Christ problem....

Just as the life of the inner human being relates to the outer world, so does the spirit relate to the soul. For the soul is the envelopment of the spirit, and the spirit can only be active according to its destiny when no obstacle is placed in its way by the soul. In the same way, the inner human being can only develop when the outer world leaves him untouched. But the inner man is now to be compared again with the soul, with the shell of the spiritual.... inwardly towards the outer world, but still outwardly towards the spirit, for the inner life of the human being is feeling, thinking and willing, and as soon as this no longer opposes the spirit in itself, it no longer signifies an outer fetter for the latter, but has united itself with it.... And then the working of the spirit is unlimited, it can bring itself to unfoldment in an exceedingly rich measure, and then the human being advances inexorably in his development, for he has understood his purpose of earthly life and also fulfils it.... This knowledge of the life of the spirit in the human being is first necessary in order to also be able to explain the problem of Christ to the human being, in order to make him understand why the human being Jesus attained supreme perfection on earth, why the power and wisdom of God was at his disposal and why he is now to be addressed as a God-like being. The human being must first know what is meant by the higher development of the human being's spirit, he must know that this state of union of the soul with its spirit is the result of a life of unselfish love, furthermore, he must know that and why love is necessary for the redemption of the human being's spirit and thus also of the whole human race, only then will he be able to understand why a human being accomplished the work in greater than great love, which should be redemptive for the whole of humanity but which, in turn, only brings redemption to the person who acknowledges Jesus Christ and His act of salvation. But he must also know about the state of guilt in which all spiritual matter still dwells and how this guilt affects earth as well as the beyond. Only then will he penetrate this great problem on earth, and this recognition will also bring light to him in countless other spiritual questions which previously seemed insoluble to him. The light now permeates him from within, he can answer every question himself and no longer needs instructions from outside which can never convey the right wisdom to him if it has not first become light within him. But the light which radiates through the human being from within can only be gained through the working of love, because then the divine spirit in the human being awakens to life, because through love God Himself unites with the human being, because then He Himself is active in him, because then the human being is on the same path as Jesus Christ to spiritualize himself through love, to assimilate himself to the eternal deity and to become His image, so to speak. Then the human being has God in him, he has the light in him, which embodied itself in Jesus Christ on earth and was thus visible to all people.... Therefore, a true christian is only one who lives in love and thereby becomes similar to Christ, who thus crystallizes himself through love so that he can be completely permeated by God's love, who bursts all shells which prevent the divine spiritual spark in him from developing freely.... This one alone can call himself a christian, for in him is the same life as in Jesus Christ, in him is light.... knowledge and wisdom and thus also power and strength.... But in him is also at the same time the will to help all those who still dwell in darkness. The redeeming instinct awakens to life in them, they know about being bound and want to lead what is bound to freedom. They now participate in Christ's work of redemption, and their being is animated by the same thought that once moved Jesus Christ to take upon Himself the death of the cross.... They, too, will be willing to make sacrifices when it is necessary to bring salvation to their fellow human beings in spiritual adversity, and this willingness to make sacrifices will be in accordance with their activity of love, thus in accordance with the divine love which permeates them.... for the closer a person's soul is to the divine redeemer and the more strength he can receive from Him when it is necessary to be active on earth in redemption, and this at the risk of his own earthly life.... The human being who is united with God, who has already found union with the eternal love on earth, who has fully accepted Christ within himself, i.e. who, following His example, has awakened the divine spark within himself through eager activity of love and thereby grants entrance to divine love, which now radiates through him and shapes him into a luminous vessel of the divine spirit, which now works in a light- and strength-giving way and impels him to redemptive activity, is able to do everything....

