Rechte Wege.... Römisch-katholisch....

Darüber sollet ihr nicht streiten, welche Wege die rechten sind vor Gott, so ihr nur den Willen habt, zu Gott zu gelangen. Der göttliche Wille läßt euch das Brot des Himmels zukommen, wo immer ihr es begehrt. Und wer es als das Brot des Himmels aufnimmt in sein Herz, dessen Seele wird auch gespeist werden, und diese geistige Nahrung wird ihr zum ewigen Heil gereichen. Den innigen Kontakt herzustellen mit dem göttlichen Heiland und Erlöser ist das alleinige Wahrzeichen der Kirche Christi, und also wird jeder ein Jünger Christi und Anhänger Seiner Lehre sein, der nur den Heiland erkennt, Ihn liebt und sich Ihm verbindet auf ewig. Und er kann nun auf verschiedenen Wegen dazu gelangen, wo ihm das Licht des Erkennens leuchtet.... Nur muß er eben als erstes die Verbindung mit Gott herstellen, denn dies ist seines Erdenlebens einziger Zweck, sich zu einen mit dem Vatergeist von Ewigkeit. Es werden also jene Menschen, die allen Ernstes Gott suchen, auch zu Ihm gelangen, wenngleich sie verschiedene Wege gehen, denn sie sehen immer am Ende ihres Weges den göttlichen Herrn und Heiland, und Seiner Lichtgestalt streben sie entgegen.... Hinwiederum ist nicht ein bestimmter Weg Sicherheit dafür, daß er zum Ziel führt, so er nur beschritten wird einer Tradition wegen, jedoch die Lichtgestalt nicht bewußt ersehnt wird. Denn es wird sich dieser Weg endlos lang hinausziehen, es wird stets erscheinen, als führe er immer wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurück, denn es ist das rechte Ziel noch nicht erkannt.... Ein jeder hält den Weg, den er wandelt, für den allein rechten, und er kann auch für den einzelnen der rechte Weg sein, so er eben nur deshalb beschritten wird, um endlich der ewigen Gottheit näherzukommen. Es wird ein jeder Weg gangbar durch dieses Verlangen, und es führt ein jeder Weg zum Ziel. Jedoch darf nicht verkannt werden, daß oft große Kraft verschwendet wird auf völlig unwichtiges Erfüllen von Anforderungen, die der Verbindung mit Gott in keiner Weise dienlich sind und die daher besser genützt werden könnte; d.h., daß des eigentlichen Zweckes des Erdenlebens, eben der Vereinigung mit Gott, zu wenig gedacht wird, dagegen völlig belanglosen, von Menschen erlassenen Geboten mit größter Wichtigkeit Folge geleistet wird und die eigentliche Aufgabe, die Vereinigung mit Gott, nicht immer allem Streben vorangesetzt wird, sondern öfter noch ein solches Vertiefen in die größte Liebe und Gnade Gottes außer Frage stellen. Und so bleibt also immer das Verlangen nach dem Herrn allein ausschlaggebend, ob das Erdenkind auf rechter Fährte ist, nicht aber die verschiedenen Geistesrichtungen, die alle dieses Verlangen nach Gott nicht auszuschließen brauchen. Doch so euch von oben eine klare Unterweisung gegeben wird, tut ihr gut daran, diese anzunehmen, denn sie führt euch auf dem gangbarsten Wege der ewigen Heimat entgegen, und ihr sehet die Lichtgestalt des Heilands deutlich vor euch, so daß ihr mutig und unverzagt jenen Weg wandelt, der göttlichem Willen entspricht, und ihr nicht Gefahr laufet fehlzugehen, denn es kommt der Herr und Heiland euch Selbst entgegen, und von Seiner Hand geführt, erreichet ihr sicher euer Ziel....

You should not argue about which ways are right before God, if only you have the will to reach God. The divine will provides you with the bread of heaven wherever you desire it. And whoever accepts it as the bread of heaven into his heart will also be nourished, and this spiritual nourishment will lead to eternal salvation. Establishing intimate contact with the divine saviour and redeemer is the sole emblem of Christ's church, and thus everyone will be a disciple of Christ and follower of His teaching who only regocnizes the saviour, loves Him and unites himself with Him eternally. And he can now reach this in various ways, where the light of realization shines for him.... But first he has to establish the connection with God, for this is the only purpose of his earthly life, to unite with the father-spirit of eternity. Thus, those people who earnestly seek God will also reach Him, even if they take different paths, for they always see the divine lord and saviour at the end of their path and strive towards His figure of light.... On the other hand, a certain path is not a guarantee that it will lead to the goal if it is only travelled because of a tradition but the figure of light is not consciously longed for. For this path will drag on endlessly, it will always appear to lead back to the starting point, for the right goal has not yet been regocnized.... Everyone considers the path he is travelling to be the only right one, and it can also be the right path for the individual if it is only travelled in order to finally come closer to the eternal deity. Every path becomes practicable through this desire, and every path leads to the goal. However, it must not be misjudged that great energy is often wasted on the completely unimportant fulfilment of requirements which are in no way conducive to the connection with God and which could therefore be better utilized; i.e., that too little thought is given to the actual purpose of earthly life, namely union with God, whereas completely irrelevant commandments decreed by people are followed with utmost importance and the actual task, union with God, is not always placed before all endeavours, but such a deepening into God's greatest love and grace is often even put out of question. And thus the desire for the lord alone will always be the decisive factor as to whether the earthly child is on the right track, but not the various schools of thought, none of which need exclude this desire for God. Yet if you are given clear instructions from above you would do well to accept them, for they will lead you on the most practicable path towards your eternal home and you will clearly see the saviour's figure of light before you, so that you will courageously and undauntedly take the path which corresponds to divine will and you will not run the risk of going astray, for the lord and saviour Himself will come to meet you and, guided by His hand, you will safely reach your goal....
