Helpless state in the afterlife.... help from other beings....

It is still a blessed state, which all men should long for (grasp), that the spirit in you can free itself, for you still dwell on this earth and are free insofar that it is completely up to your will to loosen the fetters of the spirit or to keep it captive. Once you have ended this life, however, you yourselves are subject to laws and without strength and power. You only have your will left but are dependent on the help of other beings, and this means an agonizing state for you if you are still deep in your spiritual development. In view of your helpless state you must be assisted in order to ascend step by step towards higher development. You are completely dependent on help, you cannot do anything without the support of higher spiritual forces, and you also have to gain these again by willingly offering your services to those who have entered the beyond even more miserably, for every labour of love will also have such an effect there that whoever gives will receive.... And thus a person who has imperfectly departed from this earth is no longer able to do anything by his own strength, he is so helpless and abandoned if the higher beings do not take care of him or if strength is imparted to him through the loving remembrance and prayer of an earthly person. And to have to regocnize in this sad situation which gift of grace he let pass him by in earthly life is unspeakably bitter and therefore a state of remorse which triggers torments which you humans cannot measure....

(23 Oct. 1939) The state of suffering of such souls is conjured up by themselves, and that is why it also burdens the being in such a way that it would like to escape from it and is therefore grateful for every help which is granted to it in this situation. In order to help reduce the torment these souls are offered the opportunity to be lovingly active for their part. The neediness in the spheres of the imperfect is so great that only help from the beyond can alleviate it, and this is eagerly practiced by the cognizant in the will to make each other's condition bearable. And only through this is the darkness around such souls occasionally interrupted by a ray of light which again shows them a path which could improve their situation. The souls which follow such a ray of light often come close to people who have spiritual knowledge which is now also made accessible to the willing souls in the beyond. However, the prerequisites for accepting this knowledge are the same as in earthly life.... The being must have good will and be willing to love, i.e. it must sympathize with the suffering of those who share its severe suffering. The soul, which only thinks of its own suffering, will hardly accept spiritual nourishment and therefore also stand unimpressed in the face of a spiritual exchange from the beyond to earth, it opposes it just as negatively as earthly people in self-love do, for whom the spiritual nourishment likewise remains incomprehensible because it wants to be received in the heart but the heart has not yet been awakened to life in them....

Estado de impotencia en el más allá.... Ayuda de otros seres....

Todavía sigue siendo un estado bendito, que todos los seres humanos deberían anhelar para que el espíritu en vosotros pueda liberarse, porque que aún permanecéis en esta tierra y sois libres en la medida en que depende enteramente de vuestra voluntad librar las cadenas del espíritu o mantenerlo cautivo. Pero cuando habéis terminado con esta vida, vosotros mismos quedáis sujetos a las leyes y sin fuerza ni poder. Sólo tenéis todavía vuestra voluntad, pero dependéis de la ayuda de otros seres, y esto significa un estado agonizante para vosotros, si aún estáis en lo profundo de vuestro desarrollo espiritual.

En vista del estado de impotencia, tendréis que ser apoyados para ascender paso a paso hacia un desarrollo superior. Dependéis completamente de ayuda; no podéis hacer nada sin el apoyo de poderes espirituales superiores, y tenéis que recuperarlo ofreciendo voluntariamente vuestros servicios a los que han entrado aún más pobres en el más allá, porque toda obra de amor tendrá también allí tal efecto, que quien da, recibirá....

Y así, un ser humano que ha dejado esta tierra de manera incompleta ya no puede hacer nada por sí misma, está tan indefenso y abandonado si los seres superiores no se ocupan de él o si se le imparte fuerza a través del recuerdo amoroso o la oración de una persona en la tierra. Y tener que reconocer en esta triste situación qué concesión de gracia dejó pasar en la vida terrenal es una amargura indecible y por tanto un estado de remordimiento que desencadena tormentos que vosotros los humanos no podéis medir....

(23.10.1939) El estado de sufrimientos de tales almas es provocado por ellas mismas, y por eso también agobia al ser de tal manera que quisiera escapar de ello, y por eso agradece cualquier ayuda que se le conceda al ser en esta situación. Para ahora ayudar a reducir el dolor, a estas almas se les da la oportunidad de estar activas en el amor. La necesidad en las esferas de los imperfectos es tan grande que sólo la ayuda de otro mundo es aliviante, y esto lo practican con mayor entusiasmo aquellos que saben, con la voluntad de hacer la situación soportable unos para otros. Y sólo a través de eso la oscuridad que rodea tales almas a veces es interrumpida por un rayo de luz, que nuevamente les muestra el camino que podría mejorar su situación. Las almas que siguen tal alma de luz a menudo se acercan a seres humanos, que están en el conocimiento espiritual, que ahora también se accesible a las almas dispuestas en el más allá. Y los requisitos previos para aceptar este conocimiento son los mismos que en la vida terrenal. El ser debe ser de buena voluntad y activo en el amor, es decir, simpatizar con el sufrimiento de aquellos que comparten el gran sufrimiento con él.

El alma que solo piensa en su propio sufrimiento difícilmente aceptará el alimento espiritual y, por lo tanto, tampoco se sentirá impresionada ante un intercambio espiritual del más allá a la tierra; se le impondrá a ello con el mismo rechazo como lo hace la gente de la tierra que se mantiene en el amor propio, a quienes el alimento espiritual también sigue siendo incomprensible porque quiere ser recibido en el corazón, pero el corazón de esta gente aún no ha despertado a la vida....
