Conditions for teaching activity....

The gift to teach as a servant of God must be consciously requested, by which the human being declares his willingness to be active for God and on His behalf. For in order to be able to carry out the teaching ministry he has to be pre-educated, he first has to have absorbed what he is to teach himself; he has to be imparted a body of thought which enables him to teach, he has to be able to think skilfully and logically, and this requires a training which can only be carried out by God Himself or by His spiritual messengers. And the human being must declare himself willing to do so, he must let his will become active and constantly accept instructions until he has attained a degree of knowledge which is now also sufficient to instruct his fellow human beings again, to refute objections, to correct errors and thus to spread the pure truth from God. Anyone who offers himself to God for this office, who is willing to serve Him and his fellow human beings, will also be accepted by God, because it is extremely necessary that people are guided into truth, and because only a few people are able to muster the will to accept mental instructions until they can call clear knowledge their own. For they must have strong faith, they must unconditionally accept what is offered to them, above all they must consider direct instruction from God possible, otherwise they would not listen to the inner voice which announces itself to them.... They must believe in the working of the spirit in the human being, otherwise it cannot be effective. And they must work tirelessly on themselves in order to increase their ability to hear the inner voice; they must do everything that requires a strong will so that they will now also be able to utilize what is offered to them, for the gift of being able to teach is now the result of their strong will, which God blesses and rewards by training the human being so that he can carry out his ministry as a teacher when it concerns proclaiming the gospel to fellow human beings. For God wants to convey His word to the world through His faithful servants on earth, He wants to give knowledge to all people through people who have received the knowledge from Himself and thus can now carry out their mission correctly for the blessing of humanity, which is seeking and willingly allows itself to be taught by them without resistance. For by the way a gift of grace is offered people will recognize where it originated from, and their willingness to accept or reject what is offered to them will be correspondingly. And therefore God needs servants on earth who offer themselves for it, and He imparts strength and grace to them, He instructs them and conveys His word to earth, He enlightens their spirit so that they understand what is offered to them and can transfer it to their fellow human beings in the same way and thus the truth is spread on earth, as it is God's will....

Bedingungen zur lehrenden Tätigkeit....

Die Gabe, zu lehren als Diener Gottes, muß bewußt angefordert werden, wodurch der Mensch die Bereitwilligkeit erklärt, für Gott und in Seinem Auftrag tätig zu sein. Denn um nun das Lehramt ausführen zu können, muß er vorgebildet werden, er muß, was er lehren soll, erst selbst aufgenommen haben; es muß ihm ein Gedankengut vermittelt werden, das ihn zu lehren befähigt, er muß gewandt und folgerichtig denken können, und es erfordert dies eine Schulung, die nur durch Gott Selbst oder durch Seine geistigen Boten vorgenommen werden kann. Und dazu muß sich der Mensch bereit erklären, er muß seinen Willen tätig werden lassen und ständig Unterweisungen entgegennehmen, bis er einen Wissensgrad erlangt hat, der nun genügt, auch die Mitmenschen wieder zu belehren, Einwände zu widerlegen, Irrtümer zu berichtigen und also die reine Wahrheit aus Gott zu verbreiten. Wer sich Gott zu diesem Amt anbietet, wer bereit ist, Ihm und den Mitmenschen zu dienen, der wird auch von Gott angenommen, weil es überaus notwendig ist, daß die Menschen in die Wahrheit geleitet werden, und weil nur wenige Menschen fähig sind, diesen Willen aufzubringen, gedankliche Unterweisungen aufzunehmen so lange, bis sie selbst ein klares Wissen ihr eigen nennen können. Denn diese müssen einen starken Glauben haben, sie müssen bedingungslos annehmen, was ihnen geboten wird, sie müssen vor allem eine direkte Belehrung von Gott für möglich halten, ansonsten sie nicht horchen würden auf die innere Stimme, die sich ihnen kundgibt.... Sie müssen an das Wirken des Geistes im Menschen glauben, ansonsten er nicht wirksam sein kann. Und sie müssen unermüdlich an sich selbst arbeiten, um die Fähigkeit, die innere Stimme zu hören, zu erhöhen; sie müssen alles tun, was einen starken Willen erfordert, auf daß sie nun auch fähig werden, das ihnen Dargebotene zu verwerten, denn die Gabe, lehrend auftreten zu können, ist nun die Folge ihres starken Willens, den Gott segnet und lohnet, indem Er den Menschen nun dazu ausbildet, daß er als Lehrkraft sein Amt ausführen kann, wenn es gilt, den Mitmenschen das Evangelium zu verkünden. Denn Gott will durch Seine Ihm treuen Diener auf Erden Sein Wort in die Welt leiten, Er will allen Menschen Kenntnis geben, und zwar durch Menschen, die das Wissen von Ihm Selbst empfangen haben und also ihre Mission nun richtig ausführen können zum Segen der Menschheit, die suchend ist und sich von jenen gern und ohne Widerstand belehren lässet. Denn an der Art, wie eine Gnadengabe geboten wird, werden die Menschen erkennen, wo sie ihren Ausgang nahm, und entsprechend wird auch ihre Bereitwilligkeit sein, das ihnen Gebotene anzunehmen oder abzulehnen. Und darum benötigt Gott Diener auf Erden, die sich dazu erbieten, und ihnen vermittelt Er Kraft und Gnade, Er belehret sie und leitet Sein Wort zur Erde, Er erleuchtet ihren Geist, so daß sie verstehen, was ihnen dargeboten wird, und es ebensoverständlich auf die Mitmenschen übertragen können und so die Wahrheit auf Erden verbreitet wird, wie es der Wille Gottes ist....
