Jesus' suffering and dying.... Hour of death....

The soul suffers if it loves. And therefore the Saviour has exemplified His suffering to you, and this for love of the people. When you remember His hour of death, your heart will also feel profound pain if you come aglow with love for the Saviour and have offered Him your heart. During the agonising hour of death His body was subject to intolerable pain; He suffered the disgrace of His elevation on the cross twice as badly, because His own children had nailed Him to the stake and shouted scorn and mockery in His face.... No other human being on earth ever suffered what Jesus took upon His sanctified shoulders for love of humanity, no-one ever concluded his earthly life in such torment and, yet, the divine Redeemer did not resist His suffering and death.... He took it voluntarily upon His shoulders and thereby acquired eternal bliss for people. And so you, too, will have to endure suffering and sorrow if you want to participate in the great act Salvation and its blessing. Bear in mind that you must present your guilt of sin to the Saviour as well, that you must appeal to Him to take pity upon your guilt of sin, then the Lord in His love and gentleness will graciously dispel your suffering, He will keep everything away from you and redeem you from your guilt of sin, for His goodness and gentleness are beyond description, He includes everyone in His love who wants to belong to Him and reveals their suffering to Him with complete trust. To them He is a Saviour from all adversity, He protects them from all tribulations and transforms everything depressing into a state of freedom and redemption, the soul will be released from its burden and, in cheerful anticipation and relieved from all worries, the earthly child hands itself over to the grace of the heavenly Father.... And it will not appeal to the divine Saviour's help in vain if only it faithfully, and with profound empathy, remembers the Lord's hour of suffering and is willing to bear its suffering in God's will for the redemption of humanity from the sleep of death into eternal life....

Il soffrire e morire di Gesù – L’ora della morte

L’anima che ama, soffre. E perciò il Salvatore ha anche vissuto in anticipo la Sua sofferenza, e questo per Amore per gli uomini. Se pensate all’ora della Sua morte, pure il vostro cuore sentirà un profondo dolore, quando s’infiamma d’amore per il Salvatore e Gli avete portato il vostro cuore. Nell’ora tormentosa della morte il Suo Corpo era esposto ad insopportabili dolori; ha percepito doppiamente l’oltraggio dell’innalzamento sulla Croce, perché i Suoi propri figli Lo hanno inchiodato sul legno da martire e Gli hanno gridato in Volto scherno e derisione. Non un secondo uomo sulla Terra ha sofferto ciò che Gesù ha prese sulle Sue Spalle santificate per Amore per l’umanità, neanche uno ha concluso la sua vita terrena in un tale martirio, e malgrado ciò il divino Redentore non ha lottato contro la Sua sofferenza e morte. L’ha preso liberamente sulle Sue Spalle e con ciò ha conquistato per gli uomini l’eterna Beatitudine. E così anche voi dovete passare attraverso sofferenza ed afflizione, se volete aver parte della grande Opera di Redenzione e della sua Benedizione. Ricordate, che dovete sottoporre al Salvatore anche la vostra colpa di peccato, che Lo dovete pregare di aver Pietà della vostra colpa di peccato, allora il Signore Si impegna con tutto l’Amore e Mansuetudine di togliervi la vostra sofferenza, di tenervi lontano tutto e di liberarvi dalla colpa di peccato, perché la Sua Benignità e Mansuetudine sono indescrivibili, Egli include nel Suo Amore tutti coloro che vogliono appartenere a Lui e gli rivelano fiduciosi le loro sofferenze. A coloro Egli E’ un Salvatore da ogni miseria, li protegge da ogni disagio, e cambia tutto ciò che li opprime nello stato di libertà e Redenzione, l’anima viene liberata dal suo peso e sospesa da tutte le preoccupazioni, il figlio terreno si dà speranzoso al Padre nel Cielo alla Sua Grazia, e non chiederà invano l’Aiuto del divino Salvatore, se ricorda soltanto con fede e profondissima compassione l’ora della sofferenza del Signore ed è pronto a portare tutta la sua sofferenza rassegnato nella Volontà di Dio per la Redenzione dell’umanità dal sonno di morte alla Vita eterna.
