Kraft des Gebetes....

Wollet ihr die Erdenlebensprobe bestehen, so nehmet Anteil an allen Nöten und Sorgen eurer Mitmenschen, und verharret im Gebet.... d.h., fordert stets und ständig die Kraft an von oben, ohne die ihr unfähig seid, auch nur das Kleinste zu vollbringen zum Wohlgefallen Gottes.... denn ihr seid schwache Geschöpfe, solange euch die Seelenreife mangelt, ihr verfüget nicht über eigene Kraft, sondern ihr müsset sie erbitten von Gott, Der sie euch wohl anfänglich zugedacht hat, euch aber auch nicht hinderte, als ihr euch selbst dieser Kraft beraubtet. Ihr habt ein Geschenk zurückgewiesen, das euch überaus selig machte, und müsset nun ringen darum, dieses Geschenk wieder zu erhalten. Und darum müsset ihr beten und die Liebe üben, und beides trägt euch Kraft ein, je nach der Innigkeit eures Gebetes und der Tiefe und Uneigennützigkeit eurer Liebe zum Nächsten. Lasset ihr dieses außer acht, so ist euer Ringen auf Erden unsagbar schwer, so ihr nach oben verlangt, oder euch wird die Kraft von dem Gegner Gottes zugeführt, die euch nun zwar ein leichteres Erdenleben einträgt, aber nimmermehr zur Höhe führen kann, sondern unweigerlich dem Abgrund entgegentreibt. Nützet die Kraft des Gebetes.... Bleibet dadurch Gott-verbunden, und öffnet euch Seiner Kraftausstrahlung. Es ist dies von so großer Wichtigkeit und wird doch von den Menschen so wenig erkannt und befolgt. Nur geistige Güter sollt ihr erbitten; die Kraft aus Gott aber ist geistiges Gut, und daher dürfet ihr sie anfordern stets und ständig; und Gott wird euer Gebet nicht unerhört lassen, denn Seine Sorge gilt eurer Vollendung, zu der ihr unbedingt die Kraft benötigt, weil ihr ohne diese schwache Geschöpfe seid, die sich allein nicht helfen können. Und dann werdet ihr auch fähig sein, Werke der Nächstenliebe zu verrichten, ihr werdet getrieben werden von innen, unentwegt Gutes zu tun, euer Herz wird Anteil nehmen an dem Geschick des Nächsten, es wird weich und empfindsam sein für die Not des anderen, und ihr werdet immer hilfsbereit sein und die Not zu lindern versuchen. Geistig und irdisch werdet ihr ihnen Hilfe bringen wollen und es auch können, so ihr die Kraft aus Gott anfordert, die Er euch nicht versagen wird. Denn nur durch Liebeswirken könnt ihr reifen und eure Erdenaufgabe erfüllen. Darum lasset nicht nach im Gebet, bleibet mit Gott in ständiger Verbindung, flehet um Kraft und Stärke für euren Erdenlebenswandel, und übergebet euch vertrauensvoll dem Vater im Himmel, Der Seine Kinder führet durch Leid und Not dem Licht entgegen....

Power of prayer....

If you want to pass the test of earthly life, take part in all your fellow human beings' hardships and worries and persevere in prayer.... i.e, always and constantly request strength from above, without which you are incapable of accomplishing even the smallest thing for God's pleasure.... for you are weak creatures as long as you lack maturity of soul, you do not have your own strength at your disposal but must request it from God, Who certainly intended it for you in the beginning but did not prevent you when you deprived yourselves of this strength. You rejected a gift which made you extremely happy and now you have to struggle to receive this gift again. And that is why you have to pray and practice love, and both will earn you strength depending on the intensity of your prayer and the depth and unselfishness of your love for your neighbor. If you disregard this, your struggle on earth will be unspeakably difficult if you desire to ascend, or you will be supplied with strength by God's adversary, which will indeed make your earthly life easier but can never lead you upwards but will inevitably drive you towards the abyss. Use the power of prayer.... Stay connected to God and open yourselves to His radiance of power. This is of such great importance and yet is so little recognized and followed by people. You should only ask for spiritual possessions; but the strength from God is spiritual wealth and therefore you may always and constantly request it; and God will not leave your prayer unanswered, for His concern is for your perfection, for which you absolutely need the strength, because without it you are weak creatures which cannot help themselves on their own. And then you will also be able to carry out works of neighbourly love, you will be driven from within to constantly do good, your heart will take an interest in your neighbor's fate, it will be soft and sensitive to the other person's hardship and you will always be willing to help and try to alleviate the hardship. Spiritually and earthly you will want to help them and also be able to do so if you request the strength from God, which He will not deny you. For only through works of love can you mature and fulfill your earthly task. Therefore, do not let up in prayer, remain in constant contact with God, pray for strength and power for your earthly life and trustingly hand yourselves over to the father in heaven, Who leads His children through suffering and adversity towards the light....
