아버지가 자신의 종들에게 일을 맡긴다.

너희가 단지 이 땅의 내 포도원에서 일하는 내 일꾼으로써 내 뜻을 성취시킬 자세가 되었으면, 내 뜻을 너의 심장 안에 넣어 주게 될 것이다. 나 자신이 너희에게 너희가 할 일을 나누어 줄 것이다. 나는 모든 것을 인도하고 지도해 너희가 성공적으로 포도원 일을 할 수 있는 길을 가게 할 것이다.

나는 너희를 생각을 인도해 너희들 내면으로부터 이 생각을 실행에 옮기려는 자극을 느끼게 할 것이다. 너희를 항상 내 뜻을 따르게 될 것이다. 그러므로 너희는 어떻게 어떤 방식으로 너희의 영적인 일을 진행시킬 수 있을지 전혀 염려할 필요 없다. 가장으로써 나는 너희가 어떤 일을 할 수 있는지 가장 잘 알고 있기 때문이다. 나는 너희에게 올바른 생각을 넣어 주면서 이 일을 맡길 것이다.

그러면 너희는 내 뜻을 따라 행할 것이다. 그러나 너희가 너희 자신과 너희가 행하는 것을 나에게 의탁해야 한다는 것에 나를 제외시켜서는 안 되다는 것에 너희가 나에게 항상 축복을 구해야 한다는 것에 너희가 항상 또 다시 자원해 나를 섬기는 일에 자신을 드려야 한다는 것에 항상 주의를 기울여야 한다.

나는 사람들의 심장을 안다. 나는 어떤 심장에 내가 성공적으로 말할 수 있는지를 안다. 나는 각각의 사람들의 나에 대한 내적인 자세를 안다. 내가 단지 진리를 갈망하는 아주 작은 소원이라도 깨달으면, 나는 그에게 진리를 전한다. 그러면 너희는 항상 내 뜻을 실행하는 사람들이 될 것이다.

너희에게 비록 모든 것이 단지 작은 일로 보일지라도 그러나 작은 영적인 일이 이 땅에서 뿐만 아니라 저세상에 있는 혼들에게 까지 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 왜냐면 혼들이 단지 작은 빛에 감동을 받을 수 있으면, 그의 알고자 하는 소원은 항상 커지게 되기 때문이다. 왜냐면 혼들은 그들의 지식을 증가시켜 주는 빛이 주는 행복함을 느끼기 때문이다.

너희는 날마다 매시간마다 비록 너희에게 아주 적게 성공적으로 보일지라도 너희의 영적인 일을 통해 이 일에 기여를 하고 있다. 너희들과 나와 그리고 영의 나라와의 연결은 항상 너희들뿐만 아니라 모든 영적인 교제에 동참하는 혼들에게도 항상 능력을 제공한다. 모든 능력이 임하는 것은 영적인 성장이고 나에게 가까이 다가오는 것이다.

그러므로 내가 항상 또 다시 이 땅에 일꾼인 너희가 열심히 포도원 일을 하게 하여 많은 사람들이 이 땅에서 그들의 목표에 도달하게 한다. 이 목표는 그들이 나와 연결이 되고 영원히 지속되는 생명에 도달하는 것이다. 너희가 하는 일이 항상 또 다시 내 대적자의 역사인 것처럼 저항을 받는 것이 너희가 포도원 일을 하는데 영향을 미치지 않고 오히려 너희가 올바른 길 가운데 일하고 있다는 이 때문에 대적자가 너희를 막기 위해 역사하고 있다는 증거가 될 것이다.

그러나 나와 너희들과의 연결이 너희를 그로부터 보호할 것이다. 너희는 항상 단지 너희 가장이 너희에게 일을 맡게 하라. 그러면 너희는 내 뜻에 따라 이 일을 행 할 수 있을 것이다. 왜냐면 너희는 이제 능력을 받고 대적자의 공격이 너희를 방해할 수 없기 때문이다

왜냐면 나는 너희가 나와 내 나라를 위해 일하기를 원하기 때문이다. 그러므로 나는 너희에게 너희가 하는 일을 축복하고 항상 너희에게 능력을 제공할 것이다. 너희 스스로 너희가 무엇을 해야 할지 무엇을 하지 말아야 할지 심장 안에서 느낄 것이다.

The house-father assigns the work to His servants....

My will will be placed in your heart as soon as you are willing to fulfil it as My servants on earth who are active in My vineyard. I Myself will assign your activity to you, I will direct and guide everything so that you will follow the paths where you can successfully work in the vineyard. I will guide your thoughts so that you will feel driven from within to carry out the thoughts and My will will then always be followed by you.... Therefore you need not worry at all about how and in what way you can advance your spiritual activity.... As your father of the house I know best what kind of work you are capable of doing, and I assign it to you by giving you the right thoughts and you will then act in accordance with My will. But there is one thing you should always bear in mind, that you commend yourselves and your actions to Me, that you don't leave Me out, that you always ask Me for My blessing, that you therefore always willingly place yourselves at My service. I know people's hearts and I know which hearts I can still address with success.... I know every person's inner attitude towards Me, and where I only recognize the slightest desire for truth I will also guide them there, and then you will always be the executors of My will. Admittedly, everything will only appear to be small-scale work to you and yet every spiritual work will have a far-reaching effect, not only on earth but also with the souls in the kingdom of the beyond. For as soon as they could only be touched by a small ray of light their desire for knowledge becomes ever greater, for they feel the benefit (truth) of light which consists in the expansion of their knowledge.... And you contribute to this daily and hourly through your spiritual work, no matter how little successful it may seem to you.... The bond with Me and with the spiritual kingdom is always a supply of strength, both for you as well as for those souls which participate in every spiritual exchange. And every supply of strength again is also spiritual progress, a coming closer to Me, which is why I time and again spur you, My servants on earth, on to eager vineyard work, so that many people will still reach their goal on earth: that they will join Me and attain the life which lasts forever. The fact that time and again your activity will be opposed as My adversary's work will not affect your vineyard work but rather be proof that you are walking on the right path, which is why the adversary is at work to hinder you.... Yet your bond with Me protects you from him, and if you only ever let your father of the house assign the work to you then you will also be able to carry it out according to My will, because then you will also receive the strength and even adversary attacks will not be able to disturb you. For I want you to be active for Me and My kingdom. And therefore I will also bless your work and always provide you with strength, and you yourselves will feel in your heart what you should do and what you should refrain from doing....
