Lessening of the desire for truth prevents recording....

Enormous obstacles get in the way of the person striving upwards when he receives spiritual messages if the state of reception does not correspond to divine will. The currents are eliminated which enable an easy reception, so that the human being has to struggle for inner steadfastness, so that he is prevented from thoughts straying and turns more intimately to God in order to remain in truth. Again and again the will for truth must come alive in the recipient, he must not just mechanically receive a transmission but must presuppose his desire for truth in every proclamation. He must desire truth in order to be able to receive it. If the desire for truth diminishes or the human being is inclined to find pleasure in an untruth, he must be prevented from fulfilling this inner urge by increased difficulties in receiving. He must therefore always and forever work on himself and must not abandon himself to any weakness of will, he must practice pronounced self-discipline, he must not allow any thoughts to arise that distance himself from the truth.... The lord protects His word and does not allow it to be disfigured by teachings that do not correspond to His will and the truth. And thus He prevents the receiving earthly child from receiving if its will wants to deviate from His will. He puts obstacles in his way, the overcoming of which allows the human being to find his way back to right thinking. He Himself leads and guides him by the hand, but he has to overcome the obstacles himself and struggle through them in order to be able to approach God again, the giver of truth. Thus, every unclear or untrue thought will always result in a feeling of separation from Him, the human being will hesitate to accept this thought, he will be inclined to reject it and finally drop it.... he will obviously be prevented from writing it down by an inner feeling of rejection. And it is therefore good to know that only that person is capable of receiving who gives account to himself of his inner feelings, who admits unhesitatingly if he goes astray mentally and endeavours to remain true before God and himself, whereas he too must fight against the hostility of evil powers. If he is met with the slightest resistance when receiving spiritual messages, he must relentlessly subject himself to self-criticism and submit all thinking to the lord so that it may be guided correctly. For the adversary seeks to exploit man's weakness, so the strength of will must be requested. The gifts of heaven cannot be received without every gift of strength, so this gift of strength should also be requested as a concession that the earthly child surrenders his will to the father in heaven and only wants to serve Him....

O afrouxamento do desejo de verdade impede a gravação....

Enormes obstáculos impedem a recepção de mensagens espirituais por parte do aspirante, se o estado de recepção não corresponder à vontade divina. As correntes que permitem uma recepção fácil são eliminadas, para que o ser humano tenha de lutar pela firmeza interior, para que seja impedido de se desviar e se volte mais intimamente para Deus, a fim de permanecer na verdade. A vontade de verdade deve sempre ganhar vida no receptor, ele não deve apenas receber mecanicamente uma transmissão, mas deve pressupor o seu desejo de verdade em cada proclamação. Ele deve desejar a verdade para poder recebê-la. Se o desejo de verdade diminui ou o ser humano está inclinado a encontrar prazer em uma inverdade, ele deve ser impedido por maiores dificuldades em receber de seguir esse impulso interior. Por isso deve sempre e para sempre trabalhar sobre si mesmo e não se abandonar a qualquer fraqueza de vontade, deve praticar uma autodisciplina pronunciada, não deve permitir que surjam pensamentos que se distanciem da verdade.... O Senhor protege a Sua Palavra e não a deixa desfigurada por ensinamentos que não correspondem à Sua vontade e à verdade. E assim Ele impede a criança terrestre receptora de receber se a sua vontade quiser desviar-se da Sua vontade. Ele coloca obstáculos em seu caminho, cuja superação permite ao ser humano encontrar seu caminho de volta ao pensamento correto. Ele próprio o conduz e guia pela mão, mas ele mesmo tem que superar os obstáculos e passar por eles para poder aproximar-se novamente de Deus, o Doador da verdade. Assim, todo pensamento pouco claro ou falso resultará sempre num sentimento de separação dele, o ser humano hesitará em aceitar este pensamento, estará inclinado a rejeitá-lo e, finalmente, a abandoná-lo.... ele é obviamente impedido de escrevê-lo por um sentimento interior de rejeição. E por isso é bom saber que só a pessoa é capaz de receber quem dá conta a si mesmo de seus sentimentos interiores, que admite sem hesitar quando se desvia mentalmente e faz um esforço para permanecer verdadeiro diante de Deus e de si mesmo, por outro lado deve também lutar contra a hostilidade das potências malignas. Se ele encontra a menor resistência ao receber transmissões espirituais, deve submeter-se incansavelmente à autocrítica e submeter todo o pensamento ao Senhor para que ele seja guiado corretamente. Pois o adversário procura explorar a fraqueza do ser humano, por isso a força da vontade deve ser solicitada. Os dons do céu não podem ser recebidos sem nenhuma dádiva de força, portanto essa dádiva de força também deve ser solicitada como uma concessão para que a criança terrena entregue sua vontade ao Pai que está nos céus e só queira servi-Lo....
