Gottes Forderungen an den Menschen.... Kraftzufuhr....

Die Forderungen, die Gott an den Menschen stellt während seines Erdenlebens, können sehr leicht erfüllt werden, und keine davon geht über die Kraft des Menschen. Gott verlangt nichts Unmögliches oder schwer Erfüllbares von ihm. Unerfüllbar erscheint es ihm erst dann, wenn er Gott nicht mehr anerkennt oder durch seinen Lebenswandel Ihm fern ist. Denn dann ist dieser Lebenswandel gerade den göttlichen Anforderungen entgegengesetzt. Also braucht nur das rechte Verhältnis zu Gott hergestellt werden, um nun auch im Besitz der Kraft zu sein, die ihn seine Lebensaufgabe ausführen läßt.... die göttlichen Anforderungen, die Gebote der Liebe zu Ihm und zum Nächsten, zu erfüllen. Alles, was der Mensch zuwege bringt, ist eine Äußerung göttlicher Kraft, die ihm immer zuströmen wird, sowie er sie benötigt und durch das Anerkennen Gottes sich selbst diesem Kraftstrom öffnet. Tätigt er nun Werke der Liebe, so ist gleichsam Gott Selbst in ihm wirksam, d.h., Sein Geist treibt ihn an, jegliche Tätigkeit auszuführen, und niemals wird der Mensch nun kraftlos sein, wenn er diesem inneren Drängen nachgibt. Das innere Drängen eines Menschen, der den Willen Gottes zu erfüllen bestrebt ist, ist eine solche Äußerung des Geistes, und diesem inneren Drängen soll daher immer entsprochen werden.... Dann wird er immer die Anforderungen Gottes erfüllen, denn was der Geist in ihm will, ist der Wille Gottes, also Seine Sprache. Je williger der Mensch nun ist, desto eher kommt er dieser Anforderung nach und er empfindet (sie = d. Hg.) nimmermehr als zu hoch oder unausführbar. Denn sowie er ein Liebeswerk ausführt, strömt ihm schon die Kraft zur weiteren Ausübung zu, er wird handeln in aller Selbstverständlichkeit, er wird sich weder gezwungen fühlen dazu noch die Ausübung als drückende Last empfinden, sein Lebenswandel wird ganz dem Willen Gottes entsprechen und daher sein Leben ihm auch den Erfolg eintragen, der Zweck und Ziel seiner Verkörperung auf Erden ist. Gott weiß um alle Seine Geschöpfe, Er weiß auch um deren Willensschwäche, um ihre Kraftlosigkeit und ihre schwache Widerstandskraft.... also stellt Er Seine Anforderungen allen diesen Mängeln entsprechend, und Er steht mit Seiner Kraft allezeit bereit, sie überströmen zu lassen, sowie der Mensch den Willen hat, sie anzunehmen. Seine ganze Forderung besteht nur darin, daß der Mensch seinen Willen wandle, daß er seinen freien Willen Ihm schenke.... dann stehen ihm alle Mittel und Kräfte zu Gebote, dann wird er immer ausführen können, was Gott von ihm verlangt. Schwäche gibt es nicht mehr von dem Moment an, wo der Mensch Gottes Beistand erbittet; es ist der Mensch stark, sowie er sich in seiner Schwäche an Gott wendet, auch wenn er sich noch oft schwach fühlt, so ist dies nur ein Mittel, das Gott anwendet, um ihn desto inniger und begehrender bitten zu lassen, weil die Kraft aus Gott nur dort wirksam werden kann, wo sie aus tiefstem Herzen begehrt wird. Es darf der Mensch nicht gleichgültig werden, er muß sich seiner Aufgabe auf Erden bewußt bleiben und ständig sich Gott anvertrauen, auf daß er die Anforderungen Gottes stets erfüllen kann, die nur darin bestehen, in werktätiger Liebe zum Nächsten die Liebe zu Gott zu beweisen....

God's demands on man.... power supply....

The demands that God makes of man during his life on earth can be fulfilled very easily, and none of them are beyond the power of man. God does not demand anything impossible or difficult to fulfill from him. It only appears unfulfillable to him when he no longer acknowledges God or is distant from Him through his way of life. For then this way of life is precisely contrary to the divine requirements. Therefore, only the right relationship with God needs to be established in order to be in possession of the strength that allows him to carry out his task in life.... to fulfill the divine requirements, the commandments of love for Him and for his neighbour. Everything the human being accomplishes is an expression of divine strength which will always flow to him as soon as he needs it and, by acknowledging God, opens himself to this flow of strength. If he now performs works of love then God Himself is, as it were, active in him, i.e. His spirit impels him to carry out every activity, and the human being will never be without strength if he gives in to this inner urge. The inner urge of a person who strives to fulfill God's will is such an expression of the spirit, and this inner urge should therefore always be complied with.... Then he will always fulfill God's requirements, because what the spirit in him wants is the will of God, thus His language. The more willing a person is, the more likely he is to comply with this requirement and he will never feel that it is too high or impossible to carry out. For as soon as he carries out a deed of love the strength to carry it out further will already flow to him, he will act as a matter of course, he will neither feel forced to do it nor feel that it is an oppressive burden, his way of life will completely correspond to God's will and therefore his life will also bring him the success which is the purpose and goal of his embodiment on earth. God knows about all His creatures, He also knows about their weakness of will, their lack of strength and their weak power of resistance.... therefore He makes His demands according to all these deficiencies, and He is always ready with His strength to let them overflow as soon as the human being has the will to accept them. All He requires is that the human being changes his will, that he gives his free will to Him.... then all means and powers will be at his disposal, then he will always be able to accomplish what God requires of him. Weakness no longer exists from the moment the human being requests God's assistance; the human being is strong as soon as he turns to God in his weakness, even if he still often feels weak, this is only a means which God uses in order to make him ask all the more sincerely and desiringly, because the strength from God can only become effective where it is desired from the bottom of the heart. The human being must not become indifferent, he must remain aware of his task on earth and constantly entrust himself to God so that he can always meet God's requirements, which only consist of demonstrating love for God through active love for his neighbor....
