God's programmes.... God's authorisations.... satan's work....

Man pays too little attention to what happens around him, and he cannot be convinced in any way that everything fits into the divine world order according to a wise plan, that everything must come as it does, even though man's will is often the direct cause. A distinction must be made between God's programmes according to His will and God's permissions of what the will of man himself has caused. It is so difficult to make people understand this that God can never give His consent if man makes dispositions that go against His will. But since He again does not hinder the human being's free will, those measures which are an unmistakable work or influence of evil must now be moulded by God such that they can still result in a certain degree of success for the human being's soul. And this again leads people to the conclusion that it is God's will that works which unmistakably betray the influence of evil plunge whole nations into misery and hardship. If God did not allow such things and thus wanted to mercilessly destroy or render harmless the perpetrators of suffering and misery, then man would be deprived of any possibility of distinguishing between good and evil, for then only the good would have to assert itself, while all evil would immediately be destroyed. Thus God allows the evil power to run riot and only ever protects His own from being at the mercy of this power by averting all harm from them. And therefore, even if the evil forces work without ceasing, this work will always be weakened in its consequences, the human being will always derive a benefit for his soul if he offers the evil forces sufficient resistance and asks for God's help. For if God did not want to oppose it with His love, the adversary's temptations would truly be overwhelming and the human being could very easily succumb in the battle against them. However, every event is permitted by God so that the adversary's activity can be regocnized clearly enough and man can learn to abhor it. But then man should also regocnize his own powerlessness if he believes that he can master everything in life through his own strength. Man needs God's grace, and the more threatening the events approach the earthly child from the outside, the sooner he will be able to ask for grace.... And so even the most difficult event is favourable for the soul in a spiritual sense. Only the person who sees every event as God's providence and finds himself in it devotedly, always desiring divine help when it seems insurmountable to him, and thus remains in closest union with God, will truly master earthly life. Satan's activity will therefore not always be able to express itself as it is intended, but the lord God will also intervene to prevent it and avert or weaken its effects, for if His power did not also extend over such evil forces then everything on earth and in the universe would truly already be destroyed, for the evil one's destructive urge is immense, yet he is powerless in the face of divine will. However, the lord allows him to work to such an extent that it characterizes humanity's complete downfall.... And if a person pays attention to what is happening around him, he will realize how far satan's activity goes. And he will learn to detest it if only a spark of divine spirit slumbers within him. Thus even the most base deed can again cause a person to find God and, recognizing the contemptibility of evil, raise his hands to God in prayer for deliverance from such violence. And God will answer such a prayer, and then it is precisely satan's activity which has brought about the return to God, i.e. an event which was devised by diabolical power against God's will has been permitted in order to allow the human being to find the path to God again....

As transmissões de Deus.... God's Approvals.... O trabalho de Satanás....

O homem presta muito pouca atenção aos acontecimentos ao seu redor e não pode de modo algum estar convencido de que tudo se encaixa na ordem mundial divina, de acordo com um plano sábio, portanto, tudo tem de vir como vem, ainda que a vontade do homem seja muitas vezes a causa direta. Deve ser feita uma distinção entre o envio de Deus de acordo com Sua vontade e as permissões de Deus sobre o que a própria vontade do ser humano tem causado. Isto é tão difícil de fazer as pessoas entenderem que Deus nunca pode dar o Seu consentimento se o ser humano fizer decretos que vão contra a Sua vontade. Mas como Ele novamente não impede o livre arbítrio do ser humano, aquelas medidas que são uma obra ou influência inconfundível do mal devem ser moldadas por Deus, de tal modo que ainda possam resultar em certo grau de sucesso para a alma do ser humano. E isso, por sua vez, leva as pessoas a pensar que é a vontade de Deus que as obras que traem inequivocamente a influência do mal devem mergulhar nações inteiras em dificuldades e miséria. Se Deus não permitisse tais coisas e assim quisesse exterminar impiedosamente ou tornar inofensivos os autores do sofrimento e das dificuldades, então o homem seria privado de qualquer possibilidade de distinguir entre o bem e o mal, pois então apenas o bem teria de se afirmar, enquanto todo o mal seria imediatamente exterminado. Assim, Deus deixa o poder maligno correr motim e só protege os Seus de estar à mercê deste poder, evitando todo o mal deles. E, portanto, mesmo que as forças do mal trabalhem sem cessar, as conseqüências desse trabalho serão sempre enfraquecidas, o ser humano sempre obterá benefícios para sua alma se oferecer resistência suficiente às forças do mal e apelar para a ajuda de Deus. Pois se Deus não quisesse se opor com Seu amor, as tentações do adversário seriam verdadeiramente esmagadoras e o ser humano poderia facilmente sucumbir na batalha contra eles. Mas assim cada evento é permitido por Deus para que a atividade do adversário seja claramente reconhecível e o ser humano aprenda a detestá-la. Mas então o ser humano também deve reconhecer a sua própria impotência, se ele acredita que pode dominar tudo na vida com as suas próprias forças. O ser humano precisa da graça de Deus, e quanto mais eventos ameaçadores se aproximarem da criança terrestre de fora, mais cedo ele poderá pedir graça.... E assim mesmo o evento mais difícil é benéfico para a alma num sentido espiritual. Só o ser humano dominará verdadeiramente a vida terrena, que considera cada acontecimento como providência de Deus e humildemente encontra o seu caminho, desejando sempre a ajuda divina, se lhe parecer insuperável, e assim permanece em íntima união com Deus. A atividade de Satanás, portanto, nem sempre será capaz de se manifestar como se pretende, mas o Senhor Deus também intervirá de forma contundente e evitará ou enfraquecerá os efeitos, pois se Seu poder não se estendesse também sobre tais forças malignas tudo na Terra e no universo já estaria verdadeiramente destruído, pois o desejo destrutivo do maligno é imenso, mas impotente diante da vontade divina. No entanto, o Senhor permite a sua actividade na medida em que ela marca a completa queda da humanidade.... E se o ser humano prestar atenção ao que está acontecendo ao seu redor, ele reconhecerá até onde vai a atividade de Satanás. E ele vai aprender a detestar se apenas uma faísca de espírito divino baba nele. Assim, mesmo a mais baixa ação pode levar o ser humano a encontrar Deus e, reconhecendo o desprezo do mal, levantar as mãos em oração a Deus para se livrar de tal violência. E Deus ouvirá tal oração, e então é precisamente a atividade de Satanás que causou o retorno a Deus, ou seja, um evento que foi concebido pelo poder diabólico contra a vontade de Deus foi permitido para que as pessoas pudessem encontrar o caminho de volta a Deus....
