Word dispute and its consequences....

Every spiritual verbal dispute has a beneficial effect, for as soon as the human being expresses an opposing opinion he takes a stand on the matter in dispute and thus his train of thought is stimulated. However, spiritual forces can reveal themselves to the thinking person, i.e. knowledgeable beings can try to influence him mentally, but this is not possible if the person does not take a closer look at a problem which is to be solved. It will indeed be a battle between the knowing beings and those who stand in ignorance and want to transfer such to the human being. Yet time and again the human being will be referred to what knowledgeable beings have imparted to him, and with good will these objections will stick and then become more and more the human being's spiritual property if he thinks about them for longer. That is why opposing views can often contribute to clarification; the disputants will dispose of themselves, i.e. both opinions will be expressed, and the bearer of truth will always be able to chalk up a small success. Because once a question has been raised and a position taken on it, it always stimulates people to think about it. In addition, however, the bearers of truth will also be able to defend their view skilfully and convincingly, i.e. beat the opponent with words that are not to be dismissed as empty words.... He will be able to justify everything he says and thereby make his opponent unable or unwilling to fight, he will win because good, knowledgeable forces support him, he will speak convincingly because he knows the context of the whole and therefore not only expresses his opinion in a learned way, but also feels what he represents. And the more willing and truth-loving the opponent is, the quicker he will agree with the other person's opinion because he will then find the right thoughts and be convinced of the truth of what his opponent represents. Because arguing means encountering resistance, and resistance is a test of strength.... As soon as a fighter finds no resistance, the dispute comes to an end.... But God trains fighters for His kingdom, He wants man to fight against that which does not correspond to His will.... He wants man to defend before himself and the world what he considers to be right. So he must fight against what seems wrong to him. And since God promises His help to His disputants, the disputant must also be successful if he stands up for God and thus respects the divine will.... For God Himself then stands by his side, He speaks through the human being who is devoted to Him, thus God Himself fights, He tries to spread the truth but always also lets untruth have its say so that it will be recognized as such and cause the adversary to put up fierce resistance. For only then can he succeed in awakening doubt in him as to the truthfulness of his views, and if he starts to think about it he can be granted spiritual support and mentally introduced to the truth....

Il litigio verbale e le sue conseguenze

Ogni litigio verbale ha un effetto benefico, perché appena gli uomini esprimono un’opinione contraria, prendono posizione sulla questione e quindi viene stimolato il corso dei loro pensieri. Ma all’uomo pensante si possono rivelare delle Forze spirituali, cioè degli esseri sapienti cercano di influenzarlo mentalmente, cosa però che non è possibile quando l’uomo non si occupa in modo più approfondito di un problema che dev’essere risolto. Sarà bensì una lotta fra due esseri sapienti e di coloro che stanno nell’ignoranza e la vogliono trasferire sull’uomo. Ma all’uomo viene sempre di nuovo indicato ciò che gli esseri sapienti gli vogliono trasmettere e con buona volontà rimangono fissate quelle obiezioni e diventeranno sempre di più proprietà dell’uomo se costui vi riflette più a lungo. Perciò delle opinioni contrarie possono sovente contribuire al chiarimento; i contendenti si esprimono, cioè pronunciano le due opinioni ed il portatore della Verità potrà sempre registrare un piccolo successo, perché appena è stata sollevata una questione e ne viene presa posizione, stimola sempre di nuovo l’uomo alla riflessione. Inoltre i portatori della Verità difenderanno anche abilmente e convinti la loro opinione, quindi potranno battere l’avversario con parole che però non sono da rigettare come parole vuote. Potrà motivare tutto ciò che dice e con ciò rendere l’avversario incapace o di malavoglia di combattere, vincerà perché lo sostengono delle Forze buone, sapienti, parlerà convinto, perché sà del collegamento del tutto e quindi non manifesterà la sua opinione soltanto perché l’ha imparata, ma perché sente ciò che sostiene. E più volenteroso ed amante della Verità è l’avversario, più rapidamente si unirà all’opinione dell’altro, perchè allora trova i giusti pensieri ed è convinto della Verità di ciò che il suo avversario rappresenta. Perché litigare significa urtare contro resistenza e su questa la Forza si può mettere alla prova. Appena un litigante non trova nessuna resistenza, la lite è finita. Ma Dio Si forma dei combattenti per il Suo Regno, Egli vuole che l’uomo combatta contro ciò che non corrisponde alla Sua Volontà. Egli vuole che l’uomo rappresenti davanti a sé ed al mondo ciò che considera giusto. Quindi deve combattere contro ciò che gli sembra sbagliato. E dato che Dio assicura il Suo Aiuto ai Suoi combattenti, costui deve anche avere successo se si adopera per Dio e quindi bada alla Volontà divina. Perché Dio Stesso lo assiste, parla attraverso l’uomo dedito a Lui. Quindi Dio Stesso lotta, Egli cerca di diffondere la Verità, ma lasciando anche sempre la parola alla non-verità, affinché questa venga riconosciuta come tale ed induca l’avversario ad una veemente difesa, perché solo allora gli riuscirà a risvegliare in lui dei dubbi per via della veridicità delle sue opinioni e così comincia a riflettere, gli può essere concessa l’Assistenza spirituale e guidata mentalmente nella Verità.
