하나님의 영이 역사하는 곳에 빛이 있다.

내가 내 영을 부어줄 수 있는 곳은 어디나 빛이 있다. 왜냐면 나 자신이 사람들을 가르칠 수 있고 내 말씀이 존중받고 사람들이 나와의 연결을 갈망하고 내 말씀을 그들 자신에게 말한 것으로 듣는 곳에 어두움이 절대로 침범할 수 없기 때문이다. 내 영을 사람들에게 부어줄 수 있게 하는 곳에 빛이 있다.

그러나 단지 그런 곳에 빛이 있다. 왜냐면 내 영의 역사를 통하지 않으면 너희에게 빛을 줄 수 없기 때문이다. 그러므로 이 땅에 훨씬 더 많은 어두움이 퍼져 있다. 왜냐면 내 영이 단지 희귀하게 역사할 수 있기 때문이다. 가장 밝은 빛이 발산될 수 있고 가장 깊은 지식을 사람들에게 전할 수 있고 사람들은 깨달음의 빛 가운데 행복하게 느끼게 될 것이다. 그러나 지식을 얻기를 원하는 사람이 다른 방법으로 지식을 얻으려고 한다. 그는 단지 영적으로 헤아려볼 수 있는 영역을 이성을 통해 들어갈 수 있다고 믿는다. 대부분의 사람들이 올바른 길을 알지 못하고 내가 내 영을 통해 나 자신을 계시한다는 사실을 전혀 모른다.

영을 부어주는 역사는 그들이 전혀 모르는 개념이다. 그들이 아는 모든 것은 첫 번째 제자들의 오순절 체험이고 이를 일회적인 일로 여기고 이런 과정이 내 첫 번째 제자들과 같은 전제 조건을 갖춘다면 모든 사람에게 반복해서 일어날 수 있다고 믿기를 원하지 않는다. 나는 항상 내 피조물과 가장 가깝게 연결되어 있지만 피조물이 사랑을 행하거나 또는 긴밀한 생각을 통해 나와의 관계를 이루면 단지 나 자신을 나타낸다. 대부분의 사람들에게 나는 멀리에 있는 하나님이고 그들이 내 음성을 들을 정도로 내가 그들에게 절대로 말할 수 없다. 왜냐면 그들에게 내 음성을 들으려는 갈망이 없고 이로써 또한 그들이 그들의 영을 통해 그들에게 전해지는 것에 주의를 기울이지 않기 때문이다.

영을 부어주는 일은 생각을 발전시키는 능력이다. 이로써 생각이 낯선 영역으로 향하여 인간의 깨달음이 증가하고 전에 설명할 수 없는 질문이 선명하게 된다. 그러므로 그는 내 영이 그에게 주는 지식을 얻는다. 영을 부어주는 일은 사람 자신이 가지고 있지 않았고 이제 나로부터 그에게 전하는 힘을 받는 역사이다. "내 영이 모든 육체 위에 부어줄 것이다." 빛과 힘이 나로부터 흘러 나와 사람이 자신을 열고 자신을 나 자신과 내 빛과 내 힘을 자신 안으로 받기에 합당한 그릇으로 준비하는 사람에게 도달한다. 사람들은 이런 과정에 대해 알지 못하고 또한 알 수 없다. 왜냐면 그들이 특정한 조건 아래서 이런 역사를 이해할 수 있고 그들이 이런 조건을 갖추지 못했기 때문이다.

하나님의 영을 받는 그릇으로 자신을 준비하는 일은 자신을 사랑으로 만드는 일과 같다. 그러나 사랑이 부족하고 첫 번째이자 가장 중요한 계명을 지키지 않는 모든 사람은 나 자신이 나를 계시한다는 것을 믿을 수 없다. 내 영의 역사는 나와 직접 연결을 이루고 내 음성을 듣는 일을 의미한다. 영이 깨어난 사람을 단지 영을 부음받은 사람이라고 말할 수 있고 그는 이제 내 영이 역사할 수 있게 하는 나와의 연결을 이미 이뤘어야만 한다. 그러므로 영을 부어주는 역사를 교리로 만들 수 없다. 왜냐면 영을 통해 생각이 정리되지 않는 동안에는 영을 부어주는 역사를 전혀 이해할 수 없기 때문이다.

