The spiritual in solid matter and in living beings....

There is an essential difference between the spiritual which is still bound in solid matter and the spiritual which is permitted to enliven the external form, where the cover of the spiritual therefore shows visible activity so that it is addressed as living. The spiritual in solid matter is still completely turned away from God, therefore opposed to Him, and therefore all freedom is taken from it. It has to endure an extremely agonizing constraint, for the external form does not give way, it is immovable and indestructible and does not allow the spiritual in itself to be free. And the spiritual substance has to remain in this state of compulsion for endless times until its resistance to God subsides, until it bends under Him, so to speak, and begins to submit to His will. Then the compulsion will also diminish, the spiritual substance will feel a relief of the external form until God's will breaks it and the spiritual substance enters a freer stage, although still in solid matter but serving a specific purpose, so that it can now already carry out an activity which initiates its further course of development. The resistance towards God must constantly decrease more and more, the spiritual must be willing to take the path of service, then form upon form will dissolve until the last solid outer shell falls and the spiritual is allowed to animate creations, thus life is recognizable in a creation. Now the outer form is no longer anything rigid, solid, but it is mobile, constantly changing and active in some way, even if this is still difficult for the human eye to recognize at first. And from now on the outer forms change more and more frequently, the spiritual does not stay in it for long but rises from step to step, and more and more life reveals the form it is allowed to occupy, until then life is so obviously recognizable that one can speak of living beings to which a certain task is assigned. The spiritual in it is already in a certain degree of maturity and is therefore admitted to an activity which is again of use for another work of creation or for another living being, and therefore the spiritual serves and thereby redeems itself from its respective outer cover. And thus a constant passing away of the old cover and a constant becoming and coming into being of a new cover must take place, which is also evident again and again in the whole of God's creation. And the outer shell must again and again release the spiritual as soon as it decides to serve, which is always recognized by God, which is why He takes the spiritual's desire into account to assign it a new serving activity. Consequently, the spiritual substance in the living beings is already significantly more advanced, for its will is no longer opposed to God, so that it will soon reach the degree of maturity required for its final embodiment on earth as a human being. The distance between this embodied spiritual substance in the human being and the spiritual substance which is still banished in solid matter is understandably very great, and therefore it is a sign of spiritual decline when a person strives for this solid matter, thus seeks to increase earthly goods and attaches his heart to things which still harbour completely immature spiritual substances. This is a danger for the human being, for the spiritual pulls him under its spell, it drags him down and thus makes the path of ascent more difficult for him, whereas the human being who disregards matter is much freer and strides upwards more easily. Nothing holds him back on earth, he can detach himself far sooner and will also want to leave the last form, and he feels it that he should never desire what he has long since overcome....

Lo espiritual en la materia sólida y en los seres vivos....

Hay una diferencia esencial entre lo espiritual que todavía está atado en la materia sólida y de lo espiritual a que se le permite vivificar una forma externa, sonde el caparazón de lo espiritual muestra una actividad visible de modo que se le aborda como estuviera viva. Lo espiritual en la materia sólida todavía está completamente alejado de Dios, es decir, opuesto a Él y, por tanto, privado de toda libertad. Tiene que soportar una coerción extremadamente dolorosa, porque la forma externa no cede, es inamovible y indestructible y no permite que lo espiritual dentro de ella se libere.

Y lo espiritual debe permanecer en este estado forzado por tiempos interminables hasta que ceda en su resistencia contra Dios, hasta que, por así decirlo, se doblegue ante Él y comienza a someterse a Su voluntad. Entonces la compulsión cede, lo espiritual siente un alivio de la forma externa hasta que la forma externa sea explotada por la voluntad de Dios y lo espiritual entra en una etapa más libre, aunque todavía en la materia sólida, pero sirviendo ya a un propósito específico de modo que ahora ya puede realizar una actividad que inicia su desarrollo posterior.

La resistencia a Dios tiene que debilitarse continuamente, lo espiritual tiene que estar dispuesto para tomar el camino del servicio, entonces forma tras forma se disolverá hasta que caiga el último caparazón exterior sólido y se lo permita a lo espiritual vivificar las creaciones, es decir, que en una creación la vida es reconocible. La forma exterior ya no es rígida ni sólida, sino móvil, en constante cambio y de alguna manera activa, aunque inicialmente esto sea difícil de reconocer para el ojo humano. Y a partir de ahora las formas externas cambian cada vez con más frecuencia, lo espiritual no permanece allí por mucho tiempo, sino que aumenta de nivel a nivel, y cada vez más la vida revela la forma que se le permite tomar, hasta que la vida es tan obviamente reconocible que se puede hablar de seres vivos a los que se les asigna una tarea específica.

Lo espiritual en ello ya se encuentra en un cierto grado de madurez y por lo tanto se le permite realizar una actividad que sea útil para otra obra de creación o para otro ser vivo, y así lo espiritual sirve y con ello se libera de su respectivo caparazón exterior. Y por lo tanto tiene que tener lugar un constante perecer del viejo caparazón y un constante devenir y surgimiento de un nuevo caparazón, que siempre es evidente en toda la creación de Dios.

Y el caparazón exterior siempre tiene que liberar lo espiritual tan pronto como se decide para servir, lo cual siempre es reconocido por Dios, por eso toma en cuenta el deseo de lo espiritual de asignarle una nueva actividad de servicio. Por lo tanto, lo espiritual en los seres vivientes ya ha progresado mucho más, porque su voluntad ya no es contraria a Dios, de modo que pronto alcanzará el grado de madurez necesario para la encarnación final como ser humano en la Tierra.

La diferencia entre lo espiritual encarnado en el ser humano y lo espiritual todavía desterrado en la materia sólida es comprensiblemente muy grande, y por eso es un señal de regresión espiritual cuando un humano se esfuerza por alcanzar esta materia sólida, es decir, intentar de aumentar los bienes terrenales y su corazón está apegado a cosas que aún contienen aspectos completamente inmaduros. Esto es un peligro para el humano porque lo espiritual inmaduro lo atrae bajo su hechizo, lo arrastra hacia abajo y así le hace más difícil ascender, mientras que el humano que ignora la materia es mucho más libre y asciende más fácilmente: Nada en la Tierra lo detiene, podrá separarse mucha más fácilmente y también querrá abandonar su forma final, y lo siente que nunca debería desear lo que desde hace tiempo ya había superado....
