Zeichen der Endzeit....

Achtet der Zeichen, die sich mehren und das nahe Ende ankündigen, und ihr werdet erkennen, in welcher Phase der Endzeit ihr steht. Lasset nicht durch irdische Geschehen euren geistigen Blick euch trüben, sondern bringet sie in Zusammenhang mit dem geistigen Tiefstand, der in der letzten Zeit das Gebaren der Menschen kennzeichnet.... Das lieblose Handeln der Menschen gegeneinander verrät jenen Tiefstand, der unmittelbar Anlaß ist, daß eine Erlösungsperiode ihren Abschluß findet. Der geistige Tiefstand der Menschen aber verrät gleichzeitig tiefstes Dunkel in ihnen, völlige Abkehr von Gott, von geistigem Streben und darum auch Unkenntnis, daß sie in der letzten Zeit leben, daß das Ende nicht mehr weit ist. Doch ihr, die ihr strebet und den göttlichen Willen zu erfüllen suchet, ihr, die ihr ein geistiges Leben führt neben dem irdischen, ihr sollt der Zeichen achten und euch auf das Ende vorbereiten. Und ihr werdet täglich tiefer eindringen in geistiges Wissen, ihr werdet wachsen in der Erkenntnis, und es werden euch die Zusammenhänge klarwerden von dem Zeitgeschehen und dem ewigen Heilsplan Gottes. Ihr werdet am irdischen Geschehen auch das Walten Gottes erkennen, Der alles, auch das größte Leid, als ein Heilmittel anwendet, so daß es für den einzelnen noch zum Segen sein kann. Gott hat dieser Zeit stets und ständig Erwähnung getan, Er hat die Menschen hingewiesen auf die Zeit des Endes und ihnen die Anzeichen vorausgesagt durch Seher und Propheten, nicht um den irdischen Verlauf des Weltgeschehens vorauszubestimmen, sondern um den Menschen die geistige Not zu veranschaulichen, die auch Ursache des irdischen Leides, des Chaos und weltlichen Verfalles ist. Die geistige Not soll erkannt werden, und ihr soll gesteuert werden. Die geistige Not aber ist zu erkennen an den Zeichen der Zeit. Und darum sollt ihr dieser Zeichen achten und wissen, daß ihr nun alle Sorge verwenden sollt auf eure und der Mitmenschen Seelen.... Denn diese sind in größter Gefahr. Es wird in der Endzeit durch übertriebene Sorge um den Körper die Seele darben müssen, ja sie wird völlig abgedrängt werden durch Gott-abgewandte Kräfte von geistigem Streben und von Gott Selbst. Und in dieser Zeit der geistigen Not hat der Gegner Gottes große Gewalt über die Seelen, die aber der Wille der Menschen selbst brechen kann. Und darum wird ständig hingewiesen auf die Zeit des Endes, es wird der Zeichen Erwähnung getan, auf daß der Wille des Menschen angespornt werde zum Widerstand, auf daß der Mensch die Gefahr erkenne, in der die Seele schwebt, und auf daß er glauben lerne, daß Gott der Erde ein Ende gesetzt hat, sowie dieser geistige Tiefstand gekommen ist, der völlige Zugehörigkeit zum Gegner Gottes bekundet. Achtet der Zeichen, die das nahe Ende verkünden, und gehet nicht gleichgültig daran vorüber, sondern bereitet euch vor, denn das Ende wird furchtbar sein für alle, die der Mahnungen und Warnungen Gottes kein Gehör schenken und ihrem geistigen und leiblichen Untergang entgegengehen....

Signs of the end time....

Pay attention to the signs which increase and announce the near end and you will recognize in which phase of the end time you stand. Don't let earthly events cloud your spiritual vision but relate them to the spiritual low which characterizes people's behaviour in the last days.... People's unkind behaviour towards each other betrays that low which is the direct cause for a period of redemption to come to an end. But at the same time people's spiritual low reveals deepest darkness in them, complete turning away from God, from spiritual striving and therefore also ignorance that they live in the last days, that the end is not far away. But you who strive and try to fulfil divine will, you who live a spiritual life next to the earthly one, you should pay attention to the signs and prepare yourselves for the end. And you will daily penetrate spiritual knowledge more deeply, you will grow in realization and the correlations between the events of time and God's eternal plan of salvation will become clear to you. You will also recognize God's activity in earthly events, Who uses everything, even the greatest suffering, as a remedy so that it can still be a blessing for the individual. God has always and constantly mentioned this time, He has pointed out the time of the end to people and foretold the signs to them through seers and prophets, not in order to predetermine the earthly course of world events but in order to illustrate to people the spiritual adversity which is also the cause of earthly suffering, chaos and worldly decay. The spiritual adversity is to be recognized and controlled. But the spiritual adversity is to be recognized by the signs of the times. And therefore you should pay attention to these signs and know that you should now devote all your care to your own and your fellow human beings' souls.... For they are in greatest danger. In the last days the soul will have to suffer due to excessive concern for the body, indeed, it will be completely pushed away from spiritual striving and from God Himself by God-opposing forces. And in this time of spiritual hardship God's adversary has great power over the souls, but the will of people themselves can break it. And that is why the time of the end is constantly pointed out, signs are mentioned so that the human being's will will be spurred into resistance, so that the human being will recognize the danger the soul is in and so that he will learn to believe that God has put an end to the earth as soon as this spiritual low has come, which demonstrates complete affiliation with God's adversary. Pay attention to the signs which announce the near end and don't pass by indifferently but prepare yourselves, for the end will be dreadful for all those who don't listen to God's admonitions and warnings and are heading towards their spiritual and physical downfall.
