La preghiera nel silenzio - La confessione davanti al mondo

Coloro che Mi adorano, lo devono fare nello Spirito e nella Verità. Quello che proviene dal più profondo del cuore, questo unicamente Mi compiace e raggiunge anche il Mio Orecchio. Io guardo quindi soltanto al cuore dell’uomo e non bado alle parole pronunciate dalla bocca, quando il cuore non vi partecipa. Se ora siete in grado di chiudervi totalmente al mondo per tenere con Me l’intimo dialogo, allora Mi lodate senza parole già attraverso la vostra volontà di entrare in contatto con Me, allora è una muta preghiera, che rivolgete a Me in pensieri, una vera adorazione, che apporta alla vostra anima una ricca Benedizione, perché il collegamento con Me vi fa giungere nel possesso di Forza e Grazia, che l’anima percepisce come l’Aiuto per maturare. Questo intimo modo di pregare è la giusta preghiera che Mi compiace, perché allora siete venuti da voi stessi vicino a Me, così vicino, che la Forza del Mio Amore vi può toccare, che vi attrae sempre più vicino a Me.

Se volete parlare con Me, allora il linguaggio della bocca è davvero superfluo, perché questo può voler facilmente nascondere o illudere qualcosa che Io bensì riconosco, ma non deve essere necessariamente evidente al prossimo, per cui costui si lascia facilmente abbagliare ed ora a sua volta usa le stesse forme di preghiera.

Andate nella vostra cameretta, quando volete pregare. Ritiratevi nel più estremo silenzio, ivi Mi potrete trovare molto più facilmente e frequentare con Me, come un figlio frequenta con suo padre, e Mi direte tutto senza timore e nella fiducia infantile. E troverete l’esaudimento alle vostre preghiere, perché queste penetrano ora al Mio Orecchio. Poiché Io vi ho assicurato questo con le Parole: venite a Me che siete stanchi ed aggravati perché vi voglio ristorare. Chi dunque viene a Me, su di lui avvero anche la Mia Promessa e questo nel modo più evidente, più fiducioso si avvicina a Me, più intimamente Mi segue e si affida a Me nel dialogo silenzioso.

La lingua della bocca deve servirvi per la reciproca comprensione. Io non uso delle Parole, perché Io so tutto, Io guardo nel vostro cuore e leggo nei vostri pensieri, e quindi non potete illuderMi mediante delle parole per quanto belle, come però non sono nemmeno necessarie delle parole, se volete lodarMi e glorificarMi, perché un ringraziamento silenzioso, una umile chiamata a Me, una vita secondo la Mia Volontà, una fede diventata viva mediante l’amore, Mi rallegra veramente ed include in sé lode e gloria. Ma Mi dovete confessare con la bocca nei confronti dei vostri prossimi.

Quando si tratta della vostra fede, dovete confessarla liberamente ed apertamente a Me e non temere le conseguenze del vostro coraggio di confessione. Perché questo confessare deve di nuovo essere uno sprone per i vostri prossimi, che sono ancora deboli nella fede, ed è contemporaneamente una dimostrazione che state dalla parte della Verità, che non volete risvegliare l’apparenza nell’esteriore che non coincide con il vostro pensare interiore, con la vostra convinzione. Dovete sempre essere onesti e mettere sopra tutto Me ed il Mio Nome, quando questa confessione viene pretesa da voi.

Quello che avete da dire a Me Stesso, Me lo potete sottoporre in silenzio ed in segreto, perché Io voglio sentire la voce del cuore, non solo delle parole che la bocca dice soltanto, quando il cuore non partecipa. E tali preghiere hanno una immensa Forza, quando suonano a Me unite, quando gli uomini si trovano insieme per supplicarMi una certa faccenda, quando tutti chiedono la stessa cosa dal profondo del loro cuore, che mandano su a Me la stessa richiesta, ed anche se è soltanto una breve invocazione. Io la sentirò e l’esaudirò, appena Mi pregano nello Spirito e nella Verità.

Silent prayer.... Public confession....

Let those who worship Me do so in spirit and in truth.... Only what comes from the very bottom of your heart is pleasing to Me and will reach My ear.... Hence, I only look into a person's heart and disregard the words spoken by the mouth if the heart is not involved. If you are able to completely withdraw from the world in order to enter into heartfelt dialogue with Me, then you are already praising Me without words through your willingness to make contact with Me, then you are sending Me in thoughts a silent prayer, true worship, which will be a great blessing for your soul, for the connection with Me lets you gain strength and grace which is experienced by the soul as help for its maturation. This sincere form of prayer is the true prayer which is pleasing to Me, for then you have voluntarily approached Me so closely that the strength of My love can touch you, drawing you ever more affectionately towards Me. If you want to speak to Me then the spoken word is truly unnecessary, for this can easily intend to hide or pretend something, which I certainly recognise but which need not be evident to another person who allows himself to be easily deceived and then will use the same form of prayer himself....

Step into your closet if you want to pray.... Withdraw into complete silence, you will be able to find Me there far easier and communicate with Me like a child with its Father.... And you will tell Me everything without fear and in childlike trust.... And your requests will be granted to you because then your prayers will reach My ear.... For I have promised you this with the Words 'Come unto Me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest'.... Thus I will keep My promise with anyone who comes to Me, and this more evidently so the more trustingly he approaches Me, the more intimately he unites with Me and entrusts himself to Me in silent conversation. The spoken language is intended for your communication amongst yourselves.... But I don't need words for I know everything, I look into your heart and read your thoughts, and thus you cannot deceive Me no matter how beautiful your words are.... just as no words are needed if you want to exalt and praise Me.... because a silent expression of thankfulness, a humble call upon Me, a life following My will, a faith brought alive through love will truly please Me and include praise and thanks as well.

Yet you shall confess Me to your fellow human beings with your mouth.... Where it concerns your attitude towards the faith you shall confess Me freely and openly and not fear the consequences of your courage of conviction.... For this confession shall in turn be an incentive for your fellow human beings whose faith is still weak, and at the same time it demonstrates that you support the truth, that you don't want to give an outward impression which does not concur with your inner thinking, with your conviction. You shall always be true and put Me and My name above all else if this confession is demanded of you....

But whatever you want to tell Me can be presented to Me by you silently and in secret, for I want to hear the voice of your heart and not just words spoken by the mouth without the involvement of the heart. And such prayers are tremendously powerful if they are sent to Me in unison.... if people come together imploring Me to grant a particular request.... if they all appeal for the same, if they send the same plea to Me, and even if it is just a short call.... I will hear it and grant it if they pray to Me in spirit and in truth....