그러나 사람들이 내 영의 역사를 믿을 수 있고 사랑을 행함으로 자신을 형성하여 내 영을 그들에게 부어줄 수 있게 할 수 있다. 그러나 이런 믿음이 없다. 왜냐면 사람들에게 사랑이 전혀 없기 때문이다. 그러므로 그들은 영적으로 눈이 멀었고 어두움 속에서 살고 빛이 비치는 곳을 보지 못하고 빛이 그들에게 가까이 가면 외면한다. (1954년 9월 22일) 그러나 그들이 빛 안에 거할 때 그들은 단지 축복을 받을 수 있다. 그들이 자신들의 어두움을 이 땅에서 부족함으로 깨닫지 못할지라도 어두움이 앞으로 저세상에서 그들을 말할 수 없을 정도로 괴롭게 할 것이다. 저세상에서 그들에게 번쩍이는 빛의 불씨를 추구하는 사람들은 복이 있다. 왜냐면 그들은 아직 저세상에서도 빛을 얻을 수 있기 때문이다.

Light is where God's spirit works....

Light is everywhere where I can pour out My spirit, for darkness has broken through there and will never be able to take hold there again. Light is where I Myself can instruct people, where My word is respected, where people long for contact with Me and listen to My word as spoken to them.... Light is where people make it possible for Me to radiate My spirit over them.... But the light is also only there, for it cannot be given to you humans other than through My working of the spirit. And therefore far more darkness is spread across the earth, for My spirit can only rarely work.... Brightest light could be emanated and deepest knowledge could be imparted to people and they would feel at ease in the light of knowledge.... But anyone who wants to be knowledgeable seeks to gain it by other means; he believes he can penetrate intellectually into areas which can only be fathomed spiritually. People are mostly unaware of the right path, they know nothing of the fact that I reveal Myself through My spirit. The 'outpouring of the spirit' is a completely unknown concept to them.... All they know about it is the Pentecostal experience of the first disciples, which they regard as unique and don't want to believe that this process can repeat itself again and again and with all people if they can demonstrate the same prerequisites as My first disciples. I am always in closest contact with My living creations but only express Myself when they also establish contact with Me through loving actions or heartfelt thoughts. To most people I am only a distant God, and they can never be addressed by Me Myself that they hear My voice, because they don't have the desire to hear Me and therefore don't pay attention to what is conveyed to them through their spirit.

The outpouring of the spirit is the ability to unfold thoughts which, as it were, touch unfamiliar territory, so that the human being's realization is increased, that clarity is gained in him about previously unresolved problems.... that he thus receives knowledge which My spirit imparts to him. The outpouring of the spirit is a transfer of strength which he did not possess himself and which now comes to him from Me.... "My spirit will pour out on all flesh...." Light and power overflow from Me into a person when he opens himself, when he prepares himself to be a vessel worthy of Me Myself.... My light and My strength.... within himself. And people are not informed about this process, nor can they be, because they can only understand it under certain conditions and cannot demonstrate them. For to shape oneself into the vessel of the divine spirit means as much as to shape oneself into love, and all people who lack love, who do not fulfil this first and most important commandment, cannot believe that I make Myself known either. My spirit's working means to be in direct contact with Me and to hear Me.... Again, only spirit-awakened people can speak about the outpouring of the spirit.... the connection with Me must already have been established which allows My spirit to be effective. And therefore the outpouring of the spirit cannot be advocated as a doctrine, because there would be no understanding for it as long as the ordering of thoughts through the spirit has not taken place.... But people could believe it and try to shape themselves through loving actions so that My spirit can pour itself out upon them. Yet even this faith does not exist because people live without any love.... Therefore they are spiritually blind, they walk in darkness, and they don't see where a light shines, and if it is brought close to them then they turn away.

9/22/1954 But they can only be happy when they stand in the light. And even if they do not recognize their darkness as a lack on earth, in the beyond the darkness will torment them unspeakably, and good for those who then strive towards the sparks of light which occasionally flash at them.... good for them, for they can also still reach the light there....
