Hunger for light.... desire or abuse of power....

The unredeemed being's hunger for light determines the duration of its bondage. As soon as the being perceives the light as a blessing and longs for it, it moves towards its final liberation. For now it strives towards God, thus gives up its rebelliousness and has escaped the enemy's control forever. And this state must have occurred before the being itself can become a recipient of light and strength, because then it will no longer misuse the light and strength it receives from God but will likewise utilize it for the redemption of the bound being. Everything that is bound needs help, it cannot become free by its own strength and the beings that are in full possession of the strength must give it some of it. But they can only do this when they themselves are in the light and have experienced the state of liberation as redemption, for only then are they constantly active to redeem what is still bound. And now the unredeemed being's desire for light and liberation is again decisive as to the abundance of light it can receive, for it must not be supplied to it arbitrarily and indiscriminately so that it is not used to increase the power of evil. For the unredeemed spiritual, whose will is too weak, is still too much influenced by the evil power and therefore turns the received power towards God's adversary as long as it complies with his will. But if the being desires the light then it longs for God and uses the strength it now receives in a God-pleasing way, and then the moment of liberation is not far away. The desire for light will therefore always be connected with the will to come close to God, for the being also unconsciously senses that God and light cannot be separated from each other. It will never be in bondage to God's adversary if it strives towards the light.... And therefore it can now also be given unlimited light and strength, for it will no longer misuse this but only utilize it for its own ascent. Thus, if the being receives light and strength in the form of the divine word it is already in a state that it has become a bearer of light and strength, thus it can pass on what it receives to beings in need of light and strength again. And now again the desire of those for light is decisive whether they make use of it or not. A weak-willed or stubborn person, for example, will never be able to receive strength through the imparted divine word if he does not let it have an effect on him in his desire for it. If he does not desire it, then it remains ineffective and therefore cannot be misused to increase evil power. The greater the desire for it, the more noticeable the effect. For standing in the light is such an incomprehensible, blissful state that it must be longed for with full awareness....

Fome ligeira.... Desejo ou abuso de poder....

A fome de luz do ser não redimido determina a duração da sua servidão. Assim que o ser sente a luz como um benefício e anseia por ela, ele vai em direção à sua libertação final. Por agora ela se esforça em direção a Deus, assim desiste de sua rebeldia e escapou do poder do inimigo para sempre. E este estado deve ter ocorrido antes que o próprio ser possa se tornar um receptor de luz e força, porque então não mais usará mal a luz e a força que recebe de Deus, mas também a usará para redimir o ser ligado. Tudo o que está ligado precisa de ajuda, não pode libertar-se das suas próprias forças, e os seres em plena posse dessas forças têm de lhas dar. Mas eles só podem fazer isso quando eles mesmos estão na luz e experimentaram o estado de libertação como redenção, pois só então eles estão constantemente ativos para redimir o que ainda está ligado. E agora o desejo não atendido de luz e libertação do ser é novamente decisivo quanto à abundância de luz que ele pode receber, pois não deve ser-lhe fornecido arbitrariamente e indiscriminadamente, para que não seja usado para aumentar o poder do mal. Pois o ser espiritual não redimido, cuja vontade é demasiado fraca, ainda será demasiado influenciado pelo poder maligno e, portanto, voltará a força recebida para o adversário de Deus, desde que cumpra a sua vontade. Mas se o ser deseja luz, então anseia por Deus e usa a força que agora recebe de uma forma agradável a Deus, e então o momento de se tornar livre não está longe. O desejo de luz, portanto, estará sempre ligado à vontade de se aproximar de Deus, pois o ser também sente inconscientemente que Deus e a luz não podem ser separados um do outro. Nunca estará em cativeiro com o adversário de Deus se se esforçar para a luz.... E, portanto, agora também pode receber luz e força ilimitadas, pois não abusará mais disso, mas apenas o utilizará para sua própria ascensão. Assim, se o ser recebe luz e força na forma da Palavra divina, já está num estado em que se tornou portador de luz e força, podendo assim transmitir novamente o que lhe é transmitido aos seres que necessitam de luz e força. E agora, mais uma vez, o desejo daqueles de luz é decisivo, quer façam uso dela ou não. O ser humano fraco ou teimoso, por exemplo, nunca será capaz de receber força através da Palavra divina transmitida, a menos que a deseje e permita que ela tenha efeito sobre ele. Se ele não o deseja, então ele permanece ineficaz e não pode ser mal utilizado para aumentar o poder do mal. Quanto maior for o desejo, mais perceptível será o efeito. Pois estar na luz é um estado tão incompreensível e feliz que deve ser desejado com plena consciência.
