Gottes Wort.... Gebet Gott, was Gottes ist.... Obrigkeit....

Was Gott bisher den Menschen gab, wurde nur immer von jenen Menschen angenommen, die ein außergewöhnlich starkes Wahrheitsverlangen in sich trugen; denn diese erkennen es als Gottes Wort. Und folglich wird sich das reine Wort Gottes selten Bahn brechen. In einer Zeit der Trübsal und der Not kommt das Wort Gottes zur Erde herab.... in einer Zeit, wo es den Menschen Trost bringen soll, wo es ihnen Kraft geben soll für den Erdenwandel. Doch die Menschheit weiset es ab oder geht daran vorüber in Gleichgültigkeit. Sie beachtet es nicht, und daher kann es an ihr auch nicht wirksam werden. Gott in Seiner grenzenlosen Liebe steigt immer wieder Selbst zur Erde herab im Wort. Er möchte Sich den Menschen nahen, Sich Selbst ihnen zum Bewußtsein bringen, Er möchte mit ihnen reden und ihnen Kraft vermitteln, doch sie verschließen ihre Herzen und gewähren Ihm keinen Einlaß. Und darum wird die Trübsal auf Erden immer größer. Es wird sich das Leid steigern bis zur Unerträglichkeit, es wird eine Zeit kommen des tiefsten Elends, damit die Menschen dadurch zur Besinnung kommen und sie nun Gott suchen, auf daß Er ihnen hilft. Und dann wird das Wort Gottes vereinzelt Eingang finden unter ihnen und nun auch wirksam werden in seiner ganzen Kraft. Es sind unzählige Möglichkeiten, wie es ihnen geboten wird.... von Mensch zu Mensch sowohl als auch in direkter Verbindung mit Gott, sofern der Mensch vertraulich und demütig Zwiesprache hält mit der höchsten Wesenheit, als deren Geschöpf er sich fühlt. Diese Entgegennahme des göttlichen Wortes ist wahrlich die beste, sie setzet aber auch eine gewisse seelische Reife voraus, d.h., eine Selbstveredlung muß zuvor angestrebt worden sein, ehe der Mensch fähig ist, die Stimme Gottes in sich zu vernehmen. Und selten nur gestaltet sich der Mensch dem Willen Gottes gemäß, und darum ist auch das Vernehmen des göttlichen Wortes direkt nur selten.... Deshalb sollen die Menschen denen Gehör schenken, durch die Gott Sein Wort ihnen vermittelt, und sie sollen also das Wort durch Mittler entgegennehmen, denn immer bleibt es das reine Wort Gottes, das mit Seiner Kraft gesegnet ist.... Und sie sollen sich nur immer befleißigen, diesem Wort gemäß zu leben.... Dann werden sie sehr bald selbst gedanklich so belehrt und geleitet werden, daß sie alle Weisheiten aus Gott gedanklich entgegennehmen können. Das göttliche Wort wird Balsam sein in schwerster Zeit, es wird Labsal sein denen, die kraftlos zusammenzubrechen drohen, es wird der Anker sein, der letzte Rettung ist, wenn das Lebensschifflein zu versinken droht. Denn diesem Wort entströmet alle Kraft.... Und wie sich auch die Welt dazu stellen mag, niemals wird sie es vernichten oder unwirksam machen können.... Denn es ist etwas Geistiges, was nimmermehr der Vernichtung anheimfallen kann. Es ist gedanklich den Menschen zu vermitteln und folglich jeder irdischen Gewalt unerreichbar. Das göttliche Wort hat Ewigkeitsdauer, und wer es als höchstes Gut aufnimmt und es sich zu eigen macht, der wird gleichfalls sich ein Leben sichern von Ewigkeitsdauer, denn geistiges Gut ist unvergänglich, und wer es besitzt, der ist gleichfalls unvergänglich.... Alle Maßnahmen irdischerseits können niemals das Wort Gottes selbst berühren, wohl aber die Menschen unwillig machen, es anzunehmen, und sie berauben sich dann gewissermaßen selbst des größten Schatzes, so sie das göttliche Wort hingeben für irdische Vorteile.... Was wider Gott gerichtet ist und wider Seine Gebote, das ist vom Widersacher den Menschen eingegeben, also auch niemals zu befolgen, wenngleich es eine Anordnung von irdischer Gewalt ist.... Gebt Gott, was Gottes ist.... und die weltlichen Anforderungen sollen erfüllt werden, solange sie sich nicht Gott entgegenrichten.... Was von euch verlangt wird von der Obrigkeit, das sollt ihr tun, sowie es sich aber gegen Gott oder Seine Gebote richtet, sollt ihr Dem gehorchen, Der über allem steht, denn Er ist euer Herr, Dem alles untersteht.... Das göttliche Wort aber fordert Liebe.... Liebe zu den Mitmenschen.... und alle Handlungen, die ihr tut, sollen aus der Liebe geboren sein. So jedoch anderes verlangt wird, ist der Gesetzgeber nicht von Gott den Menschen zugewiesen, sondern er nahm sich eine Macht, die ihm jedoch genommen werden kann, so er sich nicht dem göttlichen Willen fügt.... Gott ist die Macht, Die allein anzuerkennen ist, und die irdische Macht, die den göttlichen Willen erfüllt, wird auch von Gott unterstützt werden in allen ihren Maßnahmen und Handlungen. Es wird ein sichtbarer Segen auf allem ruhen, was sie beginnt. Und es wird eine seelische und geistige Höherentwicklung zu verzeichnen sein dort, wo jene Macht regiert.... denn sie arbeitet gleichsam mit Gott.... Doch dann muß als sicherstes Merkmal auch das reine Wort Gottes verbreitet werden dürfen, es muß geistige Gemeinschaft gepflegt werden können, es muß ein friedvoller Zustand die Menschen untereinander verbinden, die gleichen Sinnes sind, und die Kraft des göttlichen Wortes muß überall unter der Menschheit wirksam werden, d.h., es müssen die Menschen, die das Wort annehmen, in engster Gottverbundenheit stehen und ständig in der Liebe leben, d.h. unentwegt liebetätig sein....

