창조의 기적. 유사한 구조. 반복.

하나님의 창조물의 위대함과 웅장함을 살펴보라. 그런 후 씨앗의 내적인 본질을 자세히 살펴보라. 아주 작은 씨앗 안에 끝없이 축소된 창조물을 보유하고 있다. 너희 사람들은 이를 이해할 수 없다. 왜냐하면 너희가 모든 창조물의 구성의 기적이 얼마나 특별하고, 다시 가장 큰 창조의 작품과 유사한지를 가장 적게라도 이해할 수 없기 때문이다. 얼마나 항상 또다시 같은 것이 나타나는지, 그러나 단지 다른 크기로 나타나는지, 그럴지라도 다시 서로 조화를 이루는지, 가장 적게라도 이해할 수 없기 때문이다.

너희가 육체의 눈으로 관찰하면, 너희는 이미 식물의 삶에서 가장 작은 구성물이 얼마나 자주 자연의 창조물과 유사성을 보여주는지를 확인할 수 있다. 너희가 영적인 눈으로 본다면, 모래알에서 동물 세계에 이르기까지 모든 작은 창조물을 얼마나 동일한 법칙을, 모든 것이 특정한 성장을 해나가는 것을 셀 수 없이 반복하는 일을 항상 또다시 분명하게 깨달을 수 있겠느냐?

모든 창조의 작품에 하나님의 전능함과 지혜가 볼 수 있게 역사한다. 이런 예술 작품을 관찰하면, 사람은 이 땅에서 가장 멀리 떨어져 모든 창조물을 볼 수는 없지만, 자신에게 아주 작은 범위에서만 볼 수 있게 되어 있다고 생각한다. 그러면 그는 단지 육체의 눈으로 겉 형체를 볼 수 있다고 생각한다. 그러나 모든 창조 작품의 기적을 보여주는 아주 미세한 구조는 볼 수 없다고 생각한다.

눈송이는 이미 자세히 살펴볼 가치가 있는 예술적으로 구성된 무언가이고, 잠시 후에 다시 용해되는 형태의 구조가 종종 생각하게 만드는 원인이 된다. 눈을 뜨고 자연 속에서 주위를 둘러보는 사람은 하나님의 창조의 다양한 기적을 보는 일에 지치지 않을 것이다. 그러나 그는 비로소 영적인 눈으로 목적에 합당한 전체의 구성을 깨닫게 될 것이다. 그러면 그는 더 큰 기적 앞에 서게 될 것이다.

순수하게 과학적인 방식으로 이런 모든 경이로움을 분석하려는 사람들의 시도는 헛된 노력이고, 완전한 성공을 하지 못하고, 사람들은 항상 단지 특정한 한계 내에서 성공할 수 있다. 이런 한계를 넘어서는 일은 단지 영적인 길을 통해 가능하게 될 것이다. 이런 성공은 인간적으로 증명하거나 인정을 받을 수 없을 것이다. 왜냐하면 결국 영적인 모든 것은 단지 영의 눈으로 깨달을 수 있기 때문이다. 창조주 하나님이 사람에게 육신의 눈으로 굵은 물질을 볼 수 있게 해서, 사람의 눈에 보이는 것으로 인해 생각해보도록 자극하는 영향을 영에게 미치게 하기 때문이다. 그러면 그가 물질을 관통할 수 있게 자신을 형성하는 일은 전적으로 그에게 달려 있다. 다시 말해 하나님의 사랑과 지혜와 권능에 감동을 받아, 모든 영원에까지 하나님을 사랑하고, 찬양하기 위해, 외부의 겉 형체를 통과해서 내부 구성 요소의 조합과 형태와 종류를 바라볼 수 있게 되는 일이 그에게 달려 있다.

Miracle of creation.... similar formations.... repetition....

Visualise the greatness and majesty of divine creation, and then look more closely at the inner composition of a seed which, as tiny as it is, contains creation in infinite miniaturization.... This is incomprehensible to you humans, for you cannot even remotely grasp how strangely the composition of all miracles of creation again leans on the greatest work of creation.... how the same thing appears again and again, only in different proportions which, however, are again in harmony with each other. With physical eyes you can already see in plant life how often the smallest forms have similarities with the creations of nature. How much more would you recognize with the spiritual eye the same law in all tiny creations, from the grain of sand to the animal world.... that everything again and again clearly recognizably confirms a certain building work, again and again in the same relationship to each other and repeating itself innumerable times. In every work of creation God's omnipotence and wisdom has visibly come into operation.... Looking at such a work of art only gives rise to the thought in the human being that he is not remotely capable on earth of gaining an insight into the whole of creation, but that he is only allowed this insight to a very small extent and that he is then only able to see the outer shell with bodily eyes, but not the extremely fine construction which only illustrates the miracle of every work of creation. A snowflake is often a cause for reflection, for it is already such an artfully assembled thing that it is worthy of closer observation, and a structure of form that dissolves again in a few moments.... Whoever looks around him with open eyes in nature will not tire of observing the manifold wonders of divine creation, but only with spiritual eyes will he recognize the meaningful composition of the whole and then stand before even greater wonders. It is futile effort and therefore does not lead to complete success to try to analyse all these miracles in a purely scientific way.... people only ever succeed within a certain limit, yet to exceed this limit is only possible in a spiritual way and will neither be humanly proven nor acknowledged, for ultimately everything spiritual can only be recognized with the spiritual eye, and the divine creator has only given people the gift of seeing rough matter with the physical eyes ans letting what is visible to them affect the spirit in such a way that it stimulates it to think.... And then it is solely up to him to educate himself in such a way that he can penetrate matter and, as it were, also see the inner components in their composition, form and nature through the outer shell in order to then, overwhelmed by God's love, wisdom and omnipotence, love and praise Him for all eternity....
