Reminder to fight for the lord....

You must not waver if you are overcome by the weakness of the moment. The lord is always ready to help and He gives you strength and vigour, He gives you courage to fight for Him. Many a resistance will arise and this will make you despondent, but God knows about every anxious stirring of the heart and He intervenes when the time has come. For His will governs everything and He takes special care of the person who submits to His will. And to him He announces His will, His spirit fills him, and His word flows to him and imparts power to him for increased work for the greatest spirit of heaven and earth. And it is your task that you announce His will to the whole world, God wants to speak to the world through you; He wants His power and wisdom to be mentioned; He wants people's thoughts to turn to Him so that He can now directly influence them. You, who are bearers of the divine word, do not allow yourselves to be put off by the doubts or objections of those who are followers of the world. Every step you take is marked out for you and every word you speak is put into your mouth. And if you want to serve the lord joyfully, every word will also be successful and therefore blessed. The little light shall be kindled in the hearts of those still walking in darkness, and so let your light shine so that the light attracts people and they themselves now desire to stand in the light. And if you carry out your ministry with love and patience you will be successful, and he who previously rejected everything spiritual will become thoughtful, he will regocnize an extraordinary strength and longingly turn towards it, and it will now also flow to him if he sincerely desires it.... And so the work of all those who want to serve is necessary in order to control the greatest spiritual need. Every soul is grateful if a rescuing hand is stretched out to it, and thus you should prove your love for your neighbour by coming to his aid since he urgently needs help. His will is too weak, so you have to use your will and be active.... And if you ask for the blessing to do so you will not fight in vain, God Himself will stand by your side and, guided by Him, everything you start will be right....

Aansporing om te strijden voor de Heer

U mag niet wankel worden, als de zwakte van het ogenblik u overvalt. Altijd is de Heer tot hulp bereid en Hij schenkt u kracht en sterkte. Hij geeft u de moed om voor Hem te strijden.

Er zal zoveel tegenstand aan de dag komen en het zal u de moed doen verliezen, maar God kent elke angstige opwelling van het hart en Hij grijpt in als de tijd daarvoor gekomen is. Want Zijn wil regeert over alles en Hij bekommert zich in het bijzonder om de mens, die zich ondergeschikt maakt aan Zijn wil. En deze maakt Hij Zijn wil bekend, Zijn geest vervult hem en Zijn woord stroomt naar hem toe en geeft hem kracht voor een toegenomen werkzaam zijn voor de grootste geest van de hemel en de aarde.

En het is uw opdracht, dat u Zijn wil aan de hele wereld bekendmaakt. God wil door u tot de wereld spreken. Hij wil, dat van Zijn macht en wijsheid vermelding gemaakt wordt. Hij wil, dat de mensen zich in gedachten tot Hem wenden om nu direct op hen in te kunnen werken.

U, die drager van het goddelijke woord bent, laat u niet van de wijs brengen door twijfels of tegenwerpingen van degenen, die aanhangers van de wereld zijn. Elke stap die u zet, is voor u uitgestippeld en elk woord dat u spreekt, wordt u in de mond gelegd. En als u de Heer blijmoedig dienen wil, zal ook elk woord succes hebben en dus gezegend zijn.

Het lichtje moet ontstoken worden in de harten van degenen, die nog in de duisternis wandelen en laat dus uw licht schijnen, opdat het schijnsel de mensen aantrekt en ze er nu zelf naar verlangen om in het licht te staan. En als u in de liefde en met geduld uw plicht vervult, zult u succes hebben en degene, die eerst al het geestelijke afwees, zal nadenkend worden. Hij zal een buitengewone kracht herkennen en zich hier verlangend naar toekeren en ze zal hem nu ook toestromen, als hij hier innig naar verlangt.

En zo is het werk van allen die willen dienen nodig om de grootste nood van de ziel te beïnvloeden. Elke ziel is dankbaar als haar de reddende hand toegestoken wordt en zodoende moet u haar uw liefde voor de naaste bewijzen, doordat u hem te hulp komt, omdat hij die hulp dringend nodig heeft. Zijn wil is te zwak, dus moet u uw wil gebruiken en werkzaam zijn. En als u de zegen hiervoor vraagt, zult u niet tevergeefs strijden. God Zelf zal u terzijde staan en, door Hem geleid, zal alles wat u onderneemt goed komen.