God's word.... prayer God, what is God's.... authority....

What God has given to people so far has only ever been accepted by those people who had an exceptionally strong desire for truth within them, because they recognize it as God's word. And consequently, the pure word of God will rarely break through. In a time of tribulation and distress, the word of God comes down to earth.... at a time when it is supposed to bring comfort to people, when it is supposed to give them strength for the change on earth. Yet humanity rejects it or passes it by in indifference. They pay no attention to it and therefore it cannot take effect on them. God, in His boundless love, repeatedly descends to earth Himself in the word. He wants to approach people, to make them aware of Himself, He wants to speak to them and impart strength to them, yet they close their hearts and do not grant Him access. And that is why the tribulation on earth will become ever greater. The suffering will increase until it is unbearable, a time of deepest misery will come so that people will come to their senses and then seek God so that He will help them. And then the word of God will find an isolated entrance among them and now also become effective in all its power. There are countless possibilities how it will be offered to them.... from person to person as well as in direct contact with God, as long as the person confidentially and humbly dialogues with the supreme being, as Whose creature he feels himself to be. This reception of the divine word is truly the best, but it also presupposes a certain maturity of soul, i.e., a self-refinement must have been striven for before the human being is able to hear the voice of God within himself. And only rarely does a person mould himself in accordance with God's will, which is why hearing the divine word directly is only rarely.... This is why people should listen to those through whom God imparts His word to them, and they should therefore receive the word through mediators, for it always remains the pure word of God, which is blessed with His strength.... And they should only ever endeavour to live according to this word.... Then they themselves will very soon be mentally instructed and guided in such a way that they will be able to mentally receive all wisdom from God. The divine word will be balm in the most difficult times, it will be refreshment for those who threaten to collapse without strength, it will be the anchor that is the last salvation when the little ship of life threatens to sink. For all strength flows from this word.... And whatever the world may think of it, it will never be able to destroy it or render it ineffective.... For it is something spiritual that can never fall prey to destruction. It can be mentally conveyed to people and is therefore beyond the reach of any earthly power. The divine word has eternal duration, and anyone who accepts it as the highest good and makes it his own will likewise secure a life of eternal duration for himself, for spiritual good is imperishable and anyone who possesses it is likewise imperishable.... All earthly measures can never affect the word of God itself, but they can make people unwilling to accept it, and then they deprive themselves of the greatest treasure, so to speak, if they give away the divine word for earthly advantages.... What is directed against God and against His commandments is given to people by the adversary and is therefore never to be obeyed, even though it is an order of earthly power.... Give to God what is God's.... and the worldly demands should be fulfilled as long as they are not directed against God.... Whatever is required of you by the authorities you should do, but if it is against God or His commandments, you should obey Him Who is above all, for He is your lord, to Whom all things are subject.... But the divine word demands love.... love for your fellow human beings.... and all your actions should be born of love. However, if something else is demanded, the lawgiver is not assigned to people by God, but he took a power for himself, which can, however, be taken away from him if he does not submit to the divine will.... God is the power Which alone is to be recognized, and the earthly power which fulfils the divine will will also be supported by God in all its measures and actions. A visible blessing will rest on everything it begins. And there will be a higher development of soul and spirit where that power rules.... for it works with God, as it were.... But then, as the most certain characteristic, the pure word of God must also be allowed to be spread, spiritual fellowship must be able to be cultivated, a peaceful state must unite people who are of the same mind, and the power of the divine word must be effective everywhere among humanity, i.e., people who accept the word must be in closest union with God and constantly live in love, i.e., be incessantly active in love....
