Thought activity of an unbeliever and transformation....

The mental activity of an unbeliever produces completely different results than that of a believer. For the most part, the former's thinking only moves in the earthly realm, for the more unbelieving a person is, the more he is connected to the world and its goods. Thoughts of something supernatural are so far removed from him, and if they are brought to him, he rejects them as fantasy; they are also unacceptable to him, for he regards the world as a matter of course that has no other connection with the individual creatures than that man should make use of all its comforts and derive the greatest possible enjoyment and advantage from it. This attitude makes him completely incapable of thinking his way into spiritual areas, and such people can hardly be taught a different view of life on earth. The aim and purpose of this remains for them only increased well-being of the body and unrestricted enjoyment of life. And yet God does not leave these people without warnings either by often weakening the body in such a way that they recognize from it that a power against which they are unable to stand is opposing them.... Admittedly, they also try to explain this to themselves as a natural phenomenon, and then they must receive stronger indications in the form of other suffering and misery which they are unable to banish by their own strength. The fate of an individual's life cannot be arbitrarily shaped by him, earthly happiness cannot be forced, and man cannot decide on life and death either, and as soon as he is seriously threatened he recognizes his complete powerlessness. And now he plays with the thought of a higher power that wants to make itself recognizable. And only then do his thoughts wander into the spiritual world, depending on his attitude towards his fellow human beings. A person who only has selfish love will hardly attain realization, but a person who does not completely isolate himself from his fellow human beings, who takes an interest in them and supports them, even if only to a small extent, will more easily come to recognize the eternal divine, only it will take a longer time before a completely unbelieving person acquires a different view, and it is a blessing for such people if they are granted a long earthly life which can still bring about a change in their thinking. For when the body's strength begins to diminish, the desire for the world and its possessions will also diminish, and then the beings of light will try to enter and have an effect mentally and the will to reject will no longer be so strong. But then a complete change of lifestyle is necessary if he still wants to make up for his spiritual deficiencies on earth and attain the necessary maturity of soul. God's help is available to him at all times and the human being can do anything if he only wants to....

A atividade de pensamento de uma pessoa descrente produz resultados completamente diferentes dos de um crente. A maior parte do pensamento do primeiro só se move na esfera terrena, porque quanto mais descrente é a pessoa, mais ela está ligada ao mundo e aos seus bens. Pensamentos de algo sobrenatural estão tão distantes dele, e se lhe são trazidos, ele os rejeita como fantasia; são também inaceitáveis para ele, pois considera o mundo como uma questão que não tem outra ligação com as criaturas individuais, a não ser que o ser humano deva fazer uso de todos os seus confortos e obter deles o maior prazer e vantagem possível. Esta atitude o torna completamente incapaz de pensar em áreas espirituais, e tais pessoas dificilmente podem ser ensinadas um conceito diferente de vida na Terra. O seu único objectivo e propósito continua a ser o aumento do bem-estar físico e o gozo irrestrito da vida. E, no entanto, Deus não deixa essas pessoas sem avisos, enfraquecendo muitas vezes o corpo de tal forma que elas reconhecem que um poder contra o qual não podem lutar está se opondo a elas. É certo que também tentam explicar isto a si próprios como natural, e depois têm de receber indicações mais fortes sob a forma de outros sofrimentos e misérias que não são capazes de banir através das suas próprias forças. O destino do indivíduo na vida não pode ser arbitrariamente moldado por ele, a felicidade terrena não pode ser forçada, e o ser humano também não pode decidir sobre a vida e a morte, e assim que ele é agora seriamente ameaçado ele reconhece a sua completa impotência. E agora ele brinca com o pensamento de um poder superior que quer se fazer conhecido através disto. E só então os seus pensamentos vagueiam pelo mundo espiritual, e isso de acordo com a sua atitude para com os outros seres humanos. Uma pessoa que só tem amor próprio dificilmente chegará à realização; mas a pessoa que não se desliga completamente de seus semelhantes, que participa e os apóia, mesmo que apenas em pequena medida, chegará mais facilmente à realização do divino eterno, só que leva mais tempo até que uma pessoa completamente descrente adquira uma visão diferente, e é uma bênção para tais pessoas se lhes for concedida uma longa vida terrena que ainda pode trazer uma mudança em seu pensamento. Pois quando a força do corpo começa a diminuir, o desejo pelo mundo e seus bens também está em declínio, e então os seres de luz procuram encontrar entrada e ter um efeito mental, e a vontade de rejeitar já não é tão forte. Mas então é necessária uma mudança completa no seu modo de vida, se ele ainda quiser compensar as suas deficiências espirituais na Terra e alcançar a maturidade de alma necessária. A ajuda de Deus está sempre disponível para ele, e o ser humano pode fazer qualquer coisa se apenas quiser...._>Amém
