Prayer....

And so you should persevere in prayer, for you are weak little children who always need the father's help. And your concern should always be to prove yourselves worthy of His help, for whatever the father in heaven does for you He does out of love for you. If you now want to possess this love of His you must prove to Him that you are His children by complying with His will.... And for this you need strength, which you should implore in faithful prayer. And therefore prayer is the first rung upwards; the earthly child is able to do everything if it resorts to prayer, for the father Himself has given you the promise with His words: Ask and it will be given to you.... knock and it will be opened to you.... Every call that comes from the heart reaches the father and will also be heard if it is useful for the salvation of a person's soul. The power of prayer is so great that undreamt-of spiritual strength is sent to help the earthly child and every request is granted if it is in accordance with the will of the heavenly father. Yet only prayer which is sent up to the father in humble supplication and childlike trust can be answered.... prayer must reflect the right relationship with God.... As a child presents its request to the father, so the asking earthly child should come to Him with every request, in Whose power alone it lies to fulfil every request. Prayer is the conscious connection with God.... For prayer also presupposes the belief that a higher power has all authority and that God loves His creatures. It proves that the creature regocnizes its creator.... prayer establishes the right relationship between the two, and prayer proves the desire of the earthly child for the father of the universe. And thus, when you pray and present your request to the lord, you acknowledge the original spirit, Who is your origin, and you enter the bridge which leads to reunification, for prayer is the first step towards the father.... prayer is the only way to ascend from the abyss, for it is through prayer that the earthly child receives the strength and vigour to start working on itself, on its soul, and thus to bridge the gulf which separates it from the father.... And if the human being has to endure battles of whatever kind, prayer is always the refuge to the one Who can put an end to everything that is difficult.... If you pray correctly, i.e. in spirit and in truth, your supplications will be heard so that you will become strong in faith in His love and omnipotence....

Oración....

Y así debéis perseverar en la oración, porque sois hijitos débiles que siempre necesitan la ayuda del Padre. Y vuestra preocupación debe ser siempre la de mostraros dignos de Su ayuda, porque todo lo que el Padre que está en el cielo os hace, lo hace por amor a vosotros. Si vosotros ahora queréis poseer este amor Suyo, debéis demostrarle que sois hijos Suyos cumpliendo Su voluntad.... Y para ello necesitáis fuerza, la cual debéis suplicar en la oración creyente. Y entonces la oración es el primer peldaño hacia arriba; El niño terrenal todo lo puede si se refugia en la oración, porque el Padre Mismo os ha dado la promesa con Sus Palabras: Pedid y se os dará.... llamad y se os abrirá....

Todo llamado que sale del corazón llega al Padre y será respondido si lleva a la salvación del alma humana. El poder de la oración es tan grande que se envía una fuerza espiritual inesperada para ayudar al niño terrenal y cada petición es concedida si está en la voluntad del Padre celestial. Pero solo se puede responder a la oración que se eleva al Padre con humildad y confianza infantil.... la oración debe reflejar la relación correcta con Dios....

Así como un niño presenta su petición al padre, así también el niño terrenal que pide debe acudir a Él con cada petición. La oración es la conexión consciente con Dios.... Porque la oración presupone también la creencia de que un poder superior tiene toda la autoridad y que Dios ama a Sus criaturas. Prueba que la criatura reconoce a su Creador.... La oración establece la relación justa entre ambos, y la oración prueba el deseo del niño terrenal por el Padre del universo.

Y cuando pedís y presentáis vuestra petición al Señor, os confesáis al Espíritu original, Que es vuestro punto de partida y entráis al puente que conduce a la reunificación, porque la oración es el primer paso hacia el Padre.... La oración es la única manera de llegar desde lo más profundo a lo más alto, porque a través de la oración se le da al niño terrenal el poder y la fuerza para comenzar el trabajo sobre sí mismo, sobre su alma, y así salvar la brecha que lo separa del Padre.... Y cuando una persona tiene que superar luchas, sean de la clase que sean, la oración es siempre el refugio a Aquel que puede poner fin a todo lo difícil.... Si oráis correctamente, es decir, en espíritu y en verdad, vuestra súplica será escuchada, para que os fortalezcáis en vuestra fe en Su amor y omnipotencia....