Le problème du Christ

Entre l’esprit et l’âme il y a la même relation qu’entre la vie de l’homme intérieur et le monde extérieur, car l’âme est l'enveloppe de l'esprit et celui-ci ne peut devenir actif, comme c’est sa destination, que dès le moment où aucun obstacle ne lui est plus opposé de la part de l'âme. De même l'homme intérieur ne pourra se développer que lorsque le monde extérieur ne le touchera plus. Or il est possible d’un autre coté de comparer l'homme intérieur avec l’âme, cette enveloppe du spirituel qui, vis-à-vis du monde extérieur est bien intérieure, mais vis-à-vis de l’esprit elle est encore extérieure, car la vie intérieure de l'homme est faite de sentiments, de pensées et de volonté, et dès que celle-ci ne s'oppose plus à l'esprit en lui cela signifie pour ce dernier plus aucune chaîne extérieure, car il s’est uni avec lui. Et ensuite l’action de l'esprit est illimitée, il peut arriver au développement dans une mesure outre mesure riche et alors l'homme marche incessamment vers son développement, parce qu'il a compris le but de sa vie terrestre et il s'en acquitte. Cette connaissance de la vie de l'esprit dans l'homme est d'abord nécessaire pour pouvoir expliquer à l'homme le problème du Christ, pour le lui rendre compréhensible parce que l'Homme Jésus sur la Terre est arrivé à la plus haute perfection, parce qu’il avait à disposition la Puissance et la Sagesse de Dieu et ainsi maintenant Il est à considérer comme un Être égal à Dieu. L'homme doit d'abord savoir ce qu'il faut entendre par développement vers le Haut du spirituel dans l'homme, il doit savoir que cet état d'unification de l'âme avec son esprit est la conséquence d'une vie dans l'amour désintéressé, en outre il doit savoir que et pourquoi l'amour est nécessaire pour la Libération du spirituel dans l'homme, seulement alors il pourra comprendre pourquoi un Homme a accompli dans Son très grand Amour l'Œuvre qui devait être salvatrice pour l'humanité entière, mais qui apporte la Libération de nouveau seulement à l'homme qui reconnaît Jésus Christ et Son Œuvre de Libération. Mais il doit aussi avoir connaissance de l'état de la faute dans lequel demeure tout le spirituel qui est encore dans la matière, et quel effet a cette faute sur la Terre comme dans l'au-delà. Seulement alors il pénètre dans ce grand problème sur la Terre et ce savoir lui apporte la Lumière y compris sur les autres innombrables questions spirituelles qui lui semblaient insolubles auparavant, la Lumière le compénètre de l'intérieur, lui-même peut répondre à chaque question qu’il se pose et il n'a plus du besoin des enseignements venant de l'extérieur qui ne peuvent jamais lui transmettre la juste Sagesse, si d'abord il ne s'est pas éclairé dans son intérieur. La Lumière qui rayonne dans l'homme de l'intérieur, peut être conquise seulement à travers une activité dans l'amour, parce qu'alors l'esprit dans l'homme se réveille à la Vie, parce qu'à travers l'Amour Dieu Lui-Même S'unit avec l'homme, parce qu'alors Lui-Même est actif en lui, parce qu'alors l'homme est sur la même voie que celle qu’a parcourue Jésus Christ, pour se spiritualiser Lui-même à travers l'amour pour se disposer conformément à l'éternelle Divinité et dans une certaine mesure devenir Son Image. Alors l'homme a Dieu en lui, il a en lui la Lumière qui s'est incorporée dans Jésus Christ sur la Terre et donc Elle est visible par tous les hommes. Donc un vrai chrétien est seulement celui qui vit dans l'amour et avec cela il devient semblable au Christ, donc il se cristallise à travers l'amour de sorte qu’il puisse être compénétré totalement de l'Amour de Dieu qui casse toutes les enveloppes qui empêchent le libre développement de la divine étincelle spirituelle en soi. Seulement celui-ci peut s'appeler chrétien, parce qu’en lui il y a la même Vie qu’en Jésus Christ, en lui il y a la Lumière, la connaissance et la Sagesse et au travers de celles-ci aussi le pouvoir et la Force. Mais en lui il y a aussi en même temps la volonté d'aider tous ceux qui demeurent encore dans l'obscurité. En eux la poussée salvifique se réveille à la vie, elle a connaissance de l'être relégué et veut le ramener à la liberté. Maintenant ils participent à l'Œuvre de Libération du Christ et leur être est animé de la même pensée qui a incité autrefois Jésus Christ à prendre sur Lui la mort sur la Croix. Ils sont même prêt au sacrifice, lorsqu’il s’agit d’apporter le salut au prochain dans la misère animique et compte tenu de cette disponibilité de sacrifice leurs actions seront dans l'amour, donc conformes à l'Amour divin qui les compénètre, parce que plus l'âme de l'homme est proche du divin Rédempteur, plus il peut recevoir de Force de Lui lorsqu’il s'agit d'être actif d’une manière salvifique sur la Terre et cela sous l'engagement de sa vie terrestre. L'homme qui est uni avec Dieu, peut tout, parce qu'il a trouvé déjà sur la Terre la liaison avec l'éternel Amour, il a accueilli le Christ pleinement en lui, c'est-à-dire qu’en suivant Son Exemple il a porté au réveil la divine étincelle en lui à travers une fervente activité d'amour et avec cela il concède l'accès à l'Amour divin qui maintenant le compénètre et le forme en un vase clairement resplendissant de l'esprit divin qui maintenant agit en offrant Lumière et Force et pousse à une activité salvifique.
