The inner voice....

Listen to the voice of your heart, it will show you the right way. A person's will is often undecided which proves that he is influenced by different spiritual forces which want to win him over for them. At this time the person must make a decision; he must not remain indecisive but ought to turn his will in one direction, and then he should pay attention to the inner voice which wants to advise him to use his will correctly. The more diligently he aspires to take the right path, the more clearly he will perceive this voice. Then it will warn him during temptations, it will strengthen his resistance, it will admonish him and always faithfully tell him if the person is in danger of wanting to take his own paths which don't entirely correspond to God's will. But it is almost imperceptibly faint in those who live their life unscrupulously, who care little about right and wrong. And frequently it will be silenced completely because the person fails to listen and the gentle voice will be drowned out by the voice of the world. In that case, the human being will be in great danger, he must make his own decisions and is more likely to allow himself to be determined by ungodly forces and he will act accordingly. A person with the will to live a good life, thus to live according to God's will, is never left without spiritual guidance, he will be guided, his thoughts will be directed, i.e., although his freedom of will is not being curtailed, the thoughts will come so close to him that he has to accept them if he does not consciously reject them. And if he is weak-willed the spiritual forces will try twice as hard to convey their thoughts to him and he will merely need to listen within, i.e., the human being need only enter into a silent dialogue with himself, and he will be mentally clearly instructed as to what he should or shouldn't do.

However, people often don't remain in this short contemplation, their thoughts fly all over the place, one moment here, one moment there, and this results in indecision, in hesitation, both in regards to good as well as to evil.... For this reason you are admonished time and again to pay attention to the voice of the heart, so that you will act clearly and determinedly and not digress from the right path. An indecisive resolve offers God's adversary an excellent target, for this is the start of his control over the former, and every temptation confronts the will with a decision to be for or against it. If, however, the person pays attention to his inner voice he will not have to fight for long, he will resist the temptation since he will be supported by the forces of light as soon as he pays attention to them and complies with their admonitions. Then he will also grow in strength, for his will entitles the beings of light to give him strength, whereas a lack of will prevents them from doing so. For no human being receives strength against his will, although the beings of light are concerned for the human being's soul with utmost love. Yet their activity is subject to divine law as well, which respects free will first and foremost. The inner voice, however, is only audible to someone who voluntarily listens within, and therefore it can never be considered coercion, it can be heard or ignored, it can be complied with but also disregarded, all depending on the person's will. It merely gently admonishes and warns the person, it assists the weak and guides the undecided; it will never push itself to the fore but will only be heard by someone who listens. But he will be guided correctly and able to live his life without worry, for if he complies with the voice of his heart he will also know that he conducts himself correctly and lives in accordance with God's will....

La Palabra interior - La voz interior en el corazón

Escuchad a la voz interíor, ella os indicará bien la voluntad des los hombres es indecisa frecuentemente, y eso demuestra que ella estáa influenciada por diferentes fuerzas espirituales, que quieren ganarla para sí. Y entonces el hombre tiene que decidirse, no debe permanecer irresoluto, sino que tiene que dar a la voluntad una direccíón, y entonces que se fije en la voz interior, que quiere aconsejarlo para que utilice bien su voluntad. Esta voz será tanto más perceptible, cuanto más aplicado sea él y quiera andar el buen camino. Entonces ella lo advierte en las tentaciones, ella fortalece su resistencia, lo exhorta, y le da siempre noticia fielmente, si el hombre se encuentra en peligro de querer andar por su cuenta y que no corresponde del todo a la Voluntad de Dios. Casí es imperceptible y débil en los que vegetan y andan sin escrúpulos, los que apenas se preguntán si está algo bien o si es injusto. Y con frecuencia la hacen enmudecer por completo, porque el hombre no está a la escucha de ella y esa voz fina está dominada por la voz del mundo. Entonces está el hombre en gran peligro, tiene que decidirse él mismo y se dejará determinar mucho más por las sugerencias e insinuaciones de las fuerzas o puestas a Dios, y su obrar será correspondiente. El hombre que tiene la voluntad de vivir bien, es decir, según la Voluntad de Dios, no será jamás dejado sin asistencia espiritual, será conducido, su pensar será guiado, es decir, que su libre voluntad no se le reducirá, pero los pensamientos se le presentarán tan evidentes por todos los lados, que tiene que acogerlos, si conscientemente no los aparta. Y si él es de débil voluntad, las fuerzas espirituales se esfuerzan doblemente, en proporcionarle su ideologia y sólo hace falta la escucha hacía dentro, es decir, que el hombre sólo necesita un diálogo silencioso consigo mismo, y será claramente instruido mentalmente de lo que debe hacer y dejar de hacer. Frecuentemente los hombres no persisten en esta breve expectación contemplativa, sus pensamientos huyen, pronto a quí, pronto allá, y eso resulta en una indecisión, en un titubear ante lo bueno, como ante lo malo. Y por eso estaréis siempre advertidos de nuevo a que lo observéis con atención, para que actuéis clara y decídidamente y no os desvieis del buen camino, poniendo atención a la voz del corazón. Una voluntad indecisa, da al enemigo de Dios, un buen objetivo de agresión, pues entonces comienza su poder sobre ese, y cada tentación pone a la voluntad ante la decisión de' "por o contra", si el hombre se fija en la voz interior, no necesita, de ese modo, luchar mucho tiempo, él resístirá la tentación, porque le asisten las fuerzas buenas (ángeles), tan pronto como él les ponga antención y obersva sus amonestaciones. Entonces su fuerza aumentará también, pues su voluntad le da a los seres de luz la autorización a que le dírijan fuerza, mientras que la falta de voluntad se lo impide. Pues en contra de su voluntad no se le proporciona la fuerza, si bien los seres de luz atienden con gran amor las almas de los hombres preocupándose de ellas. Sin embargo, también su obrar está subordinado al precepto divino, que considera como lo primero la libre voluntad. La voz interior sólo es perceptible a quien en libre voluntad escucha hacia dentro, y por eso jamás es vista como obligación o presión, sino que puede ser percibida o no oírla, ella puede ser observada y también no hacer caso de ella, según sea la voluntad del hombre. Ella es sólo una voz baja que amonesta y advierte, una ayuda para los débiles y una guía para los indecisos, ella no se abre paso a la fuerza nunca, sino sólo la oye quien la escucha. Este estará bien quiado y podrá dejar atrás el camino de su vida despreocupado, pues si él (cumple) sigue la voz del corazón, sabe tarmbién que obra justamente y que vive conforme a la Voluntad de Dios.
