Activity of the creatures.... creative power.... free will....

See and understand that all creatures subordinate themselves to God's will, and then try to realize how little of his own will already enables the human being to move in God's order, and how versatilely, on the other hand, he can work through this will, i.e., what a wide field of activity is opened up to him on earth.... How again and again man is chosen to shape the outside of the earth according to his will, how always the creative power is given to him by God and how this can unfold in every way with the right use of his free will. In other words, he himself is creatively active, as it were, insofar as it corresponds to human abilities. Although God's approval must accompany man's creative will everywhere, God will respect the freedom of will as far as possible, which is why works also arise that cannot meet with full approval because they violate His commandments or the divine order.... or do not serve to preserve what already exists but rather to destroy it.... or are based on a certain selfishness or material greed for profit. Where man can fully dispose of his will and is therefore much ahead of the creature, he should use it wisely and deal with this gift of freedom in such a way that he first submits every action to the lord.... This will guide his thoughts and will in the right way and he will not run the risk of violating divine order. What is evident in nature and can be observed again and again in all creatures is the uniformity of the activity inherent in every work of creation, and so man observes the same.... he should endeavour to shape himself and his creative urge in such a way that he does not fragment himself in an activity that brings little or no benefit to mankind. The willingness to serve is always a factor that is highly valued, and time and again the human being must be reminded that love should be the principle of all earthly activity.... Every act of free will will then always correspond to God's will.... He then has one thing ahead of the creature, that his higher development is his own merit, because he has used his free will for the progress of the soul. All creatures are prescribed their activity on earth and they comply with it because they cannot live any other way than God's will.... whereas the human being has so many endless possibilities in earthly life which consist of different activities and it is completely up to him to live in accordance with the lord's will, to submit himself to Him or to be active contrary to the divine order. The faculty of judgement is given to everyone to recognize the will of the lord, for otherwise one could not speak of a truly free will. The will is only completely free where the person has knowledge of both the one and the opposite and can now do and not do as he sees fit.... He will also never be in doubt as to what is good or evil and what is therefore pleasing to God or does not correspond to His will.... It will therefore submit to the will of God, who only ever endeavours to work and create in all love and for the blessing of his fellow human beings. God will assist them with His help and increase and strengthen their knowledge, energy and will to love, and such a person will carry out the lord's will in every action and thought.... and his will will always be subject to the lord....

L’attività delle creature – La Forza di creare - La libera volontà

Guardate e comprendete, che tutte le creature si sono subordinate alla Volontà di Dio, e poi cercate di chiarirvi quanta poca volontà rende l’uomo già capace di muoversi nell’Ordine di Dio e quanto d’altra parte può agire in modo molteplice attraverso questa volontà, cioè quale ampio campo d’attività gli è dischiuso sulla Terra! Come l’uomo è sempre di nuovo eletto a formare l’esterno della Terra secondo il suo beneplacito, come per questo viene sempre data la Forza di Dio per creare e questa, sotto il giusto impiego della sua libera volontà, possa venire allo sviluppo in ogni modo. Come lui stesso possa per così dire essere attivo creativamente, fin dove corrisponde alle capacità umane. Certo, ovunque l’Approvazione di Dio deve accompagnare la volontà dell’uomo di formare, ma Dio rispetterà possibilmente la libertà della volontà per cui sorgono anche delle opere che non possono trovare per nulla la piena Approvazione, perché trasgrediscono di nuovo i Suoi Comandamenti oppure l’Ordine divino, oppure anche non servono alla conservazione di ciò che esiste, ma piuttosto alla sua distruzione, oppure si trova alla base un certo egoismo o brama di guadagno materiale. Dove l’uomo può disporre pienamente della sua volontà e perciò è molto più avanti quindi alla creatura, la dovrebbe usare saggiamente e trattare questo Dono di libertà in modo, da raccomandarlo in ogni azione dapprima al Signore. Con ciò il suo pensare e volere viene guidato bene e non corre il pericolo di infrangere l’Ordine divino. Quello che è visibile nella natura e che può sempre di nuovo essere osservato in ogni creatura, è la regolarità dell’attività che si trova in ogni Opera di Creazione, e così l’uomo osservi la stessa cosa, che cerchi possibilmente di formare sé stesso e la sua spinta di creare, affinché non si frantumi in un’attività, che non ha nessuna o solo scarsa utilità per l’umanità. Di fronte a questa la volontà di servire è sempre un fattore che viene molto valutato, ed all’uomo deve sempre di nuovo essere indicato che l’amore dev’essere il fondamento di ogni attività terrena. Allora ogni agire nella libera volontà corrisponderà sempre alla Volontà di Dio. Allora ha una cosa in più della creatura, che il suo sviluppo verso l’Alto è il proprio merito, perché ha impiegato la sua libera volontà per il progresso dell’anima. Ad ogni creatura è prescritta la sua attività sulla Terra, e l’esegue perché non può vivere diversamente di com’è la Volontà di Dio, mentre l’uomo nella vita terrena ha così infinitamente tante possibilità che consistono in diverse attività, ed è completamente libero di vivere nella Volontà del Signore, di sottomettersi a Lui, oppure di essere attivo contrariamente alla Disposizione divina. Ad ognuno è data la possibilità di giudicare, di riconoscere la Volontà del Signore, altrimenti non si potrebbe parlare di una vera volontà libera. La volontà è libera solamente là, dove l’uomo ha conoscenza sia di una cosa come anche di quella opposta ed ora può fare o non fare secondo il proprio beneplacito. Non sarà nemmeno mai nel dubbio di ciò che è bene o male, e quello che di conseguenza compiace a Dio oppure non corrisponde alla Sua Volontà. Si subordinerà quindi alla Volontà di Dio colui, che cerca sempre soltanto di operare e di creare in tutto l’amore e per la Benedizione dei suoi prossimi. Dio lo assisterà con il Suo Aiuto e nella conoscenza di aumentare e fortificare la Forza d’azione e la volontà d’amore, ed un tale uomo eseguirà la Volontà del Signore in ogni azione ed in ogni pensiero, e la sua volontà sarà sempre sottomessa a Quella del Signore.
