Niedriger Seelenzustand.... Verständnislosigkeit....

Wenn der Seele Zustand so niedrig ist, daß sie die Liebe Gottes nicht mehr erkennt, so ist der Beweis gegeben, daß sie entsetzlich karg bedacht wurde und ihr nichts geboten wurde zur Stärkung, die sie benötigte. Es ist der Mensch von unglaublicher Verständnislosigkeit allem Geistigen gegenüber, er bleibt unbeeindruckt, denn all sein Denken gilt nur dem irdischen Leben. Die Seele aber wird nicht anerkannt und also auch nicht bedacht. Das ganze Empfinden des Menschen kreist um rein irdische Ziele, es ist also die Seele gezwungen, dem Körper zu dienen, indem alles Denken, Fühlen und Wollen nur seiner Erhaltung gelten darf und sie unsäglich leidet, weil ihr dies wenig zuträglich ist. Der innere Frieden, daß Bewußtsein, göttlicher Abkunft zu sein.... das Verlangen nach der Vereinigung mit Gott, das die Seele so unsagbar beglücken würde, fehlt ihr gänzlich, sie ist wie eine geknechtete Dienerin und muß nur immer tun, was der Körper verlangt, und immer ferner rückt ihr das eigentliche Ziel.... die Vereinigung mit Gott. Denn da der Körper sie gänzlich für sich in Anspruch nimmt, wird sie immer weltlicher und verliert jeglichen Zusammenhang mit Gott und das ist ihr Untergang und ihr Verderben....

Low state of mind.... lack of understanding....

If the state of the soul is so low that it no longer regocnizes God's love, then this is proof that it was given terribly little and was offered nothing to strengthen it, which it needed. The human being has an unbelievable lack of understanding for everything spiritual, he remains unimpressed because all his thinking only applies to earthly life. The soul, however, is not regocnized and therefore not considered. The human being's whole feeling revolves around purely earthly goals, thus the soul is forced to serve the body, in that all thinking, feeling and willing is only allowed to apply to its preservation and it suffers unspeakably because this is of little benefit to it. The inner peace, the awareness of being of divine origin.... the desire for union with God, which would make the soul so unspeakably happy, is completely lacking, it is like a enslaved servant and only ever has to do what the body demands, and the actual goal.... union with God moves ever further away. For since the body completely claims it for itself, it becomes more and more worldly and loses all connection with God and that is its downfall and its ruin....
