광의 모든 크기를 깨닫게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 하나님의 힘과 권세를 느끼고, 그의 사랑에 의해 붙잡힘을 받고, 하나님과 같은 의지를 가지고 모든 영원에 영원까지 일할 수 있게 되는 일이 축복이기 때문이다.
