5416 God's love and patience.... Mediators....

June 20, 1952: Book 60

I must grant you humans My help with tireless love and patience, for you need it badly, without My help you are completely at the mercy of My adversary who only pursues one aim, to pull you down into darkness. And I take pity on your adversity, your ignorance and your lack of strength to resist him, and therefore I constantly endeavor to convey knowledge and strength to you, to draw your attention to the danger you live in. And therefore I constantly look for mediators of this strength from Me, people to whom I can convey it directly and who then give to their fellow human beings what they urgently need; I look for people who establish the connection with the kingdom on their own, which can convey strength to them.... I look for people who receive light and strength from My hand.... My Word, which imparts light and strength to them. You humans are dead as long as you do not possess that which gives you life.... But I want you to live, I want you to be constantly active and to find your beatitude in this activity. Therefore you must also constantly receive strength, and since you can only receive this strength from Me you must unite with Me, you must establish the contact which ensures you the supply of strength.

Yet you do not seek Me but flee from Me, you do not let yourselves be bestowed by Me but reject My gifts of love.... You don't recognize the adversity you are in and exist as a living corpse, so to speak, for you value your earthly life as 'life' and yet are dead in the spirit. And you all don't know how long your earthly life is still granted to you, you don't know that you all only have a short life span left, and that’s why you do nothing to secure an eternal life for yourselves, you do nothing to gain strength in order to give life to the spirit within you.... but My love follows you and up to the last minute of your life I send My messengers to you, up to the last minute of your life I stretch out My hand towards you, I try to grasp you and am always ready to draw you to My heart, yet I can only entice and call you but I cannot force you.... You must come to Me yourselves and I truly make it easy for you by always reaching out to you, that I am always close to you, that I address you through the mouth of My messengers and point out to you the imminent end, your responsibility and your fate in the eternity.... I truly give you grace for justice, you turned away from Me and I showered you with grace without measure.... You only needed to be wanting and you could be unspeakably happy. I want your bliss because I love you, yet I cannot prepare a blissful fate for you against your will. And so time will pass by and your end will be according to your will.... Let yourselves be admonished and call upon Me before it is too late.... I will not leave you without help, but I am waiting for your call....
