Distance from God.... powerlessness.... downfall....

God's commandments are disregarded and humanity only pays homage to the world and thus to the one who rules the world. And because it does not recognize the creator of heaven and earth, because it does not fulfil His will and subordinates itself to His adversary, it is heading for destruction, for it distances itself more and more from God and can therefore be given less and less of His strength.... But powerlessness is downfall.... lack of strength is unspeakably painful for the spiritual, which cannot continue its course of development but remains bound because it cannot free itself without the supply of strength from God. But the distance from God is synonymous with the withdrawal of strength and therefore a lifeless state, which the being only realizes after the end of earthly life. It is an unspeakably sad time for the spiritual, which the wrong will of man lets remain in the bound state, and cause of this spiritual trouble is the lack of love.... the acting of men against the divine commandments.... Too little love is practiced for the neighbour, yet the love of self is increased and therefore also the love for the world is strengthened, and therefore things cannot get better on earth, people cannot be spared suffering because they themselves want it that way. And such a time of unkindness necessitates God's intervention because His commandments are no longer obeyed. God demands that people love their neighbour, and He also sees love for Himself in this.... "Whatever you do to the least of My brothers, you have done to Me...." He Himself calls all people His brothers.... And He wants people on earth to act like brothers towards one another. He wants to measure their love for Him by this. And people do not listen to His voice, they pay no attention to His word and ignore their fellow human being's hardship with a lack of love. And thus they shall feel the same hardship, they shall have to bear the same fate, suffering shall shape everyone if he is still capable of change, and they shall learn to regard their neighbour as a brother and serve each other. But this can only bring about great earthly hardship and therefore God has to let such happen on earth so that love is awakened in people and spiritual decay is prevented where the possibility of a change of will is still possible. And this is what the coming time is supposed to bring about, which will still bring infinite suffering because otherwise humanity can no longer be led to love and without love it will be completely lost. And this is to be expected in a short time.... For humanity is moving further and further away from God and can only be led back to God by way of great suffering if it has not yet completely fallen prey to God's adversary and continues to persist in unkindness. But then the hour of judgement is not far away, the day when there will be a final separation between good and evil.... between those who live in love, who recognize God as their lord, and the followers of the world, who are devoid of all love....

Entfernung von Gott.... Kraftlosigkeit.... Untergang....

Gottes Gebote werden mißachtet, und die Menschheit huldigt nur noch der Welt und also dem, der die Welt beherrscht. Und weil sie den Schöpfer des Himmels und der Erde nicht erkennt, weil sie nicht Dessen Willen erfüllt und sich Seinem Gegner unterordnet, geht sie dem Verderben entgegen, denn sie entfernt sich immer mehr von Gott und kann daher immer weniger bedacht werden mit Seiner Kraft.... Kraftlosigkeit aber ist Untergang.... Kraftlosigkeit ist unsagbar schmerzlich für das Geistige, das seinen Entwicklungsgang nicht fortsetzen kann, sondern gefesselt bleibt, weil es sich ohne die Kraftzufuhr aus Gott nicht befreien kann. Die Entfernung von Gott aber ist gleichbedeutend mit Kraftentziehung und also leblosem Zustand, der dem Wesen erst zum Bewußtsein kommt nach Beendigung des Erdenlebens. Es ist eine unsagbar traurige Zeit für das Geistige, das der verkehrte Wille des Menschen im gebundenen Zustand verharren läßt, und Ursache dieser geistigen Not ist die Lieblosigkeit.... das Handeln der Menschen gegen die göttlichen Gebote.... Es wird zu wenig Liebe geübt am Nächsten, doch die Ich-Liebe wird vergrößert und daher auch die Liebe zur Welt verstärkt, und es kann darum nicht besser werden auf der Erde, es kann den Menschen nicht das Leid erspart bleiben, weil sie selbst es so wollen. Und eine solche Zeit der Lieblosigkeit bedingt den Eingriff Gottes, weil Seiner Gebote nicht mehr geachtet wird. Gott fordert von den Menschen Liebe zum Nächsten, und Er sieht daran auch die Liebe zu Sich Selbst.... "Was ihr dem geringsten Meiner Brüder tut, das habt ihr Mir getan...." Er Selbst nennt alle Menschen Seine Brüder.... Und Er will, daß die Menschen auf Erden wie Brüder aneinander handeln. Er will daran ihre Liebe zu Ihm ermessen. Und es hören die Menschen nicht auf Seine Stimme, sie beachten Sein Wort nicht und gehen in Lieblosigkeit an der Not des Mitmenschen vorüber. Und also sollen sie die gleiche Not zu spüren bekommen, sie sollen das gleiche Los zu tragen haben, es soll einen jeden das Leid gestalten, so er noch wandlungsfähig ist, und sie sollen den Nächsten als Bruder ansehen lernen und einander dienen. Dieses kann aber nur noch große irdische Not zuwege bringen, und darum muß Gott solche über die Erde gehen lassen, auf daß in den Menschen die Liebe erweckt werde und der geistige Verfall verhütet wird, wo noch die Möglichkeit einer Willensänderung in Frage kommt. Und das soll die kommende Zeit zuwege bringen, die noch unendlich viel Leid bringen wird, weil anders die Menschheit nicht mehr zur Liebe geführt werden kann und ohne die Liebe sie gänzlich verlorengeht. Und dies ist zu erwarten in kurzer Zeit.... Denn es entfernt sich die Menschheit immer mehr von Gott, und sie kann nur noch auf dem Wege großen Leides zu Gott zurückgeführt werden, wenn sie noch nicht gänzlich dem Gegner Gottes verfallen ist und weiter in der Lieblosigkeit verharrt. Doch dann ist auch die Stunde des Gerichtes nicht mehr weit, der Tag, wo eine endgültige Scheidung ist zwischen Gut und Böse.... zwischen denen, die in der Liebe leben, die Gott als ihren Herrn anerkennen, und den Anhängern der Welt, die jeglicher Liebe bar sind....
